hey guys i have no idea will it works on moto e , but it works in moto g so i am posting the link to it here

Its working on Moto E too!!
I didnt used the apks provided on that thread cz i am already using play service and velvet.apk from ANdroidPolice and its working from all screens!!:good:

Is there a way to enable "Ok google" at every screen without rooting or unlocking bootloader?

There's no need to root to make that feature work...
Seems many people r nt able to enable it..
I will make a guide on that..

If you are not rooted ,pl.tell me what steps you have followed?

I have moto e ...non rooted but i can use ok google from any screen and even from lock screen
just follow these steps
1) open google now
2) tap on 3 dots
3) go in settings
4)select voice
5) select language - English US
remember to select US.
6) again come in voice
7) click on "ok google detection"
8) tick all 3
9) Finish up the process (say ok google 3 times until the green tick comes )
10) enjoyyyyy

[RECOVERY] MultiROM for Zuk Z2 Plus [fedor917]

Just in case people weren't aware:

MultiROMMgr*.apk -- app for switching between ROMs in system and for manage ROMs.
TWRP_multirom_z2_plus*.img -- TWRP with MultiROM.
multirom-*-z2_plus.zip -- MultiROM installer (installing from TWRP).
multirom_uninstaller.zip -- MultiROM uninstaller.
Note: All credit to fedor917. I'm not maintaining builds - just making people on xda aware of it.

Better this MultiROM or DPB (Dual Boot Patcher) by the same Fedor?

I would say DPB since it still gets updated from time to time and multiboot is frozen since nearly 5month.
I only tested DPB once and atleast it worked for me (installing mokee m as secondary rom) and multiboot would probably get the job done too.

Can someone give instructions for this? Its possible to install zui 2.5.344st and (for example) Dirty Unicorn ? Using aosp roms, but need sometimes the camera of ZUI -.-

I talked with fedor, he said that he prefer dbp and that he will update only it and not multi rom

But I resolved it everytime removing lock screen files in data/system and setting again pin

Yes, it is fixed doing that but if I'm not wrong once you switch another time ROM it will do that another time. Maybe I'm wrong because when I used dbp I removed the pin directly

Is it solved?

Guys, is there a way to dual boot 7.1.2 AEX 4.4 and 8.0.0 AEX 5.0? I've been trying using DBP, but no success. Could someone point me to a guide on it for the Z2 Plus? I've seen the other phone guides, successfully patched and flashed the secondary ROM in data partition, but when I boot it, it gets stuck on the android splash screen. Please help.

I've got the same problem! It all started when I modded it (unlocked the bootloader, flashed custom ROM and recovery, ecc.). I don't know if it's normal and I'd like to know it too. Anyone who's got the answers?

It is a known bug in almost all custom roms. Stock rom has no issues

Automatic lock screen time
Hi All,
Just use this New phone about a week found that has issue that Stock ROM 6.0 did not have setting to set Automatic lock screen time... Is it any other solution ?

Nope. Just update it to Nougat: there's automatic lock screen time on that version.

oh noted & nougat performance better than MM ? the official nougat can update by ota? official nougat just from India stock rom only right?

Nougat better than MM. Update by OTA, if you are not rooted and bootloader is locked, else flash stock MM rom, modify official update and flash via TWRP

I don't know any fix. The bug (and maybe all bugs) was reported here

Check this thread if they find any fix in future. I will also inform you here if I find any fix

thanks man, so that's mean root it must unlock Bootloader, yes my phone still original no rooted n unlock, so if i update to nougat is it need unlock Bootloader too than just can rooted？

You must unlock bootloader to root the device. As your phone is still in original condition, just check for updates in settings, it will display some updates, download and install them.

You can use Qfil: with it you don't need root or unlocked bootloader. Just download the stock ROM you're interested in from Zukfans.eu (maybe you can find it here on XDA, I don't know) and flash it with Qfil. We're changing the argument dough... the original question of this thread was another one. If you want further informations, search them here on XDA.

oh is it, what is Qfil? i am first user about snapdragon cpu so Qfil will not affect warranty or? i already fully search thread

I'll give you the infos about Qfil etc, but I have a doubt: what did you mean with "automatic lock screen time"? I'm asking you this because maybe i misunderstood and there's no such option even on Nougat's Official ROM.
Anyway, Qfil, in theory, will void your warranty, but, if you flash everything correctly, no one will notice you used such a program. About Qfile there's a guide just right here on XDA: https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z2-pro/how-to/howto-flash-stock-rom-t3435109

There are both the Indian and Chinese versions, but the indian one is not updated yet, so You'll need, if you want Nougat, to flash the Chinese one.

About this last guide, tough, i suggest to ignore the part about Windows Test Mode and, instead, do this (this is a procedure to follow so you can avoid drivers' issues):
1) Click on the reboot virtual button in the Start menu while pressing the left shift button.
2) The pc will reboot in a light blue menu, in which you'll have to click on "troubleshooting" (the second option).
3) Click on advanced settings/option.
4) Click on "Startup Setting" (the penultimate option).
5) Click on "reboot".
6) Press F7

Big thanks for good explained & well noted in my PC... But what ?? you not understand what is "automatic lock screen time" ? Oh not good per previous your reply #5 above mention nougat has that function but now you said no... ??
Qfil will void warranty so is the same method to root phone also lose warranty but is it root method more easy than Qfil ?
Please look into screenshot picture for you, as you can see my old phone (Old OS Jelly bean 4.2.2) has function to set time for how long phone will automatic lock but now even this ZUK Z2 is very New OS this kind basic function needed but not at all ... ?? i confused....

Lenovo vibe p1 fingerprint not working, engineer mode keeps reporting fail.

hi all.
i have a lenovo vibe p1 pro p1c72 with p1a42 ROW rom just rooted, i had an issue about 1 year ago with the fingerprint and it's not working anymore, anyone know something to do? i read that maybe a complete flash of the rom could work but i wish to know if there's a way to flash only the synaptics fingerprint drivers since sounds like a fail of that pre-installed app... i already cleared data and cache of synaptics fingerprint but nothing changed.

I have official global phone with global rom. Not sure I want to bother unlocking bootloader yet.
Double tap to wake and face unlock is my favoured method of unlock though.
WiFi calling would be a bonus as I always have poor signal.

Have double tap to wake as well. Both work great. I highly recommend unlocking bootloader and rooting - turns your phone into a new beast.

I usually do end up custom romming eventually.

Aside from everything working and constant weekly/bi-weekly updates? If your global is working without issues, no need to fix something if it's not broken. I might flash revolution OS rom this weekend. Users say it's flawless and fast with even better battery life: https://miui.revtechs.me/en/mimax3/

Is EU weekly pre rooted? If so I assume I will need magisk so I can use my banking app.

Was gonna install EU this morning but I am stuck at unlocking bootloader.
Any way around the wait 720 hours to unlock? Why have they started doing that?

Hi there
Try to change your region to Hong Kong and then face unlock should appear. Helped me. Looks like it is not available for all regions yet.
For wifi calling you could use apps like whatsapp and viber. My operator also has an app of its own for calling via internet from my phone number. There are many options, check it
