2- download mode install from odin and put in pda the new recovery download
3- install from recovery the custom recovery download

NO you don't need the new bootloader,
I have on my phone now (dualboot , 1rom - TW.MKE and 2rom - Danvdh, which is a GE rom)

You do not need new bootloader, no problem knox and you can go back to 4.3 if you want to, Google Edit in no problem ....

I have bobcat 11 installed...will the new bobcat Rom over right it? Or will I have 2 Rom?

I have enabled root access in developer options for apps and adb but I was unable to acquire root access on titanium backup so I checked it using root checker and it says that root access has not been installed properly. Shall I flash supersu?

I've tested the build before releasing. Everything works. You haven't flashed it properly and/or are using mods. Clean flash only the ROM and gapps and then test.

New ROM with DUI & Layer
After Turbo this looks promising thanks fir DUI I can't live without it :highfive: will report soon after few days of usage. I hope It will be as good as Turbo. :fingers-crossed:

Hey, Vidhanth...As usual, all your port are perfect..this one too.Its awesome. The one thing I noticed is ,it crashes SystemUI.apk sometimes. Especially I have been noticing it when Whats app notification comes or when i play some flash contents at web. I'm not reporting it as a bug though..I know, eventually it will be cleared . Thanks for this great development bro.

notification panel not opening
Whenever new whatsapp message comes and i pull down notification drawer it doesnt open n screen gets locked and same again i expand notification on lockscreen it blacks out n locked screen again.
Sometimes whatsapp force closes.
Help !!

Apparently this version of superSU is not getting flashed in every device..hopefully next build it will be cleared for now downllad and flash the superSU zip manually and it should work.

Yes it is r46, you can find the detailed changelog in settings>about phone>changelog or in the zephyr gplus community where every version specific changelog is given.

substratum is a crap, i prefer cm theme engine, that is the reason i flashed another cm based rom like bliss rom! pls, in the next update of this rom, replace substratun for cmte

Hi jsbeyond,
As a great fan of DU, I of coursde also like Zephyr which looks really similar to DU... Can't tell who inspired the other, but that is irrelevant
So Zephyr is simply a great ROM. Loaded with features I really like.
But there is one missing (unless this has been added meanwhile) and that is OmniSwitch.
And for me OmniSwitch is really mandatory...
Have no idea what it takes to cherr-pick into a custom ROM, but if that doesn't take too long, it would be nice !
But being in touch with membres of the Zephyr team... I've heard that the devs are already working on N . So probably won't bake in new features into Zephyr MM

BY THE WAY : I've tried to compile several ROM's with the Elan sources... only got into errors. Does it take a lot of changes to fix it ? Or am I missing a point ?

i tested this rom before the release to the public and informed OP about this bug (continuous FC on android.phone process) and other bugs like camcorder broken.. dunno why he released it anyway...

Man please solve the problem of com.android.phone constant fc. This seems a very good rom.

What did happen to nougat?

Alright! With the hardwork of Mi5 Devs in bringing up cm14.1 , hopefully soon enough there should be nougat build on ZephyrOS aswell, No ETA because stability is more prior to us
