No se Portugués, solo Inglés y Español. Asumo que no sabes inglés así que usaré Español que puedes llegar a entender.
Si compraste tú dispositivo a Anatel, probablemente no esté liberado. Al no estar liberado no vas a poder desbloquear el bootloader para rootearlo. Al menos no por ahora.
Vas a tener que esperar a que alguien descubra como rootearlo un dispositivo no liberado. Tomara tiempo.

Agora ele simplesmente fica Reiniciando sem para

so man I made a downgrade I went back to android pie, and agr is showing a message saying that the system is corrupted, the smartphone starts normal, but still keeps shutting down and restarting alone what can it be?

When device keeps restarting on its own, you should first try to do a factory reset (no flash) from within the OS if you still have access to it, or from the recovery you have even the Mi Recovery 3.0 can do that.
If that does not fix it, I would recommend going back on the stock image your phone was sold with and not with the regional image you want to use Global or Local. Something was probably done wrong when you did it the first time best to redo it from fresh that have a properly installed phone from the beginning.
You will need to be on your original rom anyway for them to take it back anyway.

CFW has been deprecated, as in modern Custom ROMs do not use it anymore.
If by any chance you do want to install a CFW Custom ROM, follow the proper instructions and read the link above.

Which roms you want to flash? We have 2 version of firmware. Old one is custom firmware, we dont have unbrick method before so someone created it. New one is non custom rom, mean use Miui firmware. Check note in your rom which one you need. If it say 12fw or 12.5fw included, you need flash 12.0.x or 12.5.x Miui for prevent brick and some bugs. If you want support, join Telegram group and you can get help because they always online.
