I've just update my firmware using my thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2696282
I'm S-On and followed every instruction. When the phone boot (everything was succesfull), it was stuck on the HTC welcoming screen.
Then I thought because the rom installed didn't match the new firmware, so I decided to unlock the bootloader, that too was fine. But then when the phone boot up, I again got stuck on the HTC welcoming screen. Then I tried adb to boot into the bootloader to flash the TWRP custom recovery, but nothing to do, adb is not recognising the phone. But the storage of my phone is appearing on windows explorer and the drives were successfully installed automatically.
What should I do, urgent please anyone
Thanks

hold up and down volume keys then power button to switch off device. Then boot into bootloader through volume down and power button. Flash recovery and install rom. Panicked for nothing
Hi all,
I've been running PA 4.6 (KK 4.4.4) smoothly for a few weeks now, then suddenly a few days ago it started to reboot to the OPPO logo and is now stuck in a bootloop showing only OPPO logo. Only way to stop it is to power down. Sometimes it won't even power up, then after I leave it for a few hours, it'll power up, but again OPPO logo bootloop. I'm able to boot into fastboot (that's finicky, too - it happens if I'm lucky). When I do "adb devices", nothing shows up, but when I do "fastboot devices", I can see my device.
I tried to flash a recovery through fastboot, and it says flashed successfully, but when I try to reboot, it still does the OPPO logo bootloop. Can you please help me figure this out?
At one point, while I was pressing this button and that in the middle of doing fastboot stuff, somehow it booted up to my homescreen successfully, but after like 30 seconds, it rebooted, and it's been on OPPO logo bootloop ever since. Please help.:crying:

Are you unable to boot into recovery too? Try booting into recovery and factory resetting the phone.
Thank you for replying. Yes, unable to boot into recovery I can only boot into fastboot. From there, when I do the reboot to recovery command, it says successful in cmd, but the phone goes back into the OPPO logo bootloop.
Bump.. anyone, please?
Sounds like you're gonna have to download the N1 ADB drivers and fix your phone that way. There should be a tutorial for that on XDA here somewhere

I know this is super late, but thank you for your reply. I did that and was able to flash the stock recovery via fastboot (cmd said Writing, then successful at 0.182 seconds), but when I reboot (doesn't reboot via buttons, had to do "fastboot reboot") the same problem returns - boot loop at Oppo logo. Any ideas please? Thanks again.
Hi,
I had rooted my device with TWRP Recovery installed. I then updated my Cyanogen 12 version from cm-12-20150430-NIGHTLY to cm-12-20150502-NIGHTLY. Post that, I did a factory reset from CM12. Since then, my phone has been stuck in a constant TWRP Loop where the TWRP logo keeps flashing every few seconds. Unable to access the recovery. The phone buttons do not power off or restart the phone. However, I can access fastboot if i let the battery run out and then start the phone. Please help me.

hi guys
i tried upgrade to marshmallow to my phone.installed update packgae and try install but when phone get reboot i get htc logo screen with ''enterin recovery'' it direct me to TWRP mode i tried system boot, bootloader, recovery and download options but device stucked it happen same always entering recovery
any solution.
My telephone keeps booting to fastboot after trying to update TWRP.
I am trying to restore the original ROM (apollo_eea_global_images_V12.5.12.0.RJDEUXM_20220208.0000.00_11.0_eea) and I can get the rom installed through fastboot but the phone enters a boot loop cycle. It starts up, vibrates shortly then reboots.
If i press volume up it goes into the original recovery menu. I have tried clearing everything and even entering safe mode but the phone will not boot.
Am i screwed?
Thanks in advance.
I installed the Pixel Experience recovery and side-loaded the zip and at least have a working OS.
I must be doing something wrong with the stock mi10t
Now i sided the miui zip and its working agian. I think i have misunderstood the procedure. I thought you only need to install the rom with flashboot and that was it.
