I installed the 2.0 update yesterday and now it seems the watch will not charge. It runs out of battery and dies. It will then charge to 1% and restart and then the cycle continues. Is there anything I can do?
I have the same issue. Cannot get it to charge enough to downgrade.

Had Desire two weeks with no issues but suddenly it won't do a full charge and stops at 98%. Have to Reconnect lead to get to 100% but once removed it drops to 98 again and then down very quickly. On TMob with the older firmware.
Is the firmware the issue causing this? I have read elsewhere of others with same issue. I have no widgets running and no auto updates. Also phone on 2g only when I'm using net otherwise its off.
Any ideas?
Think this is by design - if the battery is already over 90% and you stick it on charge will not charge until it drops below 90% and then will charge upto 100%.

My battery is usually between 30% and 18% remaining!
my battery sometimes charges til 90% only, and then the light goes green. I have to reconnect the charger and then it charges to 100%. (sometimes)
I hope its a firmware issue with the charging! (older tmobile firmware here)
make sure you have fully discharged then recharged 3 times, then leave it on charge over night
also make sure you are charging with the charger provided and not another HTC charger or via the pc
Since last few months I have observed that when I charge my phone, it isn't updates properly battery status(ABOVE PATTERN LOCK).
After 82% or 92% it seems stops updating battery status. Then it takes hours to go 83% or 93%
Today when I was charging it, it was updating properly in proper interval of times (25% to 82% I think in 2:30 to 3hours). But again got stuck to 82% and then it took 2 hours for just going on 83%. So I though of restarting phone.
When I restarted my phone it showed 100%.
Although restarting solve this problem, but I think even if it shows 82% it stops charging when it actually goes 100%.
Has anyone else faced this on Wildfire?
Is it because of some widgets?
Is there any solution for this?

I have same problem like @Lara_Shadow - battery don't want to go to max charge. Goto 70-75, sometime 78%.
My GF have Wildifre with CM 7.2 Stable, but the mestery is that when I change battery with my and plug-in into my phone android says that is fully charged. My have 20-25% but her WF says there is only 1%.
Have someone any idea what to do with that?
Since the update to MM I'm having a bad issue with battery charging. The SW becomes very hot and stops to charge at about 70%.
If on pc usb charge, it stops and discharge...
If with external charger, stops.
What the hell is happening?

The phone suddenly stuck at boot screen and was not able to load the system. whenever it loads the system it crashes BUT this issue was over when it was plugged into the charger.. the phone worked fine and battery is 52%.
I charged it fully 100% and wait an hour more and i calibrated it.. but once i removed the charger plug .. 1 min and the phone turned off and started bootlooping not able to boot the system without being plugged to charger.
so i bought a new battery... this battery also made the phone turn off at about 30% " without any warning of low battery" and not boot saying it is 0% and i put it on charge and charge it up to 100 and again stops around 40%/ this battery charges fast tho. according to the % displayed.
I m now going to charge the battery for 4 hours as I read since it is new, it should be charged for 4 hours.
Am i having problem due to battery or the phone is not estimating right the full charge of the battery or the phone have something corrupted or also the new battery is bad?

I am having a strange issue with battery percentage.
For examble my phone while on it says 45% battery.
If i power off and plug it to charger it could be 13% or even 1% and thats gonna be the true value cause if i use camera at 45% phone reboots cause of drain.
I charged phone with original charger and tested with 3 different cables and results where the same.
If i charge phone while on and hit 100% then if i power it off and charge it it will say something around 72%.
Im using leedroid rom r146.same was happening and r149 and same was happening after upgraded phone to oreo

Im having the same issues since yesterday, maybe it's time to change the battery
