I tried uninstalling xposed from my phone by recovery and it caused my phone to go into a bootloop, I entered recovery and tried to do a factory reset to see if that'll fix the problem but now my phone gets stuck on the "SONY" screen and I can't get past that. Even connecting a USB to my computer doesn't detect it, Is there anyway to fix this? :crying: :crying: :crying:
Get flashtool if you don't already have it, then download the firmware for your exact device model, then click the Lightning button and then follow its steps
I've tried that already but my PC doesn't detect the phone, I can't even get it into a fast boot mode. It only charges my phone when I connect a USB. Edit: It's fixed now, I was using the wrong USB. Thank you!

Hey Guys
I really could need a good Advise. In the past my USB-Port was broken, so i repaired it with a new one, anyway i wasnt careful enough - i pulled of the Volume-Rockers' Connector. There are no contacts left on the Mainboard, so i cant easily install some new Volume Rockers.
Well that wasnt a big Problem for me so far, i just used a Volume-Widget instead. But unfortunately my Device is now stucking within a Bootloop.
Due to the missing Volume-Rocker, i cant access Fastboot or Recovery. I tried to access the Device with the GNex-Toolkit but it wont let me install the Drivers, i guess the Driver crashes within the Bootloop. Letting the Device Boot while connected via USB, wont recognize it as ADB-Device.
I am owning a Galaxy S4 now, but i would like to repair the GNex, so that my Gilfriend might use it. Any chance to access Fastboot Mode or Recovery without the Volume Rockers on a Bootlooping Device?
I allready downloaded the OMAPFlash_tuna Package and managed it to install the OMAP 4440 Driver (it is giving me 2 Seconds to install them when i plug in the powered-off Device). After a few attempts the Omap-Flash Bat-File was running properly. But the Device is still stuck in its Bootloop. Any Advices would be really great.
Best regards

ok i see lots of threads about G2 stuck at LG logo with no download mode etc but none specific to my situation so figured id start my own.
my phone is stuck at the lg logo when i try to boot, when i try to go to download mode it shows the blue dots but windows, flash tool, nothing will recognize the phone as being plugged in, and not even the little sound windows makes when a usb device is plugged in, its been a little while so i cant remember EXACTLY what the last thing i did that bricked it was, something i did on command line with aboot something, i can try to dig it up if absolutely necessary but it would take some digging...when i try to boot into recovery it freezes at the "loading recovery screen, when i try to go to download mode it sticks at the blue dots and wont respond to anything, when i try to do a factory hard data reset it says "hard reset processing" or something similar then freezes there, ive tried reinstalling the drivers, using different pcs, read through countless threads, but have had no luck, any ideas what i can do to unbrick my brand new g2?? thanks in advance

This is what i would do....looks like your cable works, looks like you know how to get into Download and Recovery Mode. You have to get it to be detected, if it boots into Download mode it should work. Try re-installing the drivers.
Here is the ZVC tot file if u dont have it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2702422

with the phone off (completely), hold volume button (up i believe), and plug usb into computer. This should bring up download mode. If volume up doesnt work, try volume down. If you get just to the dots, then your download mode is broken.
was just about to start a new thread but didn't want to get into trouble..anyway I am in need of some assistance please.my ls980 has been bricked for some time now been searching all over the internet for a solution to be stuck back at square one.found this video on youtube which is pretty much exactly what my phone is doing.I have used lg flash tool to revert to stock and still nothing I lost root doing that but last night,I managed to regain root access I have no idea how but it happened when i clicked ioroot batch file i went into download mode and it stated bottom left ROOTED in red so i managed that but that is it still doing what is being shown in the video its on youtube

I'm posting a question as I've spent days searching with no luck.
I have an LG G3 that while in normal use got very hot and turned off. Now it gets stuck at the LG logo and doesn't boot. I tried a normal factory reset but this just goes back to the LG logo and nothing happens.
So I'm trying to get into the download mode "Firmware Upgrade" screen to flash the stock rom. I hold down volume Up, and plug in the USB and it gets to the little "Download Mode" icon but does not continue to "Firmware Upgrade" and the computer (I've tried 3 different systems) wont recognize the phone.
Interestingly at some point while being in download mode it switched to fastboot, I have no idea how this happened but I was able to run commands on the phone using fastboot.exe, however I have not been able to get back to fastboot since.
Also I'd really like to be able to recover the data on the phone.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I tried the drivers you've provided but still no luck. The computer won't detect the phone at all, it doesn't attempt to install drivers nor does the phone show up as a generic device.

I hope not, this phone was purchased in Media Markt in Germany and it's not covered by warranty here. LG Australia said it would cost up to $260 for them to fix it and the phone could possibly be downgraded if the mainboard needs to be replaced. I don't know if it would be possible to claim the German warranty.

What happened -
I have no idea, my tmobile lg g4 was running cm13 and had twrp. I set it down for a minute, when I picked it back up the device had turned off. Turned it back on to a bootloop.
The problem -
I can't get into twrp no matter how many times I try. I can't connect to my PC. Nothing at all is detected. I downloaded as many lg drivers as I could find and still nothing. ADB and fastboot don't work since I can't connect to computer. The lg flash tool goes to 2% and then says there was an error connecting try again later. The only thing I can seem to do is enter download mode. I've tried pulling the battery and leaving it for a couple hours all is still the same.
I would really appreciate some help thank you so much

Hello guys, I'm a newbie on pretty much anything dev related when it comes to phones. And I guess this time I screwed things up. My phone was rooted and it was working perfectly, but when I tried to enter SuperUser app it said I needed to root manually again, probably because it updated to android 5.0. So I tried to one click root and it didn't work. So as dumb as I am I started messing around with things and I ended up with my phone completely broke. I can't even get into recovery mode or anything. My phone is just stuck on logo screen and then it dies. I tried like a thousand times to enter recovery by pressing power and volume up, but that's just doesn't work anymore. And fastboot can't reconize my phone anymore, so I can't even try to boot a recovery or something. I guess I fuc*** everything now. But I don't know. Is there still hope guys?

if you can go to fast boot means your pc must recognize it. install asus usb driver and intel android usb driver. then flash firmware with AFT or with commands
