1. I do not know if they are reliable and safe and you do not stealing money
2. How much is a good price for having such code

And if I cannot do my self for free, which do you recommend to use online at a low price.

Exactly what he said. Your phone hs a newer type of security and because of that, there is currently no known way to unlock your phone with SETOOL.
I have G4 H815 that i want to change it region , i saw thread on G3 forum on how to change region .
the question is can the same method be applied on G4.

What reason do you have for wanting to change reason? If we know that, we can maybe help.
i liked to change region because i need the lunar calendar in my phone. Currently i am using a turkey version that doesnt have that option.

to those who ask, the reason I need to change the region to the region of my country is for the language to become available.
It has to be localized.

1 major prob no google services i was install so many roms like europian, brazil, verizon etc when i flash this rom all working properly but sim not working and they jusy shows only 1 sim option which is also not getting any signal my phone variant is addison.china_Cust im also done modem patching on my chinese rom to internation roms like european,oem,retail,verizon, brazil etc but not working any method.... i was read so many topics on XDA but can not find any solution please help me to solve this issue i want to install international rom with dual sim working functionality if any one knows please send me complete guide and sorry for bad english bcz its not my mother tounge

Does this nv backup contain your device IMEI number
How I restore it
Restore nvram with mtk droid tools, and use your own IMEI.
Open device and copy the IMEI numbers.
