Does anyone have any experience with a skin sticker for the arc like the one in the link?

I'm thinking of maybe buying this so when I get a new crack it will not be visible ( though I want to know if it gets the crack again I don't want to miss it again for another month... so I have a dilemma )

After seeing this, I am looking at every nook and corner for similar, or even a little less exciting skins, but haven't come across any.
Kindly post the link of the website you have got them from. There might be a vague chance that I might be able to source them.

Well made, but the backcover is not covered completly and the screen is only the visible part not covered...

Thanks. I too found only two: decalgirls and gelaskin. Both are very good.
I once used Invisible Shield in a Palm Pre and if it is very good against scratches it's horrible in appearance and after some weeks or months there are some pumps and dust under the skin and the corners are not sticked anymore. Are these gelaskins or decalgirl the same??
I'd like to buy one cause they look really good but this problems of invisible shield keep me far from it.

I have the Gelaskins for awhile now and the corners are still sticking
Also have it for my other gadgets, iPod, iPads, iPhone...
i ordered gelaskins matte white,still kinda skeptic about the cut in the front part
is it gonna hold because the sides are really slim,last week of November it will reach my place..crossing fingers X X

It would be great if you(and whoever own a gelaskin) could post some picture of the Arc with gelaskin, I know there are pictures in the webpage but I mean more realistic ones and with some months of use =) please!!
Just finished ordered Gelaskins for my arc here from Singapore. Will be arrived probably a month from now. Hopefully it will be great

Just purchased this aluminum bumper for about USD 12, unlike the one reviewed previously in this forum ( the one with 4 screws fitting), this one is smaller in size, thinner and slightly lighter, about the size of a tpu case offered by mercury and SGP.
The buttons are dug in, but can be easily press, even with short finger nails, good thing it doesn't allow acidental press.
The battery lid can be removed or put on with the bumper on, the photo shows with extended battery lid on.
Before any consider one, there are 2 things you need to know, the headset hole is very small, so not all headphones will fit and the USB port will only fit the standard samsung cable, other may not fit.

I received the slightly bigger one few days ago and like it a lot but liking the look of this smaller one.
Not noticed any difference in reception/signal on mine over the last 2 days.

Not that I know of, network signal full same, GPS signal picked up in less than 1-2 seconds from inside a building and the same at home.
I have yet to try the GPS on the move.

Thanks for taking the time to clear that up for me with that indepth answer
My loudspeaker on Note II recently failed so I ordered a new one off of ebay. I replaced it today and noticed that is was slightly different. From what I have read the loudspeaker is also the 3g antenna as well. On the one out of my phone it had three metal tabs that make contact with the board and on the replacement one it had only two. I put it in and so far everything is working fine. Is anything not going to work? From what I can tell everything still seems to be working the same. Thanks.

The phone has a one year warranty why nor have Samsung repair?

I know it does but the speaker failure was my fault it wasn't a warranty issue. I was doing some metal work on a car and I forgot to leave my phone away from where I was working and some metal filings got into the loudspeaker. I didn't think it was right to try and claim warranty on something that I know was obviously my fault. Also I don't have another phone to use while this one is out for repairs.

The speaker is pretty much molded into the piece of plastic. Not sure what you could do to put something louder. Guess you could buy a replacement piece and play around with fitting another speaker in there. Also I had to put my old one back in for now it seems the tmobile variant of the note 2 has an extra antenna in it due to the hspa+. While it was working fine art my house when my wife and I went out when reception got a little worse my phone was immediately dropping down to 1 to 2 bars and losing 4g and using 2g/edge while my wife's note 2 had nearly full 4g service. Make sure to watch out for that if anyone is deciding to replace this part on a tmobile note 2. I found one company that sells the correct one. All the rest have only the two connections.

No screen protector.
No earphones.
No official OTA for nougat but you can install the official Lenovo one.
Yes it's completely unlocked to all carriers.
I almost went for a Note 4 (had a Note 3) but the much bigger battery and better fingerprint scanner tipped the balance for me.

Yes this really has me annoyed as the note 4 has s-pen, q-hd,and more features but the p2 has newer Soc, more battery, nougat,more fluid performance.
Hmmm... I'll have to go with the p2 as the only con of it is the average camera
Don't forget the P2 also has 4GB ram Vs 3GB in the Note 3/4.
The camera actually with normal day to use is pretty good. Was at a garden party yesterday and managed to get some really nice pictures. It's no worse than my Note 3 but no better.
If I want really high quality pictures I take my DSLR out with me!

Mine definitely didn't have any headphones.
I also have a SIM only plan with three and didn't have to buy a topup. Just provided my details and ID and they discounted it off.

Deffo no headphones. Three stores will ask for your name and address and 3 number. I just opened up my account on my phone showing number and name.

I live in Canada and many of the screen protectors that are being reviewed online are not available for purchase since they do not ship here. Anyone from Canada have any good recommendations? Considering Spigen's Neo Flex but it's out of stock at the moment. Thanks

G Color is pretty good. However I ended up switching it out for the NeoFlex because I screwed up the installation of the G Color one lol.
Also G Color came with a free clear case. Not the best quality, but still it was nice of them to throw that in.

I got the Whitestone Dome one and it's amazing. But not shipping to Canada just yet. I got it because I live on the border and had it shipped to a US address I can use. You guys will love it when you can get it.

I just cant do the plastic type ones...they feel awful to the touch..its like going backwards in time 4 years lol.

Exactly. I had the ClearPlex one from Best Buy but took it off because it felt terrible.
I picked up a glass screen protector from a store in Hamilton as I needed something as I was going out that night paid 40 and it was crap lol I thought it was ok at first but it felt almost like that plastic screen on an OtterBox defender case. I switched cases today and it just came off the phone and I'm glad it did lol. I think I will just go with a case and no screen protector and hope for the best as it seems there are no good curved glass screen protectors for the s8+

haha I agree with you there, but with such limited selection to choose from, it makes it difficult.. especially since pretty much all of the ones I've seen have horrible reviews.
But I NEED a screen protector on my phone! I usually upgrade my phone every 6 months - 8 months and I always sell my previous device.

It's not terribly bad and it is nice and clear. But it doesn't feel as good as glass. If your interested in it you can probably go to Best Buy and I'm sure one of the workers would have a phone with it on that they'd let you look at and touch.
