Stock G2 3d gallery apk anyone?

Can anyone grab the stock gallery from the g2 and post the apk here? Im turning my phone into a stock/sense hybrid Much appreciated. Please & thank you!

Tell me how to pull an APK from it and i will give it to you

adb pull /system/app Gallery3D.apk

Did not work. I searched for another one on google. I'll try that one now and let you guys know.

I tried the 3d gallery i found and it seems to be running as good as the stock one did. I'll update this if thats not the case. I have Vanilla 2.2 messaging and gallery. It is partially hybrid

Can you please port the .apk you found? My gallery app is acting up and doesn't read my pics. I'm rooted running stock de-odexed rom and am planning on deleting it and re-installing it..thanx

Can you post the gallery apk that you found, I'd like to add it back to mine as well!

Still doesnt read my sd card..I've tried everything and it still wont read my pics Can anyone post the files in the thumbnail folder that obviously aren't the actual thumbnail pics??

FYI, this seems to break some of the options in the Sense Camera. The menu/gallery softbuttons don't seem to work consistently.

I dont quite get what your referring to. Explain it a little better.

He's talking about the little picture on the top right corner right that comes out after you take a picture..Now when you click it, it does nothing..instead of opening the picture.

And the bottom-most button below the "camera shutter" button in the Camera App. It looks like a little SD Card and normally takes you to the "gallery", HTC's Album. I'm thinking we have to change the link somehow.

Yep, I have not had extensive usage, but works on sms, mail, facebook, internet explorer, skyfire and googles internat app.
works for either typing in the app or from the sms / mail widget on home
I would also suggest using the message widget from the homescreen, click the pencil button and you have a full view of the message app, with the send and attachment button, fits the screen perfect. sms via the app results in the send button andpaperclick being barely visable, and the ends of text missing from the screen...

Yes i think that will be no problem
but now we focus on other things but in future you get your 8m pixel camera

i think not cause the libs are for 5 mega pix but test it.

Step 1:
Download required files
- Snapdragon Camera v2.1
- Snapcamtinyplanet.so
- Snapcammosaic.so
Step 2:
» Download the camera apk and lib.files [Snapcammosaic.so , Snapcamtinyplanet.so] into your device.
» Open any root explorer app and navigate to device/internal storage>system>lib>place the two lib files downloaded above{cut/paste}. Also change permissions to each lib to 0644 (-rw-r--r--).
» Similarly, place the snapdragon camera app [apk.file] in device/internal storage>system>app and again change permissions to apk to 0644 (-rw-r--r--).
» Now, reboot your device to activate the changes and enjoy! :victory:

Lots of options, but can't save to SD card. It will save to USB OTG though, I clicked on this even though I had no USB plugged in and it gave me a toast of couldn't locate SD card, which won't go away now. It works nicely though and some will find it useful.

@jackshot you've forgotten a very important point. The permissions have to be changed on both the libs and on the apk too.

Will that change the quality of the pics too? I know it sounds silly to ask, but I installed it yday, it worked but photos looked worse (much, much brighter) than on stock app. Also, after using this app the normal camera apk wouldn't boot.

apk and lib files should be with permissions 0644 (-rw-r--r--)..

Right after trying this camera I tried the battery mod posted in the other sub-forum and unfortunately turned my phone into a brick. I solved it now but the photos are lost Not going to install it again, at the end of the day I realised that the oneplus app is the fastest and the google photo app will do the job too.

Well maybe it was battery mod's fault then?
I use Snapdragon Camera and I never had a problem or conflict with anything I flashed since then..

I'm almost sure it was the battery mod's fault, but I don't want to try it again
This camera worked, the only issue I had was that any other camera wouldn't open afterwards (had to fc the snapdragon camera), but maybe that's related to the missing permissions, that info came after I tried it.

Where's this app taken from? I also saw this post but they doesn't mention any source.

The files were sent to me by a friend in order to test them in my OPX.. I just shared them here with the community.
I guess he got it from Oneplus One's thread..

Working perfect! I was using it with Sultanxda CAF ROM in my Oneplus One and love it. Best camera App IMHO.

EMUI 10.1 AOD THEMES - PNG's & HOW To change pictures

Okay, so I wanted to give a little color to my B&W AOD from EMUI 10.1 and found a post of my friend @Kamcho84 about how to change picture on new EMUI 10.1 AOD so i decided to make myself some PNG's. Bellow some SS + the files i used beside a mini guide for how to use them.
FOR AOD CLOCK THEMED faces, take a look at my post #39​For how to change fingerprint icon, check out this post #94! Thanks @Blackball for providing HOW TO ​
How to change picture from AOD:
1. Download my zip file which contains PNG's + themes (SS bellow) and unzip it;
2. Download an AOD theme - i used the theme bellow for creating new ones, so if you want to use my themes, just download the same one from Theme store and replace it with the desired one from my zip - . VIDEO with choosing theme!

3. Connect your phone to laptop/PC and go to : Internal Memory/Huawei/Themes/HWAods/ and copy the downloaded theme (in my case was 190B8F0EAA2F39B6D2675368F460C82C.hwt) to your desktop;
4. Using 7-Zip open it (right click/open) and open com.huawei.aod\res\drawable-xxhdpi\ and there replace the digit_bg.png with one of my photos from zip. Then use the arrow on upper left to go back (SAVE)/back again (SAVE) and then close the hwt file (SAVE again if necessarily);
5. Copy the new theme to folder /Huawei/Themes/HWAods/ from your phone and replace the old one (be sure NOT to rename it), then go to Settings/Home Screen & wallpaper/Always On Display/Clock Style/Download more/and there select the one you've allready downloaded earlier. Press APPLY! Now you should have the new picture on your AOD;
6. If you want to create yourself a PNG to be themed, you will need to change the size of your picture to 1080x492 or 1080x788 or 736x1080, depending on photo size&quality, convert it to .png, change it's name to digit_bg and do steps 4-5.
If you want to add your photo to a downloaded AOD theme or to the one i'm using, please sent me a high resolution photo + the AOD theme where you want your photo to be on

You mean that the picture has to be black and only a picture in the middle which is whatever you want? Or is this meaning something completely different?

Hi m8,
No, you could use any picture but you would need to resize it as i said in OP, convert to PNG and rename it. Those black bars needs to be made if you create another theme.
If you want, you can sent me the link with the logo you want to be used (guess that for your kid you can handle, if NOT send me one PM with desired photo ).

Create AOD
This is working great, thank you. But I would like to ask if someone knows how to use exported .hwt file from ThemeStudio (AOD) ? I downloaded it today and trying to create AOD but when I export it and put it in the phone in internal storage/Huawei/Themes/HWAods it won't load it in the theme app in my theme there is nothing, I cannot see it anywhere. I tried restarting phone and force stop theme app and so on, put it in other folder but still nothing.
Can someone help why is it not working or what am I doing wrong?

It seems that the only way to use an AOD theme is by uploading to Huawei Theme stores and getting it installed through Settings/Home Screen & wallpaper/Always On Display/Clock Style/Download more / get it from Theme store.
Maybe in the near future Themes app will be updated and we will have the option to load custom AOD themes from phone memory, as we do now for normal themes ?

Found a way to fix crashing on youtube. Long press on the icon, choose video, change both interface and modules in settings to pixel 7 pro, hardware level full and enjoy. Everything work

Hi, when I opening this version of GCam it force closing on photo mode. Video and portrait works fine. What did you configure to use this GCam MOD?
