I recently updated my ZUK Z2 Plus from Zui 2.0.133ST to Zui 2.5.104ST.My question is the zui 2.5.104 is a beta or final? Is there any way to downgrade to Zui 2.0.133ST?
I'm not sure that it is beta or not.
But if you need to downgrade, I hope flashing the 2.0.093 version via QPST will help.
I was on the 2.0.093 version with root.
My bootloader status showed as re locked.
I flashed the CN stock ROM which made the bootloader status locked and then flashed the indian ROM.
I've got update via OTA to Nougat 2.5.104ST.
Should I do the upgrade bro what's the review

The new features of Zui 2.5.104ST are:
1.The new overclock mode in Developer mode
2.Split Screen,Screen Recorder which are included in Lab features
3.Manual Mode like ISO,White balance etc., and many more.
Though it has some new features, the accounts&sync tab is not working properly.

hello guys I was wondering if Is there any root method for our zuk z2 with the latest oficial zui version on indian variant?
I guess that lenovo will not send some update for a while, they sent that 2.5.104st in april-29, and we still not receive anything that they promisse for the may-19. (I think that they finished the tests before and Took advantage to spread the stable version before...)
I am no telling about the beta version of nougat in the indian version, i'm speaking about the stable version sent via OTA
sorry for my bad english, if you can't understand something, tell me that I'll try to explain again.

Download 2.5.412 (China) or 2.5.104 (India) for QFIL and install without any problems. Remember to make a backup of your personal data.
I am quite new to custom ROM stuff, so after playing with custom ROM for a while I used QFIL method to flash zui 1.9.044 st and then flashed zui 2.0.93 ST indian version on my z2 plus indian variant and everything went smoothly but even after using China VPN I am only able to update to zui 2.0.133 but no new update shows after that, I took it to Lenovo service centre and they said that Lenovo has halted 2.5.104 OTA due to various bug complaints, I also verified that my bootloader is locked and not relocked, can anyone confirm that?
Edit- I was on zui 2.5.104 before unlocking the bootloader and stuff
I'm using z2 plus Indian version with zui 2.5.104ST,now I want to flash zui 3.1 through qpst.what should the right process?I dont want to root the phone.plzzz let me know
ZUI 3.1 (based on Android 7 Nougat) and ZUI 3.5.xxx (based on Android 8.0 Oreo) are for Chinese models of the Z2 Plus (Z2131_CN).
Expreince after installing these ROMs on Indian model (Z2132) won't be pleasant, though it works almost well.
If you are curious and enthusiast to try it out go HERE
Check out THIS for unlocking the bootloader and root

thank u soo much,working perfectly
Zui 2.5 confirmed that it is necessary to install roms with kernel 4.4, it does not need zui 3.5 (in my case I had already installed zui 2.5 indiana as my rom and I decided to go for custom roms and today I use them with kernel 4.4 without having to install 3.5 zui per qpst)
I haven't unlocked my device yet.. but I'm planning to flash custom rom. currently I'm using zui 2.5 the official one. So you are saying that I can just 1)unlock my device 2) flash twrp and flash the latest version of aex (pie) without flashing zui 3.5/3.7 via qpst??.. I know your post says it but did you face any problem???.. (I'm new to this)..

Friend I just left the aex pie to na bootleggers. Yes you just need to unblock the bootloader and install twrp as a recovery, after that you need to do the following: First install the factory, then watch the twrp treble (reinstall back to twrp) and install rom and gapps and what you want

How many errors etc ... none so far. You have to have zui 2.5 Indian to do what I did!
I left aex pie because there is a bug in the download to download anything has to be completely on the page for example I want to download a game and I can not leave it in the background and I can not let the screen erase because the download pauses
If you want to install only nougat based custom roms, zui 2.5 indian baseband is fine. But if you want to use oreo or pie roms, you need to flash at least zui 3.5. I've used oreo roms on zui 2.5 baseband and it gives you Little glitches here and there and offline charging doesn't work.
