Hey guys
I just bought a Moto 360 and so far everything is working great except for the microphone.
When I use an app like google translate or try voice commands nothing happens. The microphone icon starts pulsating very fast ( the grey circle around the icon ) and completely ignores me. The weird thing is that " Ok google " does work but this opens the assistant on my phone.
I've tried:
- Resetting the watch ( multiple times )
- Fresh install of Android on my phone, I went from 7.1 to 6.0.1 and back.
- Deleting android wear and reinstalling it.
- Clearing the cache and Dalvik cache.
- Pairing the watch with another phone.
- Changing the language of the phone and the watch.
- Switching from Google assistant to Google now.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,
The music controls weren't working on my moto 360, so I wiped the watch. Now, the apps won't install on the watch ; it installs correctly on my phone but nothing goes on the watch. Already wiped three times and uninstall/reinstall everything on my phone. I'm using a Galaxy S5.
Anyone has an idea ?
Thanks
You can rescync All apps from Android wear. However, it doesn't show the sync progress but give it some time and it will do it in the background. Your Moto360 will drain some batt, so have your charger nearby.
I've had the moto 360 since launch. It is connected to my Rooted HTC m8. I've never had any problems at all with notifications coming but something wear must have happened yesterday. It got stuck on a text message reply using 8sms and now no notifications are going through. I've reset the watch, tried disconnecting, connecting. It connects perfectly, all my apps are there, wear mini launcher, wear messenger, all are there. But if I try getting notifications it doesn't work and and when I test pandora or spotify, it knew a music player app was running, but only the play button would show up and none of the buttons pressed performed any action.
fyi i've never altered the moto 360 in any way.
My next steps:
Delete the android wear app.
Completely unpair and forget the bluetooth connection
Reset moto 360
redownload android wear
test
rinse and repeat

My steps did the trick. That was odd. I think the key was deleting android wear app and the original bluetooth connection
Hi guys, I've just update my SW3 to last 5.1.1. firmware and discovered that some apps crash or don't work (already tried a full reset):
1) wear - stay awake - works but doesn't vibe when time is run out
2) hand dialer for Wear - doesn't work at all
3) wear camera remote - causes android wear to crash every time it starts
do they works on your SW3? did you find other non working apps?

Yes,
1. Diabetes.M font is wrong and hangs on occasion
2. MapMyFitness runs a ghost program acting like you are doing a work up when you didn't start one. I had to block the app altogether
Advanced Settings - random FCs time by time
Has anyone had this issue or no what to do?
I reset my watch and started from scratch, all the apps I used before where still installed on my phone.
When it paired it installed most of them, however there are a few it hasn't added like Strava, ghost racer.
I've rebooted both the phone and wattch and clicked resume apps although nothing seems to have happened so far.
Anyone got any suggestions?
I had this issue (with ghost racer application)
- I reseted again the watch
- then connected it to android wear on my phone
- then synced the application in android wear
and the missing apps were back.
I have the samsung galaxy s9 plus with android 9.
Why sometimes when I go to google play and my apps and I tap the rounded icon to check for several apps if they need update is spinning for 1 sec and it shows no application that it wants to upgrade even if i have apps that need update.
Why is this happening and how i can solve it?
I'd open apps and find Google play and clear the cache.
Already do that still the same.
Is it normal to happening that?
