I was more shocked that a mod moved half the threads. Yet said nothing about the threads where people are swearing at eachother it's like the wild west in this forum lol

First of all wrong section mate. Ask such question's in the Q&A section. Try Cymera - Camera & Photo Editor. You can have all the item downloads for free meaning its completely offline. I personally recommend it. Here is the link,

Bro, there is no need for any confusion. The user @Vignesh kumar is new here and thus made a mistake of posting this question in Apps section when he should have posted in the Q/A section. Now we both know that the moderators are going to push this question to Q/A section. So do we really have to make him wait just to get an answer? Now when he goes through the answer in this thread, he will not only get to know his mistakes but also the answer to his question. Hence its a win-win condition to both of us.

Another possibility besides the one shown by @sd_shadow is to use this form: https://www.xda-developers.com/contact/. Please go via "Change username or cancel an account".
I suggest to provide the admins with about three alternatives if the originally wanted new username is not available.
