It's stock and not compatible with oms.
A Mega mirror if possible? Thanks. AFH is taking too long.
I've uploaded it to MEGA
Let me know if you want me to delete the link

That's about right. If you take a vanilla nougat rom and and then add the largest gapp package you there you have it.

OK it's due to the largest gapps ... Generally I'm using pico not the largest... Thanks
Is there a way to root to delete some system apps?

Just flash your favorite su app and delete some system apps.
This is just a flashable zip of the stock rom. So there are the same gapps as the factory image got.
Anyone try that unofficial xposed on this rom?

Thanks this is great. All the custom roms have too many stability bugs to be reliable enough for a daily phone. As this is stock with no recovery though, could I relock the bootloader while keeping twrp and root - therefore getting rid of the warning message on boot? Would this cause problems?

Omni and LOS works fine for me. Seems pretty table overall to me for daily use.
Anyway to answer your question, locking the bootloader will require you to flash the stock recovery which means you will lose TWRP as TWRP is the custom recovery that replaces the stock recovery.
When you root the device you are modifying the boot.img and system partitions so it won't be advisable to lock the device and try to keep root as it might not function properly and worse could brick your device. Because if anything goes wrong and your bootloader is locked there is no way to fix that issue, the point of keeping a custom recovery is so that you can fix any problem that could arise because of the modified system files.

Ok got it. Thanks for the quick answer. As for the roms, I was using Omni but I was getting crashes when using GPS (Waze) and nfc never seemed to work reliably. I switched to LOS when Omni stopped updating but I've had similar issues with it as well. Stock works well but it would be nice to have up to date security patches.

I am currently using LOS but was on Omni most of the time as Omni was really stable and updated that time. But Omni started eating a lot of battery and stopped providing updates, so I switched to LOS as soon as LOS 15 was released for Robin. GPS worked fine for me on Omni too, it sometimes had problem locking the location but navigation on Google Maps worked as it should. Waze I used a few times it didn't crash that time. But not a regular Waze user.
Did your clean flash the ROM?
Can't tell you about NFC as I sadly have no reason to use it.
By the way, how is your battery? Mine is degrading bad. My SOT has gone from 3-4hrs to 2-2.5hrs. over the 2+ years of owning this device. Not only that, below 30-40% it would shut down on running any heavy app like Camera or Maps or Music Streaming. Battery is degrading badly.

Here is my stock based B207 rom, Simply Google. This is great for those of you who have a hard time getting the Google Apps to work and want some extra mods and features. You must have an unlocked bootloader and TWRP installed. This rom is tested on the M2-803L. Flashing it on other versions (801L, 802L) should work but you're flashing it at your own risk. All Google Apps you can download from the Play Store have been removed from the rom. I also heavily debloated it and removed a lot of Huawei apps. Please don't ask me to add anything in as I want to keep this rom slim. Open up Tablet Manager, hit the settings icon and uncheck Smart Tune-up if Permissions Manager force closes when you open it. Please hit the Thanks button if you like the ROM.
Features & Mods:
-AdAway
-Cust Mods
-Dark M2 Theme
-Deodexed
-GBoard
-Google Play Store, Google Contacts Sync
-Heavily Debloated
-Insecure boot.img
-Marshmallow Boot Animation
-Nova Launcher
-Region Mods
-SuperSU Preinstalled
Instructions:
1. OTA or Dload to B2xx first before flashing. The ROM will not boot if you're still on anything lower than B2xx
2. Download ROM and put it on the phone's internal storage or SDCard
3. Boot into TWRP recovery.
4. Performing a factory reset using TWRP is recommended.
5. Flash the ROM
6. Reboot System
7. Profit!

Many thanks! What a nice surprise. This seems to be the first custom rom for the m8.
Appears that it is for the 802l. Would it also work for the 801l?
At the moment I have 5.1 reverted to stock. BL unlocked.

It should work on both versions provided you update to stock B2xx first. After someone updates to B2xx on their 802L I need them to send me two things.
1) Their cust folder so I can integrate it into the rom.
2) Their system/emui folder. There should be a folder called oversea in there which I need to integrate into the rom.
Sorry, I don't have the b215 yet. There was no update to 6.0 till now and i can't find even a newer version for the 801l then the one attached.

The B215 update posted in one of these threads is for the 801L because when I flashed it I had no cellular data option at all.
Just tried to install the b019. But again it's a incompatible version. I guess it's because it's for the m2 803l.
Anyway, thanks for your help. I'll have to wait until until the official update hits my tab.
I tried with hisuite, but i have already the latest version available.
Hi. Thanks for the rom. I have 802l - b006 with unlock bootloader. Can I use your rom without updating to b219? I dont have any ota update that I can installl

No, things like wifi won't work unless you upgrade to B211 first. Hold off on flashing until I sort out the root issue. Systemless root causes freezes. I'm working on porting the kernel from the X2 so I can use regular root which will fix the freezing issues.
New build up. Fixed root causes freezing in apps.
Do you know where to get the b011? The b006 is the latest rom that I can find for my m2.

You're gonna have to wait until you get the OTA to B215. Then you can flash this rom.
Installed this last night after updating to B207 from the other thread. Works perfectly, thanks!!
how can i remove 3g above my signal? my data is turned off and it still shows
New update. Fixed Multi-Screen not working. Rebased the rom to the International B207 version. Deodexed and added more mods.

Ok, many thanks for the links. I will uninstall xposed, then dirty flash and after the first boot install xposed again.
my 801w was detected during installation as 802l. Don't know if this is what's causing the trouble, but after installing via TWRP, coming from some b2xx official ROM, i'm stuck at the Huawei Bootscreen for about 10 minutes now. I know that the first start could take a lot of time, but this seems a bit unusual to me. I'll keep it watching for another 15-20 minutes and see if it boots up fine or is frozen in any way.
[Update] so it was stuck in a loop for sure. I tried flashing a clean b2xx from another thread, which booted fine, and dirty flashing your ROM over, but same behaviour. What actually DID work is flashing the boot.img from stock over your ROM, so keeping the other partitions from Simply Google Installation. At least it's booting up now, showing the proper Android Nougat loading screen. Let's see how it works out...

Have the same problem
Sounds like a radio problem, are you using the correct firmware? Though project Phoenix packages the firmware in, it might work better if you do a complete format of your phone.
Format all data (after backing up essential files)
Install firmware (most roms are on ob3)
Install rom
Install kernel (flash kernel recommended)
Install gapps (official are out now)
Boot and configure
Reboot to recovery, flash magisk

Biggest fix for me was not selecting to restore WiFi passwords on Google setup!
I have been working on the sister models also. I saw no one was building these anymore so here it is I hope it can be enjoyed by all. Spread the word. provide feedback so other fans of this ROM may obtain it and work out any bugs if there are any. I will update once or twice a week depending on time and demand. I'm compiling for three different variants. Hit the thanks button and Enjoy. Dirty flash the updates not the initial flash of this rom but the updates to it. Initial install = Factory reset, wipe data and cache, install rom zip, install gapps zip, install su zip, reboot system. As of 9-3-18 i will be switching to Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver, that being said i do not know if i will have to change anything or do anything different to keep pushing these updates out but i will most definitely try to keep them coming.

Wipe system, cache, and dalvik install rom zip install nougat Gapps and SuperSU all at the same time meaning do not reboot until you have flashed all three if it didn't work the first time try it again just make sure you wipe system, cache and dalvik and install the Gapps at the same time it sounds like it's booting up but conflicting with other elements otherwise it would be bootloop and not system isn't responding

After doing what you said, it still says "process system isn't responding" I will try a few more times. Also, I'm flashing off nothing. There is no OS, no personal data, just TWRP. Does this have to be flashed on CM12 or something?

No this is lineage os 14.1 it's not mine I just build it because they have stopped doing it officially for this variant of the s3 but there's more to a phone than just the system and you have nothing but a recovery? There's bootloader modem, Efs etc. You wouldn't be able to even flash CM12. in TWRP are you going into advanced wipe or are you just swiping the slider?

SCREENSHOTS
What doesn't work:
I haven't found anything so far that seems to be broken. Doesn't mean it's bug-free though.
How to install:
1. Factory Reset
2. Format Data
3. Flash rom <-- Download
4. Flash GAPPS
5. Flash Magisk [optional]
6. Reboot to system
Enjoy.
I tried to install the ROM to my SM-T560NU, it boots with no issues. It's very laggy to use, so I mess around with crDroid settings and I changed the scrolling cache setting (Settings->crDroid Settings->User Interface->Animations->Scrolling Cache) from Default enable to Default disable, it fixed the laggy issue.
I also tried to flash Vince2678's overclock kernel and it boots with no issues.
This is the Bomb. I have a Tab E TM-560NU. I failed miserably trying to install other roms. But yours went in 1st shot. Nice work!
Question is I'm thinking about putting Magisk, But do I really need it? Is that like SU? Probably a very dumb question.

running on the sm-t560nu well. no lag issues, doesn't pass safety net though. not that big of deal, was just hoping magisk hide worked. Did you by chance add in the patch (or is this even applicable) found here: https://github.com/kdrag0n/safetynet-fix/tree/master/patches/9/sys

Wow! Thank you, is it my birthday? I will flash over the next couple of days. Thank you once again.
I have just tried to flash the gapps version. I flashed with Majisk and got stuck in a bootloop for 25 minutes. Went back into recovery, went through the wipe process again and re-flashed Palladium. I got the 'successful' flash message in Twrp, but when I went to reboot it said that there was no OS installed. I was able to flash the ROM that I was on previously (Pixel) without any problems. Maybe I had a corrupted download, sadly I don't have the time to try again right now, I will try again in a few days.

Am on the same gapps version and it booted jus fine for me. If the zip is corrupted u wont be getting successful flash message. Maybe try again afterwards when free. Also happy that u tried it.

I also guess the boot loop could be due to encrypted or decrypted thing. Try with f2fs instead...

Happened to me as well but i got it fixed by flashing the vanilla rom first and then let it boot, after that i rebooted back to the recovery and flashed gapps. Worked just fine. Hope this will help anyone having a similar issue
Any way to get rid of the home buttons and have a home bar instead ? Couldn't find any option like Derpfest has. Props for the great rom, I'm loving it and the battery life is just incredible.

Thank you very much. Which gapps package did you flash?
No good for me. Whatever I try. It says that I have successfully flashed, yet when I go to reboot it says that there is no OS installed, both versions.

Make sure you have the zip files anywhere in your internal storage. But not inside a folder within the internal storage. Because whenever you wipe data, system, cache and dalvik it will also wipe the downloaded files inside the download folder.

I kept them in the same place that I kept Pixel ROM and was able to flash that afterwards. Plus the APK's that I had within that folder and the Majisk zip were fine too. Weird issue.

Maybe you should try a different recovery?! I use Orange Fox and had no problems with flashing this Rom. Installed the Vanilla version plus Nik Gapps full package.

I was wondering whether my codeworx Twrp was maybe outdated. Can I flash Orange fox over the top of codeworx with a zip file?
Edit: Flashed Orange Fox, I'll try again.
Yesss!! Flashed it! It was obviously the recovery version that I was running. On the suggestion of @KeinePanik I flashed Orange Fox recovery and voila! (Thank you my friend)
My apologies to the developer and everyone else for flooding this thread with my issues.
I have been running the app for about 5 hours now and can report that it is really smooth, great battery life and some nice UI extras. Many thanks to the dev, will it go official?
