Help with Start animation

Hello people...
I'm trying to put HTC startup animation into the rom like any other oem program.
And it's not working..!!!!
Do I have to do anything extra for it to work.
Please help me.

remove(xxx) place in sdcard, blah ,blah (you know the drill) bootloader blah,blah

Acer A100 stuck logo information !

Hello guys , i receive a acer a100 stuck on grey logo and i dont know how fix it !
i flash before many tablets so i have knowledge !
my question how i know its a unlocked or locked bootloader ! and i try with sdcard flash but wont start !
plz help me !
