Fine. I have been using the phone on Vodafone for three weeks now and it's on 4g wherever there is coverage.

I bought it from Amazon Italy. It was the best price I could find 3 weeks ago... With the current exchange rate buying from Amazon France or Amazon Italy is often cheaper than Amazon UK.
It comes with a European plug but I have lots of adapters at home so that was not a problem for me.
Edit: I have checked the prices and it's probably not worth it anymore.... It was cheaper on Amazon Italy three weeks ago...

are you sure you bought the gsm version? the only official extended battery i see on amazon for the galaxy nexus is for the LTE version.
I got my gsm extended battery from gmarket in korea.

Well crap, I bought mine 11 days ago for $640, received it on the 23rd, and the price dropped on the 28th. So since the price drop happened after I received the product I'm not eligible for NewEgg's price protection. I did talk to a CS guy over livechat though and he "made an exception" and gave me a $40 gift card, so that's nice, but I still basically lost $100 for buying the phone five days too early...

Just a warning... don't order from anyone on Amazon US. They are branded phones (Vodafone Germany for me) and they seemed to be lightly used.
I returned it to Amazon and ordered from Negri yesterday. Glad to hear they are unbranded.
Unfortunately I ordered from Amazon, and received a Vodafone HOX. I returned the phone and got it from Negri.
Been real happy so far with mine from Negri. HT24D build, no issues at all, it's perfect.
Mine is coming in on Monday, I can't wait!

mine was made in korea, not because of that, but i think the devices there are gsm, unlocked. could be wrong though, normally gsm off contract are sim unlocked. that said, yes it would work fine in europe, maybe just convert to yakju (google release, europe radios).

Some providers in the UK have already started deliveries (Carphone Warehouse, Three...), the UK thread is full of people who have received theirs already.
Stores in Germany (Amazon) indicate availability on 1st July
Rest of Europe should come later 3rd-4th probably.

Global of course... you can't officially sell the China version in Europe... and Amazon can't afford to skip the regulations.

The Google Services will do not work on new Phones like the Mate 30 Series,on older Phones it works like the Mate 20X.
If you can install the Google Services i do not know.
I have a Honor Note 10 RVL09 (China Version)without Google Apps but i can install it after.

Just do it. I just traded it for my p30 pro. Will miss the 50x zoom. But I got a massive screen, better battery life, headphone jack and dual speaker.

The Mate 20x has the license and all the other phones that are now on the market.
And nothing happened.
Only the new Phones do not get a license is the current state.
