About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first created based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean because of curiosity. In the early days, it was just a one man show on one device (EVO 3D). However, many others have joined the project since and it has grown a lot. We have seen a wide variety of talent contribute to this project of ours and many of our contributors have gone on to help other projects, and that is ultimately why we do what we do.
Once Jelly Bean was over, we decided in Kitkat to move to a new base, which was OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting because it challenged us to see what we could with something different.
With Lollipop, we have moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. With that said, it has been an awesome learning experience and it's still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward.
Few more things we will say is that we don't accept nor ask for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc.....
All we do ask is that you search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!​

- Verify that you're using the latest version of TWRP
- Perform a FULL WIPE as described below if coming from another ROM
(A full wipe is when you wipe system/data/cache/internal and/or sdcard)

Unpack the zip, there are two files in it:
1. modem. zip is TWRP flashable
2. tz.mbn has to be flashed using fastboot.

Runs very smooth with many integrated possibilities to tweak the system.
The first rom, where everything is running.
VPN is working, my exFat Sd card gets mounted. Absolutely great.
Will report long-time experience.

UPDATE:
Installed this rom and....uauuuu
I lost the count the number of roms i have installed on telephone`s....but taking in consideration this is a new recent phone, everthing i try so far works very well:
- Gestures
- DPI as 330
- NO fc
The only "negative" point, if i can call it its the quality of photos vs original...but those who already using this roms, now who it is...
Almost forgotten...
Navigon gps software seems to work!!
At least did install without problems!
Congratulations! Very impressed so far!

This Rom is really great. Pure Awesomness
Only thing i am missing is kernel settings. I mean CPU / GPU adjustment with overclocking and undervolting and choosing different governors. You know what I mean.

Please make sure you download the correct version of BlissPop for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
*Make sure you are rooted.
*Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP is the preferred recovery)
*Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
*Boot into recovery.
*Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
*Flash Bliss Rom
*Flash Google Apps package (for 5.1!)
*First boot may take up to 10 minutes
If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, and is not a known issue with CM,
please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you time, as well as us.
-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

Alright so I installed the ROM about 2 hours ago and I am liking it, really smooth and fast (nice boot animation as well). As for bugs, the only thing I noticed is the in-call volume is kind of low. Other than that, you guys did a great job.

Not exactly a fix but pressing the volume down button fixes it. Press volume down once and the volume levels go back to normal, then press volume up once for max. Works for now, even though it has to be done on every call.

can i flash this if i have an mk6 bootloader? im new with this phone and to be honest i dont know much about this bootloader, thanks.

Hmm. I'm getting tons of reboots and after rebooting my WiFi is out south I have to reboot once more-im assuming the randoms are soft reboots? I installed on a blank slate using Twrp, agni, and using ne5 bootloader.
Any advice because this ROM is great

Weird, mine is perfect, though I am on the MK6 bootloader. Don't think that matters as much. No reboots so far and Wifi working great. Perhaps is the agni kernel? I am still with the stock kernel that comes with the ROM since I wasn't sure if agni was compatible.. Maybe someone form the Bliss team can confirm this.

OK thanks for your help, I'm sure someone will be along to confirm the agni issue if any an what kernel is compatible. Great ROM though-has everything great in one....just couldn't play with it due to the reboots.

No one on the team has this device. This is untested but I know a few people that wanted this ROM so I built for it. As far as the random reboots, I'm going to have to say its the agni kernel that was flashed since others are having no issues with the stock kernel. Hope everyone is enjoying the new ROM

E: Split view doesn't seem to work right?
E:2 active display isn't working right for me when I tap to display the notification it restarts the SystemUi and then lockscreen activates

Currently using it on my T-Mobile note 2, T-Mobile carrier, bliss GaPPs and latest AGNi kernel. I also flashed camera fix, android L fonts and sensor fix. Notnsure if it was needed but its running smooth so far.

​​ This rom is based on the stock oreo 8.1 OPM2.171019.029 April 2018 rom from Google. The instructions below assume your device is already on that rom. This is important because your device needs to have the vendor, radio, bootloader, and other img's from that rom. So, if you need to, flash the OPM2.171019.029 stock rom first. If coming from previous RR build simply follow instructions.

Both TWRP 3.2.0-0 and TWRP 3.2.1-2 have been confirmed working.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Twrp version 3.2.0-0 can't decrypt data if it's secured with pin, password, etc. So, before you begin go to lockscreen security settings and change it to 'none' or 'swipe'.

Test builds been running good
Edit. Also everyone who flashes this you can go ahead and freeze that modem services in Titanium Backup so you don't get that force close anymore doesn't affect anything at least it doesn't seem to.
And the back to kill app action is broke but is known issue and being worked on.
Also the tile to reboot to recovery and reboot the system in the Quick Settings is broke also known and going to be fixed soon
And the vendor mismatch is also known issue being worked on and doesn't affect anything either

I'm getting a vendor mismatch from a clean install of the latest image. I started with the latest image installed. Installed RR via TWRP 3.2.1.0. Boots up and I get the vendor mismatch pop up

Yes we all do. Just at boot. Is the way it is for now
Doesn't affect performance
There's a few bugs we still have to work out
Back to kill app is getting worked on, and if you guys have problem decrypting in twrp after u set a pattern/fingerprint, try freezing FX Audio. I know it sounds weird but that fixed it for me.

Things I've noticed so far.
Options under Display>Colors have no change. I have enabled Saturated option but it looks the same as the default option.
and
Modem service has stopped working

I'm also getting modem service has stopped after a reboot. Not seeing it affect anything though.

there seems that i cant open advanced settings in lock screen option for ambient display.. will you fix this Mr. maintainer..
thanks in advance mate.. after evolution X,, i best this ROM as it manages battery as well as smoothness in utilization.

out of top most roms i used, This rom suits everything...
this is like Complete version of Evolution X with Official and the battery management is super but its seems like some of the backgroud music apps are closing automatically even though i excluded it in battery restrictions..
just this one bug and everything 100%.

Bliss default launcher is gone
I hve flashed another custom launcher and when I tried to set back to bliss default launcher it's missing. Is there a way to get the default launcher back?

Honestly I'm not entirely sure what snap camera is. I was just wondering why google camera was chosen vs the standard camera app included with most ROMs. I've noticed other ROMs including gallery go also. I don't run Gapps so I usually skip over these ROMs vs trying them. I could always remove them but I don't think any google apps should be included in builds that don't come with included gapps. As far as gallery goes I use Camera Roll but it hasn't been updated since I thing 2018. I'd love to see some ROMs fork Camera Roll as the default gallery. Again I'm not demanding you change the included camera, just wondering what lead to the choice of using it.

im having some issues using bluetooth headphones...
When I'm connected to wifi and I recieve a call or if I call someone the sound's distorted and the person im speaking to can't hear my voice... On mobile data it works fine.

in latest update also u dint fix this issue

i just flashed another custom launcher which is available in xda. so when i tried to revert to bliss default launcher. it wont show. it was completely erased and the new launcher was settled..
by the way. got new update in bliss.. so everythings done now.. i wont install any custom launcher now onwards.

Been using Bliss for a few days and I really love it for the most part. Great ROM with a lot of choices and tweaks! I have been having issues with notifications though - edge lighting and notifications don't always appear when the phone has been inactive for a while. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
