BIG attention
Before you install the Task bar icons, you must install first the CAB SDKerts . IF you don't do it, YOU WILL NEED HARD RESET TO START AGAIN YOUR DEVICE.

Step 3. Install the CAB "Tesalat flip clock V2" and soft reset

Like you see at the picture at the flip clock there is another number under the 7. This happens because I made screenshot just at the changing of the time. There is ot problem.

There are in xda search for "massimo colored top bar"

Yes because you had choice before ann other wallpaper. If you go at the Settings Tab / wallpaper/ and you clic on "Yes" at the question "Would you like to use the defoult walpaper", youu see after that my background.

I am not specialist. The most interesting work it is in Photoshop and Corel.

Software: manila editor, hex editor http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm,
Instructions:
Step1. Take any picture you like, make it 512X512 pixels save as png format.
Step2. Take a copy of the 4a087e41_manila file with resco explorer.
This file has inside the original wallpaper of your rom.
(Attention!! Keep one copy from the original 4a087e41_manila at your pc).
Use another copy from the same file and open it with manila editor.
Replace the picture of the 4a087e41_manila with your.
Step3. Take the 4a087e41_manila which has now your picture and open it with hex editor.
You will see something like this:
Change the numbers at the first line so as to be like this:
51 54 43 31 01 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 02 00 00 14 00 00 00 98 75 B8 00 00 00 04 00 48 00 C7 00 make save and finish wth hex editor.
Step4. Take now the new 4a087e41_manila with another manila file (5c9aa261_manila) and put them in a new file in your storage card. Make them copy past with overwrite in the windows and soft reset.
Finish, if you make all correct, you will see your picture at all the tabs. If no, you 'll see a white picture. Tray again
If you want to come back at the official wallpaper: copy paste the original 4a087e41_manila you keep backup before and 5c9aa261_manila also.
All the files you need, there are in the attach file (thanks to Panosha)
To make cabs there are special programs but you need to know how to make.
I make very simple cabs manual and I have help from some friends (Thanks Metkosas).
I don't think you need cab for that. They are only 2 files and it's very easy to install with copy paste.
To make tabs icons, need more work.
You have to find all the manila files with original icons and to replace them with yours with manila editor. After that you put the new manila files in windows file with copy paste or make a cab for installing.
An other time I will write instructions about the icons. I have not time and my English are very bad:rolleyes

Thank you nannoo-egg. I put yr theme... nice one and takes a little memo. Is it possible to make this theme non removable, i.e to overwrite the original HTC Touch HD theme an colored buttons in TF3D? So it will take less space.
Very nice, it adds a bit of much needed colour to the Touch HD theme, but isnt over the top like many are.
