New miui theme for cm and cm based roms [updated]

- added miui loading spinner
- new base (now all bugs are fixed)
- themed new apps like intagram, facebook(new ui), snapchat and more .... ps :twitter is already themed.
- now when you send a message , you will see a green icon on miui high life premium and blue icon on miui 7 premium (only with stock sms app)
- added a new ui to music app.
- added trebuchet animation.
-added more icons in settings.
- added glass overflow icons.

I dont like it, at least in screens i saw. For me theme is ugly.

HTC U11 Plus Launcher

I really liked this one, but I am using it with nova launcher so I don't know how it affects every part of ui. But it is nicely made with everything dark and an amazing wallpaper .

I'll try to add the dynamic icons for the weather and the clock , I just don't know at the moment what icon should I use and how it works for the clock.

I don't have a EMUI 8 device (yet), I hope that my P10 Lite gets updated so that I can make the EMUI 8 variant.
