Samsung is always the slowest for some reason.

Rooting works fine for the leaked N build for the 928C (which also works on other variants). That build also doesnt have the deep sleep bug like the MM builds do when Knox is tripped.

I currently own a 3 year old Samsung S3 Neo. The thing is I'm looking to get the A5 2016, A5 2017 is also available but i dont want it. Got to do the 10th board exams. I really like the Samsung A5 2016. Read the reviews and the Dev support is also good, according to me atleast
Please tell me. Im getting a new phone next week and i can't decide which one to get.

It's a big difference.
The A5 2016 is a nice phone. I bought one for my mother. It's half decent spec, so I suppose it's gonna come down to cost and your needs.
Ii broke my s7 edge and brought a a3 2016 i preferred tge design. Its noticeable that its slower and lacks ram.. But a good rom amd kernel and its a brilliant phone.. I prefer it to the s7e.
My samsung A5 (2016) took over 2.5 hour of full charging. i tried different of samsung charger. My android version 7.0. i did hard reset but still slow charging even not in safe mode. how can i solve this help me plz

There are no Treble ROMs because this would be MUCH work. Currently, nobody of the devs has the amount of time/interest for treble ROMs.

Do you have a phone to spare?.
Exynos 7870 was more popular and common soc used in Samsung phones. I believe few model running on 7870 soc came with android 9 pie out of the box (and had treble support) which helped the development of older phones running on same chipset. On the other hand Exynos 7880 was only used in galaxy A5/7 2017 models (same fate for Exynos 7885). EXYNOS 9611 is the new Exynos 7870.
