Micromax canvas 5 is a good budget phone why isn't there any official or unofficial LOS rom available for it?!?

I have a question, how to port android L (5.0) to redmi 1s?
I want to port nex5 (5.0 rom) to cm11 as the base rom.

Since i know there are no android L rom for our device, i want to port it so we can feel the taste of lollipop.
I hate using cm11 because there are so many force closed related to some apps that i never faced on older cm version like cm10 or cm10.2
I hate using miui based rom because of the poor ram management problem.
So i decide to use cm
if we already know how to port wouldn't be doing it already?

If you need to ask how to port a rom, then you are noob enough to not be able to do that.
you must use Android L based rom on porting, which is by far only Mokee 5 by syhost and have no RIL, there's no point porting Android L to our devices right now...
better wait working CM12 or Mokee 5.
if you have spare time, try to port stable MIUI 6 from Redmi Note LTE or Redmi 1s LTE to CM11 R16 base on our devices, if it's boot and have no problem we would be thankfull (pssst enjoy your bootloop)

Redmi 1 spec is similiar to Micromax A210, except camera resolution. MIUI 7 is available for Redmi 1.
Have any one tried to port the ROM for Micromax A210. Is there anything happening?
Hello , i have miui 7.2.4.0 ported from MI Note Pro. Based on Android 5.1.1 its stucked on Bootlogo after insyall custom rom ( expect NoteRom )
Same as installing cyanogenmod 12.1 by Firelord is stucked too...

I don't know about that miui ROM. But regarding FireLord's CM12.1, as he mentioned it's NOT ready yet. Those are just a test builds for development purposes.

u can go for lineage 14 they are officially listed redmi 1s and u will also get regular OTA updates too
