Hey, guys, I'm having this problem for some time, it started one day, when I tried to open my camera, the phone turned off and everytime I tried to turn it on again, once it showed the lock screen, it turned off again, after some time, I managed to successfully turn it on, but everytime I open the camera the same happens (it was kind of ok to me, since I don't use the camera very often), but then it started happening with other apps, until I opened Twitter and the same happened, the problem was that this time the phone was turning off some seconds after the Asus logo showed up on the booting screen.
After almost a week trying to contact Asus support, I managed to turn the phone on again by trying it while it was on the charger, then I discovered that I can open every app and use the phone without problems while on the charger, if I take it off, the phone survives with no problems until the battery reachs 0%, but I can't open a few apps (camera, Facebook, Messenger and Whatsapp), actually, so far, Instagram is the only one that worked fine on my tests.
I'm waiting for the Asus support to answer my third message (the first they replied with the wrong adress and the second they didn't even answer), but I wanted to know if someone already had this problem and managed to solve it

Sorry, forgot to mention that I tried factory reset and I even reinstalled my ROM using Asus Flash Tool, but the problem persists

So I am keen on how to fix bootloops and going back to stock/rooting, etc...
My friend asked me if I could fix his phone for him, so I said why not. Thing is, it's the weirdest problem I ever faced with a phone, EVER.
The problem is the phone boots normally, I unlock the pattern, some seconds later it turns off and reboots. So I said hey why not boot into safe mode, perhaps it's an app causing all of this, so I did, worked perfectly, turns out "Google Play Services" was "forcing close" and suddenly phone turns off. I uninstalled all updates, cleared data, cache, everything and installed EVERY SINGLE APP on the phone and removed pattern, then rebooted phone. BUT, when i rebooted, the pattern was back, language was back to arabic (I changed it to english when in safe mode), ALL APPS were back, and the updates to Google Play Services were back. It's like I didn't do anything. So I said before it turns off I'm goin to try 1 thing, so I immediately went into settings and managed to uninstall updates for Google Play Services and cleared cache data, even to all google apps, and then I re-uninstalled all applications (out of safe mode), I thought perhaps when irebooted from safe mode, everything was back, now that I'm goin to reboot out of safe mode, this will work. So I rebooted, and guess what? EVERY SINGLE APP was back, system language back to arabic, AGAIN, and pattern was back and GPServices updates were back.
So I said hey, let's factory reset. SO I went into safe mode, I hit factory reset, phone reboots to recovery (vol up + power ) > Factory reset done > wipe cache partition done > reboot : EVERYTHING WAS THE SAME. I am completely shocked. I tried doing Factory reset out of safe mode too, same result. So I said hey, let's unlock this thing and just flash a stock rom, that'll fix it indeed. I went into fastboot and tried flashing the unlock token, the confirmation page appeared, clicked "YES", phone reboots: PATTERN AND EVERYTHING STILL THERE, while they shouldn't be since unlock performs a Factory reset, so I went back to fastboot and it indeed was NOT unlocked, I tried many times and it failed every single time I tried.
So I said hey, download AVG Antiviirus and run it perhaps it can find the problem, so I did and ran it, couldn't find anything, rebooted phone and AVG was gone. So I said, hey, again, download Google Play Services and install it on your phone, perhaps it will permanently override the one existing and it will fix the problem (it didn't, it would disappear and the old G.P.S reappear as soon as I reboot). So I said hey, you got the OTA Zip, it has the firmware, perhaps flashing that firmware will shake things up, most probably brick the phone but perhaps will let me unlock it. So I went into fastboot > fastboot oem RebootRUU > phone reboots normally, I CAN'T even access RebootRUU.
So as you can see I probably tried everything one can do in this situation.
Hello everyone!
I wanted to see if anyone has any ideas. I noticed that my Huawei Watch recently started to show some errors saying "Unfortunately, Android Wear has stopped" and also the same but with Google Play Services. Some days ago it was appearing maybe once a day, but today started to appear every 20 seconds. Now, I restarted the watch and I attempted to do a factory reset and left the watch doing the reset some minutes.
When I looked back at the watch, I saw that everything was exactly the same, no reset was done. I tried doing it again, and then the error alerts now are appearing constantly, interrupting the factory reset. When I dismiss them, they come again immediately, I can only see the watchface for 1 second and I cannot even attempt to do a reset again (which might even fail again).
I don't know what happened but now my watch is contsantly showing these errors and even a force reboot is exactly the same. As soon as it reboots the error white screens appear as soon as it boots.
Is there a way to do this factory reset via the computer instead of the watch itself? I have read some posts and seems that factory reset fixes the initial not-so-frequent alerts, but now it is unmanageable. Does anyone has any idea how to fix this?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Hello everyone! Don't know what happened, but I got lucky and after one reboot the messages kind of disappeared and I could do a factory reset. Seems everything is OK now

Glad it worked out well for you.
I've suddenly started having this issue ... and I've done a number of reboots and it still keeps crashing. When I do get the watch running again, it will run with regular crashes, and when I access the settings menu, the watch immediately restarts. This means that I can't get to the settings menu long enough to request a factory reset. Is there any way to do a hard (factory) reset without going through the menu? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can get into fastboot then from there you can get into recovery.
To get into fastboot
Phone must be powered down (which may be hard for you because you cant get to shut down menu...
Hold power / stem until it vibrates. Release then hold again. This should get you into fastboot.
Next press the stem button until you see reboot recovery. Now long press the stem.
Now you should be in recovery and there should be a factory reset option.
I was thinking you may have to let your watch battery die if you cannot get into the "settings" menu to power down. If you have to do that then you know when you connect the charger the phone will power on. Same rules apply when the phone is powering on from the charger...
Good luck and let us know how it goes!
Hi all, my unlocked and rooted (for the purpose of titanium etc) 5 day old OP3, running latest stock Oxygen is rebooting itself several times a day, but not rebooting back into the OS. It shows a blank screen and the notification light is lit white.
To get back into the OS, I have to power it down and restart. Sometimes it doesnt make it past the boot animation. It freezes, and reboots (again, to a blank screen with white notification light).
I've spent a couple of hours this morning wiping it (all apart from internal storage), and re-flashing.
The problem then got worse, as when flashing the stock ROM from recovery, or side loading it, the phone would reboot when it got to 90%. Whether I use TWRP (3.0.3-0), or stock recovery, I encounter the same problem.
I tried flashing a slimmer ROM (AICP), which flashed successfully, but I'm still getting reboots to blank screen with white notification light.
Any ideas?
P.s. I took a nandroid backup before encountering any issues, however the phone reboots (to the same state) when about 50% through restoring it.

I think I'll have to its pissing me off now, goes great for hour or two then I'll get this black screen 4 or 5 times in a row
I have the same issue.
I tried some ROMs (cm13, RR, OP3lite) and always the same.
I already contacted the support and they wiped my phone by taking a remote session through my computer.
I now have OOS 3.2.1 stock, not rooted.
I had a reboot since but I will let a few days to see if the issue is resolved

How long after the wipe/back to stock did it happen? after a bit of Google search seems to be happening to few sd820 devices
I don't know how much time after, maybe 6 hours later or so...
I had a freeze yesterday evening and had to reboot my phone.
Everytime it freezes on reboot and I have to wait 3 to 4 tries before the phone really boot.
Try to flash stock rom with unbrick solution. If ir does not help, apply for RMA ticket
I created a RMA ticket this morning.
My phone will go to repair center
I raised an RMA request on July 19th, which was approved July 20th, yet I've still not received return mailing labels from Arvato.
Not even slightly impressed.
My situation
Hi there,
This morning I decided to relock my bootloader to give it a complete stock-Android feel to it. I had already unrooted my phone at this point. It was then when I thought it was a good idea, since I unrooted it, to delete the BetaSuperSU rar file as well as the TWRP folder from my phone files. I then opened a command prompt in the AndroidSKDSlim folder and typed: fastboot devices, fastboot oem lock
And then I went on my phone and clicked the power button to confirm the locking. Since then my phone has not booted up yet, and I get no vibration when I press the power button. No button seems to be responding, but the white LED light is permanently on. What should I do now? My computer doesn't recognise my phone either!

Have you tried holding power and volume down for a few seconds without the cable plugged into the phone?

I received a mail yesterday evening saying that they can't take my phone and I have to do a factory reset.
I replied to this mail saying that I did multiple factory resets and even do a remote session with a oneplus tech support.
They sent me a mail an hour after with a number and the process to send my phone.
Hey! Check the bottom for TLDR.
I have had my G3 since they came out (have the 2GB, 16GB RAM version), and even got the G4, but remained with the G3 since it didn't have any issues with rooting and recoveries...
Anyways, I was talking to my brother on WhatsApp yesterday and ended up checking out my Hangouts messages at the same time. I believe I accidentally hit the camera feature on Hangouts, and then everything froze. I could still talk to my brother, but I could not get to the home screen or even change from looking at Hangouts. I turned off the screen in hopes that I could get back in, but when I turned the screen back on, I could not log into the phone (I do not have a pin or password, it has no lock at all).
After a few more minutes talking to my brother, it suddenly shut off. When I tried to turn it on it went into a bootloop where the front light changes different colors, and the LG logo continues to show that shine going around the logo.
I was able to get into download mode and went ahead and tried to flash a KDZ as per instructions (I have done this in the past). The install would complete and the phone would give the prompt about updating all the apps. Once that was done, it would show the LG logo and again for about ten minutes. Afterwards, it would get stuck in updating all the apps again and performing the same process...
I also tried using the LG PC Suite and trying to "Restore upgrade errors", but every time I would click that option, I would get a Windows error that something happened and close out the program (it never recognized the phone). I then used the LG Mobile Support Tool, which allowed me to perform an update for the firmware. It too completed, but then went back into the process of updating apps, showing the LG logo, then looping.
The final thing I tried was doing a Factory Reset. I was able to get to the area, and when selecting yes, it immediately went to the LG logo and "Life's Good" sign, which it would never get passed. This is also what happens when I try to turn on the phone and wait.
I contacted LG, which was pointless, as I expected. They wanted me to go to a local repair shop, which is of no use to me if they can only perform the same things I have done.
TLDR: My phone can get into download mode and the Factory Reset area, but flashing stock firmware, or performing the Factory Reset, still leads me into one of two bootloop situations. LG PC Suite and LG Mobile Support Tool seem to be of no use.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there anything I can try that I haven't?
Thanks in advance!

I had the same issue about two weeks ago...tried everything with no success.....
I send my device to LG reparation center...a week ago
Still waiting for an answer...
Probably battery powering issue or motherboard.....
Have u tried LG Up?
opened the phone removed the motherboard and gave a heat blow using a hair dryer on my blue screened LG G3. worked since then no reboots or blue screen. dont know for how long though. try that maibe might work for you
So I feel like this is different from a typical bootloop (certainly different from ones I've had in the past). Any ideas short of factory reset would be very much appreciated. I just need it to load once more to do a Titanium Backup (and I guess I should install TWRP and do a nandroid backup)!
I've been using my Tab Pro for years now, rooted, works perfectly, and I always leave it on. I thought yesterday, perhaps this is a bad idea, I should turn it off every once in a while. But I wanted to play a game before I did. I click the game icon and then everything froze and it restarted itself.
It gets stuck at the SAMSUNG logo page. Sounds like a typical bootloop. After 20 minutes of waiting, nothing changes, so I hold down the power button and it restarts and actually loads to my home screen! Great! I swipe the screen lock, click on my game -- it restarts, rinse, repeat. Each time it restarts itself it stops at the SAMSUNG page, forcing a second manual reboot that fully loads, but doesn't go 10 seconds before restarting. I try to load different things each time and finally give up.
So I look some stuff up online. There's a suggestion to go into recovery (I could've sworn I had custom, but apparently not?) and "Wipe Cache/Partition." I look up that this is safe and do it (Sidenote: Power+Home+Vol Up only works around every 5th try or so. It glitches out every other time, there's a quick flash and a horizontal line and it restarts again). Now I restart and it worked! It loads and no reboot!
But now, a third of my apps/games have the android guy as an icon and even more of the real icons are all grayed out. I figure one more restart and it would come back. Now I'm back into my weird bootloop. I try wiping cache/partition again and again and it no longer works as a solution...
TL;DR - Tablet keeps restarting to SAMSUNG logo, requires 2nd manual restart. Home screen loads, but then restarts 10 seconds later. Clearing cache/partition made things worse. HALP!
EDIT: My current build is KOT49H.T520XXUANAE. I can't even find the stock ROM for this! Does it exist?
EDIT 2: After letting it charge for an hour (it was already 93%) I went back to it and it had loaded! But the home screen was blank save for the Google search and the Apps icon (which found no apps....). I was able to get into settings and attempted to click Application Manager and then it froze again.
Update: Still in need of help if anyone has any. A wonderful person on the forums linked me to my stock ROM, I pushed that through ODIN, it worked and did the "Android is Updating App XX of 200" thing.
It loaded and didn't crash! Most of the icons came back, but were still grayed out (I have a second partition via Link2SD which, when not rooted, doesn't load!)
So I went to Settings to see if USB debugging was enabled... and it froze. Kind of. It let me bring up the task bar and close settings, but not reload anything. Eventually I was forced to restart because I couldn't do anything. I tried booting into safe mode and still nothing.
Now when it loads, I get repeated "Unfortunately, Samsung keyboard has stopped working." and then the touch screen stops functioning and it restarts. I'm having a great day.

Few of this probs I did have too.
I would recommend to start from scratch and wipe also your data and sd-card (with TWRP). Install either stock or Custom, but put out your sdcard before re-booting.
Just play around and after that (with no probs hopefully) insert it again.

I appreciate the response, but as I said, I'm looking for anything shy of factory reset. If I lose all of my apps and data and configuration, I might as well throw out the tablet and buy a new one.
Still trying to figure out the pattern. I got another attempt of it not restarting for 10 full minutes. The keyboard failing is annoying because it doesn't stop, but I can live with it if it means being able to backup my tablet with Titanium Backup. I only got 6 apps backed up before it froze, but I'll get through all of them eventually (I hope). It's just going to be incredibly frustrating.
