Samsung A3 2016 bootloader unlockable? - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

I wanted to root my phone a few days ago and I knew I had to unlock my bootloader, so I decided to search up how. Some people said that there is an "official" way to unlock the bootloader, but I didn't find "an official way" for my phone. Some people said that Samsung phones already have an unlocked bootloader, I don't know if this is true. In some tutorials I needed to use fastboot mode (I think Samsung phones don't have that).
I just want to know if my phone's bootloader can even be unlocked (or doesn't need to be unlocked, idk). If it can be unlocked I would really like to know how as well.

Enable developer settings, go to dev settings and enable oem unlock. You can now flash custom recovery etc, but be aware that flashing custom stuff will get knox tripped.

Ok, so I don't want to be a noob or anything, but I have another question.
What is Knox exactly? I know it's supposed to protect your phone from certain things, and I assume doing things like flashing a custom ROM or something might affect it somehow, but just plainly rooting your phone won't actually do anything right?
Btw I'm using CF auto root to root my phone, just so you know.

There is no "OEM unlock" or anything like that in my "Developer Options"

My device manufacturer is from South Korea, maybe that's why. My friend's device has that option in his developer options in his Samsung A3 phone. But he bought the phone in Indonesia. I will update tomorrow with screen shot, since the device currently is in my office.

Here is the screen shot of developer options of Galaxy A3 phone from my friend

[Q] WHich ROM CAN I INSTALL ON MY ARC

im from costa rica and my carrier is claro i have locked bootloader
and i check in service info, config and say bootloader unlock allowed and say no
because of this i cannot do the test point, but i install clockwork mod from
SE_Extreme_Tweak_Installer_1.8 my question is which rom can be safely instaled by this method i read roms whith stock kernel please someone give a list of rom can be safely installed whit this CWM THANKS A LOT
@efraincc24
You need to unlock your bootloader first before you install some Custom ROM ,only themes and tweeks can install in CWM recovery
And I believe any Arc can be unlocked with test point - my Japanese Arc was an early release one which wouldn't allow me to unlock the official SE way.
But with test point I unlocked with no trouble.

If you guys have the BOOTLOADER UNLOCK NO like I do. You need to get it UNLOCKED via the TEST POINT method.
It requires a bit of time and playing around OR follow the suggestion on contacting Jinx13. He will guide you thought the process and obviously for a small fee.
Jinx13 did mine for me and he was awesome!

I know how to do it with Omnius. I paid for a license and it costed me 15.80€, but it doesn't work with my Arc S (only Arc, I have to read before buying xD). If you want I'll tell you how to do it and I'll let you my account.
Thanks

I have tried the secret ServiceMode menu, *#197328640# but no network unlock option
I have flashed with a stock image but still nothing. If anyone has a link to an earlier version of Android for this phone, would appreciate it, possibly downgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.1.1
Have taken a look at some files which seem interesting using adb. More on this later.,
I want to unlock my s6810l too!
help me please.
I have a S6810L, I can root (with Motochoper), but I can´t unlock my cellphone.

What are my opinions with a non-unlockable Z1C?

Hey guys,
I own a "locked" Z1 Compact and I'm just wondering what are my options? the default ROMs for this phone are utter cowpat.
Has anyone come up with a way to force the phone to become unlocked or a trick method of installing another ROM? by unlocked I mean to allow the installation of any ROMs not anything to do with messing with the cellular capabilities.
Thanks for all the past development for my past devices
Thread title fail and I can't fix it lol
Options not opinions..
not just wrong section but

Completely wrong section, but do you mean that your phones status is "bootloader unlock allowed: no"? Or have you just not unlocked it?

Yeah, as far as software goes there isn't anything you can do about that. Your only option is to speak to whoever sold you the phone and ask for an unlockable one if they have them, or just buy an unlockable one from somewhere else.
Thank you for the snappy response, guess I'll sell this phone and see if I can get my hands on a unlockable one. or hopefully find someone who'd be willing to trade

Locked out of family pics etc. on Google Nexus 7 2013 edition

The screen on my Nexus 7 was damaged a few months ago, and it was left unused until I finally got it repaired and returned to me yesterday.
Unfortunately I have so many different devices, I have forgotten the PIN code. I was aware I was unsure of the code while it was in for repair, but I was relying on the fact that I thought I could use the Android forgotten password option to reset via Gmail.
Unfortunately it seems this option does not exist, despite inputting many incorrect PINs and getting the 30 seconds delay. I have read this must be because the version must be Lollipop or above.
I also tried Android Device Manager, which can communicate with the device as it is online, and I set a lock code 1234, which the Nexus 7 mentions when I turn on the screen, but it does not accept it. Apparently if the device already has a PIN lock set up, that overrides the Android Device Manager lock PIN.
I know I can factory reset, but I would hate to lose the pictures - and yes this is another reason why I should have configured something where my files are backed up to drive etc. automatically. Is there anything I can do?

It is not unlocked, but perhaps I am able to unlock it without the PIN?
I read online about the Nexus Root Toolkit, and that I could perhaps ADB pull with that? Here is a screenshot of the options from the website:

Okay, so the PIN just came to me, huge relief. I am going to set up Google Photos to automatically backup my photos in case this ever happens again, or the tablet is lost, and double check that I have Prey installed.
Is there anything I else I should do that may perhaps allow me reset the PIN in the future?

Add Account and Device in Mi Unlock Status says Request parameter error

I've tried everything, please help.. I factory reset a few times, used a VPN, turned on Find device and sync (except SMS and phone because it won't activate my SIM), USB debugging, OEM unlock are all on and it's still the same. Of course I've waited about two weeks... It's on MIUI 12.0.6.0 Global and won't check for updates (says can't connect to network) I'm pretty sure something about its IMEI or something is broken too but IDK how to fix it. I'd love to get some help please
How many hours did it tell you to wait for unlocking?
Are you 100% sure the drivers are installed correctly on your computer and the phone is detected correctly?
When you start MiUnlock, did you click in the top right corner and update the app to the latest version before requesting unlock?
Edit:
When I unlocked my phone, the Mi Account said that the sim wasn't activated but I could still send and receive SMS.
