Hello guys,
I'm facing some weird problems with my phone,
×All installed apps automatically restart or FC for at least once or twice.
×Music player stops when screen goes off.[Solved]
Also I want to ask, it is normal in emui that we can clear a sticky notification because I'm able to clear all notifications including those which are not supposed to be? Is it normal?
I did reset the settings but no luck
Please reply if you know anything about these issues.

What about sticky notifications? Is it also common?
There is a solution that you need to try:
Go to settings - battery - Click the gear icon on right hand top - UNTICK "close excessively power-intensive apps"
If you are on b183, it is common that apps crash

There is a B183? I'm on B140 and it is the latest update for me

Yeah. Me too. Frequent app crashed. Like fb, WhatsApp and the worse is on games like mobile legend during war. I'm and sometimes my whole team dead there when that happens

Not doing that yet. Since it's kinda a hassle to setup back the phone
Form last three days I did not face any FC or app restart. I did nothing it automatically fixed.

Thats strange...without updating or clearing anything problem solved. sometime these softwares are too much to understand.

Hi guys, I've been having a persistent issue on my two weeks old Nexus 5X, basically a few times a day auto rotation stops working forcing me to restart the device.
I've never used Marshmallow, is anyone having this issue on DP5?

Yes I'm having the exact same issue. I've been using an app which allows you to manually set the orientation through a persistent notification.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I just turned off and on the auto rotate from notification bar and now no problem at all

Nope, worked completely fine on MM. I've been looking out for the cause of the problem to see whether it's a bug in split screen or something.
Edit: Atefi's solution didn't work for me either.

I found it was definitely Pokémon GO that breaks mine. Restart gets it going again.
I don't know if anyone else is facing this issue but after update, apps close expectedly and it is very very irritating since important data is also lost in some instances. I have reset and cleared cache but nothing has improved.

Give it around a day. It will get solved. For me it did.
Edit - Don't use any themes downloaded from Playstore or anywhere else. Just use the themes that came with the phone and see if there are any crashes or restarts?

Fist it was play store when press "read" in any app it started closing I reinstall it clear cache clear data every thing and now it is happening to Gmail email inbox all email apps when ever I click to open a mail the app closes plz help not know what to do

Make sure you have not applied any theme.
Also turn off the option to automatically close power intensive apps in the battery settings.

Your only option for now is a factory reset.
This os has got some big issues
And yes auto to closing of apps is close and no theme is applied everything is stock but now also I cannot read mail or in Google play store not read discription of any apps it just closes it is so frustrating

I have this exact issue. It started after the update to B183 firmware. I've checked all the battery saving settings, did a soft and hard reset, but the issue still lingers. I've called Honor support line and they asked me to hard reset the phone, but I told them that I've already did that. They asked me to take the phone to a repair center but I live in a island and the center is on the mainland.
Ive had an Honor 8 before and had no issues whatsoever with any updates. Honor dropped the ball on this one.
If you can rollback, that will be the best decision

Don't use any custom theme or font.
Also set your screen size to normal.
I too had this problem and did a factory reset. The issue persisted even after the hard reset but was gone in a day.
I guess give it time to settle down.

My screen flashes when the screen locks. It does this for a bit and then just randomly stops doing it, until it starts again. I've contacted Google and they won't let me do an RMA saying it's a known issue and should be fixed in a coming update. Anyway else have this issue?

Well I'm running the April update and the flashing issue returned today again. Still no fix. Ugh.
Mine started doing it after the April update. I started uninstalling a bunch of apps (like rotation control) thinking it was causing the issue. But nope...

Not happening all the time. Does it for like 10 mins then stops for a week or two before randomly doing it again.
It's infuriating, as people keep thinking I'm taking their photo. Anyone heard anything more about a fix?
Long discussion in Pixel product forum. No fix helped yet. I have heard that Google isn't allowing replacements because of the flashing; which hopefully means that they are working on a fix.
We'll have a new security update in a few days - I have everything crossed!
My XL started doing it today. Think I updated yesterday to the 5 May patch.
Just rebooted and it stopped. But I'm sure it will return

I just picked up the XL 2 yesterday and my screen started flashing today. Called Google support and they said it is a software issue and that they are working on a fix for it and will roll it out in an update. Seems rather strange they've heard about this for 6 months and still no update as of yet. My bet is that this "fix" is Android p.
after each lock when i turn the screen on with double tap or power button screen is unresponsive for good 3 seconds. This started happening after the latest camera fix update. When if i use aod and use the fingerprint through the aod this doesnt happen. tried reboot and factory reset with fresh install (no backups) tried safe mode. Same thing happens.

Yup happening to me too (s20+ exynos). For me the time of unresponsiveness is around 1-2 seconds. Happened after the latest update.

There is an app called samsung member where you can send error reports. I have already done it, its currently under review. I suggest everyone affected to do it.

Seems like a pertaining issue for Note 10 Users too. They found a trick and seems it works better now. Can you try this and let me know if it works better?
turn off the battery optimized for apps: com.samsung.android.biometric.
Go to Settings>Apps>Select "Special Access" from three dot menu>Optimise Battery Usage>select All from drop down menu>Search for "com.samsung.android.biometric"> Turn it off and Restart.

For a moment it felt like the issue is resolved!
But after checking several times I can confirm the issue still exists.

While using the sidekey and turning off and on the screen and checking consecutively, the unresponsiveness persists in mine.

Ofcourse I did. In fact restarted one more time since it didn't resolve after the first restart, post disabling the optimization.

I did this already and while it feels like fingerprint is faster, unfortunately this is a screen issue. You see if the screen is off and i put the finger in the correct spot it always scans my finger without any lag. The issue is occurs when -
a) I have unlocked the phone using above way, then the screen becomes unresponsive right after unlocking.
b) The screen is off and i either press the power button or double tap to wake, then the screen will be unresponsive and its during this time the fingerprint scanner doesn't scan (because the scanner doesn't know it needs to scan since the touch is unresponsive)
so TL;DR its not a FP scanner issue.
I am quiet sure Samsung is already addressing this issue for next update.
I keep my phone in mobile stand while drinking. However, while driving the when automatically switches on. I have tried disabling multiple options like double tap to wake, wake phone on pick up, disabling notifications etc, but no luck.
Anyone else have this issue.

pls could you put the steps, as i did reset, still issue persists and day by day the issue is growing and kind of screen keeps waking up
Reset the device. When you setup, don't add your email and continue. Once you reach the launcher, add your email address, install applications and configure settings.
