Any chance a dev could use this to build a ROM for the original exynos Note 7?
Recently Redmi Note 5 Pro got official Oreo 8.1.0 update with project treble support. Would it be safe to assume that device will get future major android updates (Example : Android P) but keeping in mind that Xiaomi pushes only one major updates to its devices?
Redmi Note 5 (china) launched with android Oreo 8.1 and this phone will get android P for sure.. and we have common ROM for Redmi Note 5(global) and Redmi Note 5 Pro (India) so we can expect android P for our mobile. (Moreover Qualcomm is supporting OEM to push android P updates to device with SD636 and SD660)
Hi, I have a Galaxy A3 2017 (A320FL) & I would like to get the experience of MIUI or ColorOS.
I like MIUI because it's far more easy to use, also features a iOS. It's basically for Apple fanboys.
OR ColorOS by OPPO because it more Chinese & features a better experience.
Which working rom for Galaxy A3 A320FL, MIUI or ColorOS? (don't mind which os version i choose)

Note 10 Lite (SM-N770F) and Galaxy S9 have the same platform (Exynos 9810). But Note 10 lite already got official Android 11.
Did anyone try to install an official firmware from Note 10 lite to S9? Or may be we can install Note's system.img?

yes，you can，first flash lastest firmware of S9，then unlock S9，finanl flash vbmeta and latest ap file for the n770f，you can find vbmeta in xba
So i just found out my old tablet is a Value Edition version, and it's faster than the non-value edition one. Is there a version of LineageOS that's made just for the Galaxy Tab 3 T113 VE? There's this one (https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/rom-unofficial-lineageos-14-1-for-sm-t113nu.3924511/) but the camera doesn't work there. Are there any new unofficial roms that work with the VE version that has a working camera?
