Im in doubt between Moto X Pure and LG G4.
They both have the same price in my country.
Really like the frontal speakers and the pure Android with moto apps, but the screen quality and the replaceable battery are very useful.
Id like an opinion from someone who had these two gadgets.
he Motorola moto 360 one of the most popular Android wear smartwatches on the market. The design of this watch is similar to regular watch. It suffers from poor battery life, just like other early smartwatches. Now about a year later, its has arrived not in one size.It is available in two sizes and three unique styles Moto 360, Moto 360 for Women and Moto 360 Sport. The new Moto 360 screen has a higher pixel density than last year’s version. The men’s wear 46mm watch measures in at 1.56 inches, with a resolution of 360 x 330 and 233 pixels per inch.while the Women’s wear 42mm watch has a 1.37-inch display with a resolution of 360 x 325 and 263 pixels.
You can wear it with a suit, or with a T-shirt.This watch is also compatible with IOS but IOs have a limited compatibility. The first Moto was a bit slow and have some performance issues but the newer Moto 360 is faster from the old version. The biggest change in the processor. It’s now a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU also has an Adreno 305 450MHz GPU.These advancements make for a quicker and sensible Moto 360, but it comes with the same 512MB of RAM, 4GB of interior memory and a IP67 water proof level, which grants for one meter submergence for 30 minutes. The operating system is Android Wear and runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It can be update to the recently release Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Friends, I had the moto g turbo and to be a mid range I was happy with the quality of the photos, now I have the moto z play and I am happy with the battery life, but unfortunately I think the photos are of worse quality compared With which you take with the moto g turbo. It's possible? I have compared the photos I had and I think they are better on the moto g turbo. I can not exactly compare the same photo because I no longer own the moto g turbo, but in the same scenarios I observe a better quality
Don't think so that it could be.
Did anyone compare the cameras of Moto Z2 Play and Moto Z (not "Z play" but "Z")?
I know Z2 Play has slightly better aperture and Z has optical stabilization. But what about how does this affect real shots?
Maybe someone has owned both and can share own view/opinion?
Many thanks!
I own both. I think the Z takes better pictures. I can post sample shots later if you want.

Yes, please. I'll be appreciated if you can make low-light sample shots.
Thank you.
Not what you are looking for but I've had the z play and Z2 play. The z play camera sucked like most Moto cameras. The Z2 play is pretty decent. Still nowhere as good as an average LG or Galaxy phone but about like an HTC camera

I have had both Motorola and LG phones. My moto x style shot better video that almost any LG and the pictures are really good too. The only think that really suck is the lack of camera2api support, like and old 2003 phone.
I think when the cameras start getting under f2.0, the low light ability really improves. Although Moto Cameras have done ok under normal shooting, I found they fell apart really quickly in lower light. It's about time they improve that on the newer models. Truly I think Motorola, except for the camera, builds the best quality hardware. Only Blackberry built tougher stuff. I've seen Moto phones run over by trucks and slammed in doors and still work fine. LG phones tend to have bad boards, Samsung bad memory chips (ironic) and HTCs were often made from weak plastic parts. Just a general observation. There are exceptions everywhere. LG had those wonderful Sony image sensors.
Hi. I bought lg v30 with nice oled screen but i can change to g7 but I am not sure about screen quality. Can you tell me how black colour looks on this ips (for example aod)? Its better than any other standard ips screens? I compared moto g6 plus screen to the v30 and its big difference.

It's a beautiful panel. The blacks are very black for it being an ips, but it's not AMOLED.

I would say only at night you will see a little diffrence for black. At day no diffrence.
But the white on this screen beats everything by far. :good: best display out there.
Just be sure to enable comfort view on g7 when you make comparison and play with the slider until it fits you.

Well if you ask about blacks it is a bit worse then Sony XZ2 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s I can compare them any time. But it is really close and hard to notice ( I have some sharp eyes
About brightness colors etc, if you count out boost brightness that can only be manually activated fot 3 minutes max, it is obviously worse in all aspects then those two phones I mentioned above...I found it way way on the cold side and post balance is hurting brightness alot...it also has odd subpixel set, some kind of pentile and not true rgbw nor rgb obviously. So there is no true QHD quality resolution vise more like FHD+
So in reality it is not top tier IPS without boosted brightness (if boost is activated it goes toe to toe with those phones but they operate on that level always while LG can be boosted for 3 min. max from time to time)...

I bet you did not enabled comfort view. Also put an A4 paper on the back on these phones and try to replicate it's collor. G7 screen is unbeatable!

As I said balancing white degrades brightness too much, and it takes more to calibrate white balance then to put it on A4 papaer and try to match it
Still post calibration is not even close to "factory calibration" something completely different...LG G7 screen is not only beatable but it is not even in the top dogs level...

LG G7 has nice screen but it is not only beatable but it is not even on the same level of flagships...
So simple as this LG G7 LCD display is hands down worse then: Sony XZ P, XZ2 (compact), Xiaomi Mi MIX 2(s) Black Shark, Huawei Mate 9(20), iPhone XR(7,7+,8,8+), Nokia 8, Razer Phone 2...i guess there are far more, but those are certenly better when compared head to head overall...

I DISAGREE!
Had XZ premium, compared it with Xz2 premium, Xz2 and xz3 when I bought it, also compared it with s10e, s10+, iPhone xr and xs max, mate 20npro and p30 pro. G7 screen leaves in dust those even without enabling boost brightness. White is white. On the others, oleds, white is yellowish. Idk what test you've done, but it seems weird that you've got different results.

Dude, I dont get it why you are iritated?
Take a look:
LG G7 vs Huawei Mate 20 Pro and P30 Pro
Full brightness on all, blue filter on all. Best adjustment to match the pure white.
Photos are shot with P30pro and mate 20 pro

So you compare LCD to demo unit OLED :silly:
For people looking for true comparison that confirms what I said, one photo is with and one without brightness boost on LG compared to Sony XZ2. Note LG can sustain boosted brightness three minutes maximum.
