European firmware sm-n910f on at&t galaxy note 4(SM-N910A)

Hi guys. I live in the UK and I bought this galaxy note 4 on eBay. As it turns out it was an AT&T model from America. Everything seems to be working but the only problem I have is that I can't get any upgrades. Now my question is: is it possible to install the sm-910f firmware on an at&t model?

since the AT&T model is locked down you are out of luck there is no way to flash anything other than AT&T firmware

Do you know where can I download the latest at&t firmware? I'm still on 5.0.1 and what I saw on the at&t site their latest firmware is 5.1.1.

as far as i know its an OTA update, I haven't followed AT&T in quite a while now

Follow this thread. You can flash 5.1.1 using ODIN. You will need to download the files and links are there plus instructions which are relatively straightforward

Yup learned my lesson always buy unlocked/ international version.

seems it may come this month or early next month with some little tweaks.

I have the s 7 edge and I am trying to root it , if I cant I will return it and stick to my Note 3 which is rooted . Thank You

I thought there was root available for the s7 and s7 edge...

There is root for the s7 BUT I have to be careful because my Build number is G935V and im not sure if I can root that build

Did you obtain root yet? If not then just Google this..Root for s7 G935V
And look it up on youtube.

GALAXY S10+ SM-G975U/U1 Can't Flashing lower SW Firmware

hi.yestarday i brought brand new g975u with preinstalled android 9 with no ota's couse i am not from usa and csc is for usa, so i test flashed other carrier branded csc firmware verizon (G975UOYN5GUBH) android 11 with sw 5 i cannot downgrading os (lower sw number ) i think couse locked/new bootloader how can i flash lower sw firmware need to flash correct firmware: g975u1 (usa/xaa)

Why in the world would you even flash branded software, what's the reason to do that? What you can do is flash unbranded software with CSC of your choice. You won't be able to downgrade, ever.

At least, it is working in the background, so we know how many steps we walk during the day through notification but we can't access the app in itself... ^^

Samsung changes deeply its framework with OneUI and more specifically with Android 12.
Samsung Secure Folder isn't working either with this phone when it is working with my rooted Galaxy tab S6 with Android 12 and OneUI 4.1... ^^
