I turned it off already but it still turns on when when booting and then stops once it is done booting, this is still annoying however as I don't want to see it happen whatsoever. Any method to remove it from the boot too?

Greetings All,
I had a very interesting problem happen to me and I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the problem before and what it could mean.
I went to restart my phone to boot into Android using GenY Dual Boot but after I had pressed the reset button the phone hung with a black screen and my LED circle constantly lit. Tried rebooting again and the phone did not want to know me however the circle went back to normal, it would get to the Touch Diamond screen where it will show you the ROM&Radio version on the bottom left and as soon as it got past that it would reboot and start the process again.
So I went and did a hard reset and still the phone would not boot. In the end doing a mtty flash, then a hard reset brought the phone back to life but now I am worried that there might be a underlying issue at play.
So my questions are:
What would cause the white ring to stay on?
Cause the phone to get stuck in a constant reboot?
Is there a problem with my phone that I need to get looked at?
Using the latest GenY D2X ROM with the HardSPL 1.93 and the radio 1.17. Just did a restart now and all is fine. Maybe it was a once off problem?
Thanks for any info .
/btw not sure what to search for hence the reason why i created a new thread.
Hey, I tried to search for this, I looked in every sub forum for the Hercules, but I was unable to find anything...
More often than not, if my phone ever dies, or I turn it off (i.e. flashing something, or just trying to clear out the memory), it gets stuck rebooting... It will go through the boot animation and get to the main screen, and as its going through, on the notification bar it will say "Preparing USB Storage" and there is where it gets frozen and will shut itself off, and in order for me to do anything with it after that, I have to do a battery pull. It was happening when I was on any custom rom and so I tried going back to stock rom, and it is still happening... Is it by chance a setting I am messing with that is causing it? Because when I switch roms, it will seem to fix it for about 1 week... And then it happens again, I have since tried to never turn my phone off, but if I forget to charge it and it dies naturally, that is when I have the BIGGEST problem and it takes FOREVER to try to get it to boot up... Any ideas? Or should I just take it to T-Mobile when it is doing it and have it swapped?
Hello all,
Today, I was listening to some music and noticed the music lagged and gave that sound when a CD is stuck.
Minutes later, I was checking my Facebook and noticed my phone was acting very slow and froze up.
Then a bright white notification light turned on and my phone rebooted itself (the white light remains on).
Once it reboots, it remains stuck on the Galaxy S6 Edge+ screen and it won't do anything. I tried the volume down and power button method but the same thing - it just reboots and remains stuck on the logo screen with the white notification light on (see below for screenshots).
I also tried to go in Download Mode and tried flashing a stock firmware, with the hopes of enabling me to go in the factory menu and do a hard reset, but that doesn't work neither due to non custom bootloader and FRP lock - which as per my knowledge - I can only unlock whilst the phone is booted successfully.
I Googled the problem but no answer for the specific issue I encountered.
I'm clueless and have no idea what to do.
Can someone help me with this?

Are you rooted with a custom recovery?

I can't - FRP Lock makes it impossible for me to either Root or flash a different Recovery.
Wanted to seek some clarity on whether my phone is HW bricked. Here're the conditions:
Rooted/Unlocked Bootloader/Custom ROM/Stock Kernel
Randomly found the phone not responding last night, no software updates or heavy usage that day.
Have to long press power to get to turn on. Typical bootloader unlocked warning message then Google screen, then phone turns off. No screen content when charging (battery indicator or booting).
I can get to fastboot with power/vol down and interact with from Nexus Toolkit but attempting to boot to anything including TWRP just produces the same sequence: boot warning, google logo then complete shutdown. Tried booting recovery, wiping, etc from toolkit, nothing.
Occasionally it'll loop once or twice but most of the time it just shuts right off.
Phone is in the freezer now, will try heating solder later. Am I looking at a new phone here? Anything else I can try before heading to the store?
Same issue
Did the freezer trick work?
I have the same issue.
Nexus 5X
Rooted/Unlocked/TWRP/Stock ROM
Randomly turned off, Long press to get back on. Turns off during boot. Managed to access Recovery the first time but havent been able to since, just shuts off.
Google chat thinks it hardware issue.. still under warranty, but would be nice to back up the userdata from it some how...
Surprisingly enough the freezer trick allowed the device to boot into recovery.. unfortunately it wasn't long enough to recover any data and now the phone won't turn on at all :/
So, the phone works, but when it turns on, nothing displays at first, no logo or loading animation. but, once its fully tuned on, everything shows again. now, the real issue... I cant get into recovery mode, or anything to try and get it factory rest or flash new firmware on it to fix the issue, because the screen displays nothing when I'm trying to access recover menus. it just stays black until i disconnect the batter and let it turn back on normally all the way.... tried some research and did the usual black out issues... but nothing.
any help would be great thnx!
