[WIP][ROM][SLIMCM][LINARO][4.2.2]by DroidModderXtreme

Hi guys ,today i'll show you a ROM built from Cyano's sources which is very fast,stable and slim
FEATURES
1)Based on the latest nightly version of cyanogenmod
2)Android 4.2.2
3)Nova and Trebuchet Launcher
4)Build.prop full tweaked
5)158 mb
DOWNLOADs
1)ROM : HERE
2)GApps JB : QUI
INSTALLATION
1) Reboot in CWM
2) 3 WIPEs
3) Install zip from SDcard > choose zip of ROM/GApps and install them
4)Reboot:laugh:
WARNING
1)Don't upgrade via OTA the ROM ( wait my release )
2)My release will arrive every 2 weeks or before

the downloaded file has no extension, shall I add .zip to the end?

Any more details on this? You can't just say here is a ROM and flash it. Lol

That pretty much sums up where this project is right now. No screenies, no details.....nothing but a download link.....good luck

Thread needs to be closed.
OP doesn't give rom/kernel source code.
All he says is that its based of Cyanogen.
Download link isn't even in .zip form
And he created two other identical threads to this.
Download host website turns up my AV
And all it says is SlimCM (Isn't there a slim ROM/Dev already?) . No d2att or any clarification of what's being downloaded.
Everything is wrong here.
Mods need to close asap before we get about 15 "Help this ROM bricked my phone" threads.

To the OP, you need to provide kernel source and proper credits and thanks. I highly suggest you read the following link and try to get your thread caught up to standard. Then let us know for proper thread assignment.

you have to upload your rom to a host like dev-host or androidfilehost first then provide a link
in your post here. but in order to do that you must first make a prerequisite number of posts on xda.
for what device is this rom? if it's for sm-t210 [tab 3 7.0] or gt-p5210 [tab 3 10.1 wifi]
once you've uploaded it to a host send me a pm with the link and i'll see if i can flash it and take it for a spin.
if it's good i'll suggest it here with link.

Read the rules first. If you've followed it, click new thread. I'm not sure if there is a number of posts required before creating a thread in the dev page like the limit to replying. You can contact a moderator for help. You can see who beside the new thread button.

iv uploaded it to mediafire because i dont like google drive and mega was taking forever but il upload the link android file host
aka i am aware of some of the bugged apps that wont open when installed

Tab 3 Development forums, depending on your tablet's screen size i.e 7, 8 or 10.1.

i am actually new to all this stuff n i loved your rom! i wanna know how to install the OTA updates that you've given..please give step wise instructions.....and it it enough to download the lastest version only or all the versions should be downloaded?

hey! just install v1.1 and then using the ota service from the device, update it.
or else, download all the updates from the thread and install them

1.1 > 1.3 > 1.4
only 1.1 is big in size

bro i have stock 4.4 rom of gionee elife e3 i extracted system and boot image also .As canvas 4 has same chip,ram,storage,resolution can you tell me how to port rom

You do not have meta-inf and updater script right?
You will have to make your own updater script...depending upon in which partition your system, boot, etc are. Google these two and you will find proper guide threads.
Also, you can use (after editing) another rom's updater script. That rom should belong to your device.

unable to install rombuzz on canvas 4
I have checked your post regarding RomBUZZ rom and download all version.But at the time of installing by CWM method,but it was showing "INSTALLATION ABORTED".
kindly guide me.
AS per your query version is 1.0 and "installation aborted " after the selection of "apply update from sdcard" and then the selection of the ROM zip file.Is there are any process for ROM flash directly from PC.

Are you using Master Awesome's CWM recovery? The background colour of recovery should be Grey. The link is present in post 1.

guys i flashed a self created rom got boot loop so tried to backup rombuzz rom but started imei issue so flashed stock imei issue still there so followed karthiks method and solved issue but whenever i flash new rom i get imei issue how to solve permanently

Hello,
I found a bug: when i listen music or fm radio and a notification arrive : the music stops playing, the screen is black and the power button is disabled.
LED notification flashes but nothing more.
The only solution is to remove the battery and cut the next time connexion data
Otherwise it is one of the most successful ROM I've tested, thank you !

i used sn write tools and got my imei number back bro but again i flashed a rom same issue
bro i made a rom elie e3 kitkat system and boot.img in kitchen it created updater script itself the rom shows installation complete but stuck at boot loop how to make a kitkat rom using system and boot.img of other stock rom

Meanwhile @side @Tweakforce_LG here is a miui 8 rom you've been wanting to build so badly, come help us, this rom is far from a finished product.
Edit: The original developer had 2 versions of the ROM (as he said) one was donation package and the otherwas promotion package which came with Chinese apps. Unfortunately I taught the updated ROM had a promotion package, But it didn't. I posted the wrong link thinking it was the promotion package. I have already reverted link to previous one.
The donation package costs 20 Yuan for anybody willing to help us.

To get the newer version you have to donate some money to rom maker

there are still few reboots here and there, I don't have a pc for now to get a logcat as I lent it out. While playing with it see if you can fix things.
And oh the standby time is great even with playing music but battery with data on with screen on seems pretty bad I think.

That can be improved with time. And since it's based on CM there are a few kernals out there that may improve battery life.

When this ROM is stable I will thing of installing it

FYI it's surprisingly a stable ROM as everything works.

Check these B192 update links and tell if they are legit !

Got time to find out some links from their resource xml and have been able to extract a working link to download B192 update. Being a software developer I'm able to do this but not sure which one to install and do not want to brick !
