[NEED HELP] Baseband is unknown in REDMI 1S ?

Friends Please Help me....
As my IMEI and WIFI MAC address is correcpted or shows unavailable...
please help me how to write IMEI ?
is there any software to write IMEI for REDMI 1S.?
Or else can I restore it from TWRP Backup ?

Flashing stock rom via fastbbot can solve this problem ?

I don't sincerely kno if it could function but try because it could contains the partitions needed by the IMEI ,about the i-Fi Mac adress I think it's less dangerous,I hope you'll fix that.At anyay use google

while flashing partition "modem+modem1" ..it says partition table doesnt exist....
now what to do ?

Actually i am unable to boot any ROM other than MIUI.
whenever I install CM 11 or 12 or 12.1 ..phone goes in bootloops.

And what miui rom are you now, that can boot?
Did u use the last twrp or recomended twrp for cm rom, cm11 and cm12 diferent twrp as i read, and miui too, i guess

Both MIUI 5 & MIUI 6 beta are booting in phone.
but while installing CM 11 or restoring CM 12 back up phone goes in boot loops..
Latest TWRP is installed .....
I also tried Philz recovery....and got the same response.

You said only boot with stock rom, bootloop with custom rom. Had you ever, by any mean ticked the SElinux fix permision? Well, if you ever done that, you will have bootloop with CM rom, no matter if you reflashed again. I had this experience while flashing my friend device, but fixed already, now running in cm12.1
Otherwise, i had no clue for your problem...

Soft Bricked D855

Okay, so a few days ago I had a completely stock LG G3 D855 v30n Marshmallow. Then I decided I wanted to root it and flash fulmics. So I flashed the v30b kdz with lg flash tool and rooted the phone with rootking. Everything worked perfectly until I flashed the ROM. I made a nandroid backup with TWRP and I downloaded the fulmics 6.6 zip of the xda forum and put it onto my external sd card. I tried to flaash it onto my phone but it wouldn't work (it kept reloading into recovery mode every time I tried to flash it). I thought the problem was I was using an old version of TWRP. So I flashed my backup and soft bricked my device. I have access to download mode. Could someone please help me in unbricking my phone and is it even possible to flash a rom in my situation? Thank you very much in advance.

Ok so,
Connect your phone to your PC.
Go here TWRP and select the "official".Download the latest one,move it to your phone's SD Card.Flash it with TWRP.
And after that,Full wipe and reflash Fulmics.

I can access download mode so I will try and flash the stock kdz and dll using lg flash tool

Oh, forgot to mention I fixed it! Reset and was back in stock 4.0. I rooted again and flashed the fulmics rom (properly) and everything is working great! Thanks so much for the help - would be screwed without it!

first make sure that you were on latest vibe ui firmware (s105) then came to custom rom, if you've done so then,
create an ims setting in Access Point Names and very few build have working volte... if you weren't on latest firmware, then i'll get you the link for latest firmware along with working, safe and easy guide to flash latest firmware

TWRP Problem
The twrp 3.1.0 by shreps(https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/recovery-twrp-3-0-2-0-lenovo-vibe-k5-t3391100) for my Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus(A6020a46 3GB model) doesnt work properly.... I installed the iamge via adb, but when the recovery boots up...it shows a black screen..plz tell me how to install that twrp:crying:

I've the same model, working fine with me, so let me tell you what I'd done..
downloaded the recovery from moto.shreps.fr by choosing my device and the last 3.1.0 build and renamed it to twrp.img
try the same and first, boot this twrp temporarily using
fastboot boot twrp.img
if twrp works then return to fast boot and flash using
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
done. ?

Yes I Already did that as i have told you its working in AICP but not in any other rom and one more thing in AICP everything is working good except what'sapp it showing me an error 'unable to backup messages' i am not able to take backup of what'sapp

is that problem persisting during backup or restoration?
if you're having problem in restoration then
Decide which backup file you want to restore.
3. Rename that file from "msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt" to "msgstore.db.crypt"
4. Install WhatsApp
5. When asked to restore, tap [Restore]

I did temporarily boot the img but a black screen shows up even after following your method.... Is it because of some memory partition type or something??

I am currently using RR nougat the thing is there is no volte. But the option enhanced 4g LTE mode is there and is on. I tried to upgrade to latest frimware from sherep via twrp . I restored it and booted it but the thing is it only shows the home screen for a few second and continues booting this process is continuing . So how can I get pass this my friend ?

I did flash stock rom, wiped cache and dalvik and itried the twrp which you uploaded but stll only a black sscreen comes up

yup only 3.0.2 r1 and 30.02 r2 by shreps are working....btw is your data partition ext4 or f2fs????

When you took backup of MIUI Rom did you took vendor backup? I think you didn't take backups of vendor image and efs backup too. I have been through this problem after that I realized I did not backup vendor and efs backup, I think it has something to do with kernel version or vendor image backup.

Then I need to flash entire fastboot ROM again right

you get bootloop cause your data files from miui are incompatible with RR rom.

Funny, i had the same problem yesterday, was told i should wipe the decryption on the phone in twrp, i lost my IMEI and can't flash roms anymore, be carefull.

In TWRP to skip the password requirement I touched cancel and touched wipe (without a custom wipe), and after doing so I made an error, but after trying a couple of hours later the same thing came out, until I tried 3 more times in a row and he left me, after that I could finally use LineageOS 17.1

Your loss of imei had nothing to do with formatting data and more to do with flashing rom
Make sure you're on oero firmware & reflash that firmware fully via fastboot
Flash a custom rom that gives you imei (you will have to try them - try the oero twrp flashable stock rom too) and then back up efs so you can restore it if problem happens again

You need to format data
TWRP - wipe - format data (option on the right)
Reboot to recovery & flash rom again
Or in fastboot do
fastboot erase userdata
Either way backup anything on internal storage (pics docs music etc) first as this will be deleted

I managed to re flash the stock Oreo 8.1 firmware through Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant hoping to get the IMEI back and automatically re-lock the boot-loader but neither happened, still no IMEI and Boot-loader is still unlocked, what to do now?

If running
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
Doesn't bring your imei back like I said - try different custom roms (especially the last where imei worked)
Else you will need a motherboard replacement if you can't work out a way to restore it
And never re-lock the bootloader 'if you hard brick your device again due to ota update because the firmware you flashed was wrong you will never be able to re-flash the device

So basically your advice is to find a stable custom rom where the IMEI shows and just stick with it correct?

Please read my past responses carefully
I said once you have found a custom rom that gives you imei you can then back up efs partition using a 64bit twrp to restore it if you loose it in future (or using other roms)
