cannot access camera

I have a L400f model - i rooted using towelroot v3
now i am unable to access the camera at all - I had xposed but i removed it completely -
i keep getting message - close service using camera - i have no app running except for weather and a calendar and the basic apps running
please can someone help - short of resetting from scratch
is there an app that can detect which app is using the camera - sorry grasping for ideas - very discouraged
please help = anyone
the error message is ---- Fail to connect to camera service

Hi guys, I installed CM 10 my phone. But Camera app is no. Please, send me Camera apk in Cyanogenmod 10. Thanks. I could be write incorrect because I'm Turkish.

I have been working with a Educational institute. in order to use the android platform for the teaching purpose.
I have developed an Android app which will prevent the users from capturing screenshot or running the app in a rooted device.
Android testers out there do check out the app goo[dot] gl/h97bcy
*Check if your able to capture screenshot
*Check if you can run this app in any of the rooted android device
This application requires Android Lollipop or above.
Marshmallow users out there you need to go to settings and turn on permissions for this app manually.

Error Alert device not supported "Nexus 6p" I can't take a screenshot while app is open other than that I can screenshot out side of the app

its doesnt stop my games in game screenshot from working, i dont have a rooted device so cant test that

Video/sound recorder bug when pause (MC14 Nougat 7.0 on S3 i9305)

I installed the CM version 14.0 (for a samsung S3 i9305) from here https://www.cyanogenmods.org/forums/topic/i9305-galaxy-s3-lte-cm14-cyanogenmod-14-nougat-7-0-rom/ (the last version available for this phone).
Unfortunatley I can't use it because of 2 bugs related to the microphones:
- when I record a video and then pause the app crashes.
- when I record a sound with sound recorder, and then pause it, the app crashes. If I try again I get this error: "Internal Application Error : Microphone may be in use" error.
I try the "force stop" but it' doesn't fix the bug. Only a reboot fix the bug.

Any idea how to solve this ?
Before this bug, I also had a bug with the camera which was solved by installing this version of the camera app https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...p-camera-mod-snap-apk-panorama-fixed-t3537336 and the Mediaserver Killer app

I have flash the CM 13- marshmallow , and I don't have the bug when I pause the sound recorder or the camera.
What file/code should I take from this ROM and copy over to the CM14-Nougat to make it works?

camera issue

hi guys
i have rn 8 global version/64 gb /4 gb ram
i have problem with the camera.
when open camera,showing this error ( still cant connect to camera.try restarting your device )
when open ict menu show 4 camera,the 48 mp dosnt show at this menu. and torch was disabled...
here the sc shots.
android 9 and miui 11.0.8 global
kernel version 4.14.98
anyone have this problem?

Have you tried clearing phone camera app cache and data?
