Can someone tell me a safe way to make a firmware package?
The problem is it's for a firmware with no tar. I want QA1!
I was gonna flash PK1 then take ota to QA1. Then i was gonna use Flash Fire to backup the boot loader and modem files. To pack into a tar.
Is this a safe way to do this? Thank you!

My brother took my laptop along with him I want to flash ddla1 firmware on my sgy....is there any way to flash stock rom without Odin?
no.
it isn't.
no way.
forget it.
MobileODIN
Until SGY isn't supported by MobileODIN there's no other way to flash full roms.
Btw, to get support for SGY, please someone post Mobile ODIN 2.x dump to it's thread!
I am on Darkside Rom 4.0.4 and I cant get into Recovery to reflash, or to do anything. I need an Odin update package to the newest Firmware that's pre rooted. If anyone can help me out, I sure would appreciate it.

I don't think any of the Odin flash-ables come pre-rooted. You could Odin flash a recovery and then install any ROM you want. I would recommend TWRP 2.5.0.0 tar from here:

Thanks, I will try to flash the recovery in Odin first, and see if I can actually get into recovery from there. I might need a fresh Odin flash though.

There is no ODIN .tar file for NJ1, at&t never released one. It was just an OTA update which was pointless because it didn't make anything better from the previous NE4 firmware. Have you tried doing factory data reset?
I have a guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-att/general/how-to-restore-device-status-to-t2832880
It's for Android 4.3, but should also work on 4.4

Can anyone make and post a firmware only Odin flashable file?
Or maybe link me a tutorial that I can try and make one myself?
Flashfire can flash the new firmware from Sammobile but need to flash the bootloader etc from Odin to get it to boot.
Can anyone help me with this? Please...
Has anyone tried this yet? I don't have time to setup a new Linux install or I would. This might work. At least it used to.
Looking for the baseband: N910PVPS4DPJ1
My SM-N910P has N910PVPS4DPJ1 for firmware, but I have baseband: N910PVPU4DPG1
I'm wanting to flash the ultimate note 7 rom, but don't want to brick my phone.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
@MCTW1
I don't think there is a link for just the baseband/modem files, yet, that I've seen. There is a way to make them. You have to repack them, in Linux, in the same order odin flashes them. I could do that for you. But the reason i explained it so fully, is so you'd understand, that the safest thing to do, would be to just flash the whole stock rom! That way it's done the way it was intended to be. You can get the stock files Here!
I know there are quicker easier ways to flash the modem, but I'm a firm believer in flashing the whole rom to get the firmware/modem updated correctly. Especially since your gonna Flash UN7, you should wipe your device anyhow.
So i would backup any files you need to Ext. Sd or PC.
Then odin stock pj1, install twrp, wipe device, install UN7.
If you need assistance with using Odin correctly, just ask!
Good luck!
..............
Thank you both. Much appreciated.

I'm just looking for the stock ROM for PJ1 complete because I am unrooting and giving my phone to someone and I think they would be happier on a stock rom especially with the PRL bug in UN7
