If you're coming from a rom that's not ViperOS , you'll need to factory reset and flash viper + gapps (optional unless you want play services e.g store)

flash gapps(if you want google services and you can flash beans gapps)
after flashing reboot system
(CAUTION: ROM TAKES TIME TO BOOT SO GRAB A CUP OF COFFEE AND WAIT FOR ATLEAST 25/20 MINS)

and the rom has some chinese apps which you can remove via twrp and with root
and the rom is not pre rooted so you can flash magisk or supersu it will work
and dont report xposed problems here and even if you do it will be ignored

What kernel does this ROM use?
If it is Oxygen Kernel then the deep sleep issue is coming from there. This is also occurring on Havoc OS and crDroid

Can i flash on j701?

Wi-fi doesn't work. Trying to turn it on in settings but it just disables it self back after a second

Disclaimer:- This project is still in Work in progress status. But I think its dead or we wont see development anytime soon. I built this rom based on latest rr sources available to me i.e, November. Dont expect all the fancy stuff since this project is still in beta. You wont find many customizations. But if you want a rom with great performance and better battery life u might like this.Our device got almost all custom Q roms except RR. So I made this. enjoy.
