USB-C to MicroUSB short cable or adapter - Samsung Galaxy S8+ Accessories

I'm looking for an adapter or (very) short cable to connect my S8+ (usb-c) to my Trezor (microUSB) - https://trezor.io
It should be as compact (transportable) as possible.

Yes, like this one, thanks!
But unfortunately they don't ship to Czech republic. And shipping to the closest country (Germany) costs over $40 They don't even ship to other neighbouring countries like Austria.
And such package would wake up the whole government monster as the price ($2.28 + $40.71 shipping) will exceed the duty-and-VAT-free limit of 22 EURo.
So I'd prefer European supplier or perhaps a Chinese one - as they offer free shipping worldwide.

Dobrý deň!
This is the shortest I could find on amazon.de:
https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01CIP8HEK/
There are many others for under ten €, usually 1m.
Best regards from Germany ?

Dobrý den a děkuji.
Yes, this one looks suitable, I'll probably buy it as I haven't found anything shorter yet (typeC-microUSB male-to-male adapter without a cable).

Good price, free shipping

Blackstone International Travel Charger Pack (TC P300)

I had trouble finding a US charger for the HTC Touch HD and my search ended with the TC P300 International Travel Charger Pack. The pack includes UK, US, EU, and AU plugs; Charger Unit (same unit found in the HTC UK retail package); USB sync cable; and carry case. The package is very nice with great quality and packaging. It is available through Expansys.com (US buyers purchase from mobileplanet for significantly lower price and shipping).
Has anyone found additional or single plugs? I can put these plugs to good use, but others in the US may just want the US plug. Also, some may need to add Asian plugs.

Cheapest HDMI cable

I have been trying to find the cheapest hdmi cable for the droid x right now. The lowest I can go is $14.29. Also if an admin could allow me post links I would add the link.

It is Micro HDMI to HDMI.
I found the cheapest to be a 1 footer for 11$ with free shipping from Brooklyn on ebay. Also, if you use Bing cash back, you can get 8% off (88 cents ). I would post links, but i cant.
I just searched for Micro HDMI on ebay and came up with plenty of options for $10 or less.

Rule # 3 - Next try BlueJeansCable
I couldn't believe this but, I was at a verizon store yesterday asking about the hdmi cables and another customer overheard me. He pulled me aside and told me that you can get at lowes in the satellite dish dept. He said you could get a 12 foot cord for half of what verizon charges. I'm going to head over there shortly to find out if it's true.
Update... If lowes has them I didnt see them. they had regular hdmi cables but nothing for micro usb. I think the guy misunderstood what I was looking for.

Buying non-oem from china means it'll work for a month then it breaks. Long run you're gonna spend a lot more. Avoid eBay spend a few bucks more and get something reliable.
I got my hdmi cable (15 ft) and a new usb cause the box one is too short (6 ft) for only 15 bucks from monoprice.com with next day shipping.

Keep being asked where to get an MHL adaptor from,
I've just ordered one from Amazon for the princely price of 8 GBP (genuine Samsung) so if you're in the UK it sounds like a good deal to me!

Here in Sweden we only get the phone plus charger and USB cable, kinda sucks when others get a lot more... :crying:
The only options for extras was to get a pair of Sony DR-BTN200M if you preordered from the Sony online store, or preorder from a vendor called Cyberphoto and get a gift card for 500 SEK (~$77).
I went with the latter as it's basically getting the phone cheaper (they were already 100 SEK cheaper than Sony and delivered faster anyways...)

Depends where you buy it from. Carrier? Webstore? Regular electronics store? Luckily, you can get really cheap OTG adapters on Ebay, Amazon etc. You can get one for a couple of bucks. The screen protector is another story, since they tend to be a little more expensive, but that's life!

I received the same as him, bought from Handtec.co.uk though.
@dtosun I didn't pay any VAT or any taxes on this phone for that matter. However I'm from Australia not USA. But for something of this value, I doubt your customs would make a fuss over this purchase.
Did anyone get a 16gb Samsung sd with it? Mine had one but I had already bought a 32gb,wasn't expecting it.

I'm in the same boat too. Pre-ordered from clove, only paid for the device and shipping. There was no trouble from US customs.
I had checked against amazon uk too but there they charge for the device, shipping, AND import fee. I have no idea why amazon needs to charge an import fee or why clove can get away without. *shrugs*
im also living in Sweden, and get just phone, USB cable, charger...

You should definitely order from Top-One at Aliexpress. They have great customer service, and if you choose DHL shipping, there's no taxes or customs duties in EU.

That's not bad at all then. Hopefully i won't get any tax or a little like you did. Btw did you get a QC 3.0 charger or do you use the stock one?
Xiaomi doesn't add a QC 3 charger because of costs. I use a normal charger here, not the one in the box. Charges fast enough for me.
charging is extremly fast...from 14% to 100% cca 1h15min. Fast enough for me

And is it much better than the stock one? i'll get a charger in my origin country but i need to know if it's worth, if it charges faster etc
Some days ago I timed mine while charging from 20% to 100%.
I took 1 hour, with the original charger.
Maybe if the device was off I could have save some time more.
Instead it was on and I was not using it.
It become pretty hot I could use it to iron a shirt.
Why people have so much hurry?
Is it worth spending extra money to gain...how much 5, 10 minutes?
How much more thermal stress does it put on the battery (which is not removable!) and on other precious components?

I'm from Slovenia and I also ordered from Top One Digital on AliExpress choosing DHL. Delivery in 12 days, no customs, no tax.
Then I additionally ordered QC 3.0 charger from UGreen. Works really well and had EU plug. It also comes with either Type C or micro USB cable. Choose the correct one when placing your order. I will also buy a nylon braided Type C cable from Nillkin because AFAIK it's the only one that supports 3A charging current which is more than the standard 2.4A that QC 3.0 uses for charging. And it's also a very nice cable.

Oh thanks Buddy for letting me know!! Atm my package is stuck in hong kong for like 6 days nie, xiaomi online shop wrote to me that its "peak season" thats why its stuck there for so long. Idk what to think, i ordered it having in my mind that ill get it before christmas but **** i wont get it, and also when ill hopefully get The phone, i Will Buy that type c cable and some qc 3.0 adapter aswell! If anyone wants to Buy from xiaomi online store on aliexpress, u just have to have much pqtience as it takes sooo long to get to u..
Same here, ordered my Grey 4/128 on Friday, marked as shipped on Monday morning but status is still "Packed for picking up".
It's not the sellers fault, it's the busiest time of the year and I'm sure it's crazy over there. Would be good to receive it before Christmas but I'm prepared for it to arrive before new year (15 working days).
Service from the seller (Top One) has been very good so far.
Looks like I may have to spend quality time with my family over Christmas, rather than playing with my new phone all day. Booo!

i like it more then stock one, also because i have to use an extra plug to use in europe.
With the blitzwolf i charge from 30 -> 100 within 20 minutes
So you can decide yourself
Same here, ordered Mi5s grey 4/128 at 6, Shipment information received by DHL since Friday, December 09. This is waiting for pickup.
It's sellers fault also, in China they use DHL HK because it's much more cheaper to export from there.
For that they don't request DHL for pickup, they have agents reponsable to deliver the packages at Hong Kong DHL offices.
This freight forwarder agent, could be a person or a company, there are thousands individuals and companies in china just doing that, and the quality of service varies from none to high quality.
So, i'm not saying christmas have not something to do with delays, but until the package is with DHL, i could only blame Top One for it's decisions.
The truth is, i've probably choosed the best and more expensive distribuitor in the world, and i'm totaly dependent of a mediocre man in the middle at a christmas attack. LOL

I havent tried it and couldnt really help u with ur exact question. Anyways, Aukey seems like a good brand for qc3.0 (according to what ive heard) plus well pricing and amazon i believe
For people waiting for Christmas delivery via European Union Express (myself included) - in addition to delays at HK there have been flight delays and cancellations at London airports due to heavy fog over the last two days, so you may have to wait a little longer.
Guys, my phone is in my country and i saw something like "customs status updated" is that any bad news? Am i going to pay tax? Or idk how to check if i got any tax on The phone
