Battery bug with 2.3.6 update?

I installed the 2.3.6 update using Kies. I have fewer apps installed now than before the update and the are no apps installed now that weren't before.
I checked my battery life under about phone and found that in 8 hours and 7 minutes of up time, my phone has been awake for 7 hours and 59 minutes of it.
I'm not sure what's causing it, but I've started deleting apps one by one to see if I can find it.

I have the same problem and my battery life sucks pretty bad.

Battery life got shtyier and so did internet speeds. New update sucks

Mine isn't doing that. I'm getting days on a charge. Leaving wifi on does drop this to one day only.

My battery life seems to be better than before. Sorry guys.

can you tell us more about what you did during your use of the battery. i can get like 40hrs of standby out of my stock battery with a kernel flashed. but more like 24 hours with 3 hours of screen time

Well i started the day at the golf course so i didn't use it very much, then i got home and played a bunch of youtube videos, a few movies on it, browsing, and a few calls, i was actually trying o run down the battery to try and get a full charge tonight, also that was with bluetooth/wifi on all day.

Hi, I wonder if the consumption of my battery is normal? Because I am getting very little time screentime.
I'm using the V10c firmware.

Looks normal to me mate - with that 21% you could easily push past 4 hours - which seems about right, with some tweaking you could probably get it a tad better.

I got about 8 hours on stock rom. Flashed zonerom and now am getting about 12 hours

All depends.
SOC with high temp for example playing games = a lot worse than SOC while just using web, as in low temp.
Also brightness.

Hey people!
Would like to know what is your battery life is like with Nougat with you A520F.

i for myself was wondering cause the battery curve in the Battery stats was very steep compared to others i saw.

After using Navigation GPS for 20min, 10min calling and some 20min surfing and 10min chatting

6 hours of screen ontime for 1 day, or two days with 4 hours screen. Same as marshmallow, great battery life for a phone and standard for this device.

Hey, how you get 4.2%/h? My phone (A5 2017) discharges about 10%/h while surfing web, fb, messenger, snapchat... almost on all apps

Battery drain under 50% (image included)

My s9 (G960F)is draining quickly under 50% esp. under 30%.
It even goes from 20% to 0 instantly.
And I'm getti getting 5 hours of SOT... Is that good?
And I have battery graph from GSam app if you'd like me to upload a photo of it.

Sorry, my fault.
I've re-uploaded the screenshot.
So 5 hours SoT is good but I think battery reading is faulty then.

?

So... Doesn't anyone known why do I have faulty battery reading? And how to fix it?
