Control PC volume from my Touch HD

Is there any app or any way that I can use to control the volume on my PC by using my Touch HD (for example via WiFi or Bluetooth)?
I often like to watch movies on my PC while laying in bed, and although I can use my wireless keyboard to control the volume, the distance is sometimes a problem. It would be easier and more comfortable to simply have my HD to control the volume. It would be nice to control pause and play as well, but even just the volume would be great.

GRemote will do that and more over wifi Brilliant app.

OMG, Surgent - thanks a lot!!!!! That's awesome!! I almost didn't bother starting this thread because I thought for sure there would be nothing like that out there. Ha-ha - I'm glad I asked the question. I'm checking it out and it works perfectly! You're right, it does media player control and a whole lot more too (via wifi or bluetooth). That means I can use it at home with wifi or on the go with bluetooth.

[R] Remote control bluetooth music player for steering wheel

Hi everyone,
i'm searching for a remote control working with bluetooth to put it on my steering wheel, to change music from my phone when i'm driving.
Is someone if something like that exist ?
I would like that it looks like this: Click here (but it does'nt work with android phones...)

Steering wheel forward and back functions not working in other apps

I have the Carjoying deck for my CRV and the steering wheel controls work with the native music app but not with google music or spotify. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Hi bud , I had same problem and couldnt find a fix so bought poweramp player and it works fine . hope this helps

Check the software section. There are services available that intercept the signal and transfer to apps

Hello, I am new to the forum and the whole head units things, but I had the same issue as you mention. Only worked on default music player, but not others. I downloaded the app RK3066 (available in the app store - can't post outside links, sorry) and it fixed my issue. I have a Klyde unit with the RK3066, from Pumpkin.
When I installed RK3066 I also installed XposedMTC. I'm not sure if it is required to make the steering wheel controls work but these 2 apps made a huge difference on my head unit.

[Q] DVR and Steering Wheel Control Questions

So I'm looking into purchasing one of the joying models, and I'm wondering if there is a list of compatible DVR camera's out there. I know that there are 2 logitech camera's that are confirmed working, just wondering if there were any other options.
Also, does anybody know if these stereo's are compatible with the metra axxess RFASW universal steering wheel control addon? I've linked the manual below. Thanks for the help!

I've an Alfa Romeo Spider 939 (which is a convertible 159 in the end!).
If you need the steering wheel controls you must use this article: CTSAR002.2 from connects2
Worked for my Joying Sofia unit

thx ... :victory: but the steering controls are working already ... i use the NIQ Canbus Adapter for it!
the head unit can also show like "left door open" or any other information you get on the car display ... but i dont get it working

Same problem here, no information like "open door" or temperature and clock on the top of the screen like some youtube video I've seen. Maybe some canbus options to change in the factory options? If only someone could post some pic...
