Every time I try to go to Settings>General>Security on my LG G4 H810 (Stock) the security app closes, and the message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.settings has stopped." appears.

Also whenever I try to change my lock screen settings, either nothing actually happens or the message "Unfortunately, Lock Screen Settings has stopped." appears.
I've tried factory resetting multiple times - it doesn't work.

Try rebooting into safeboot mode and see if it works there. If it does, the problem may be related to an app you've installed or one that has become corrupted. I would also clear out cache and data (backup first) and reset all app permissions.

Please help. Fix it. Anyway out of this? It always crashes I try to re-install again but it doesn't work. Mine is the modded version from htcsense aptoide. Hope it doesn't involve "freeing up space and trying again."

Download lg flash tool and flash your kdz. To enter download mode press volume up button and hold it...plug your usb then you will see download mode...then open flash tool flash your kdz....you will see error in flashtool just ignore it. But you have to find kdz file for your model first. In picture it showing you are on lolipop so you have to use lg flashtool.
I've recently returned to stock ROM due to the camera issues on any custom ROM for the LG G4.
I've now ran in to a problem where my Bluetooth won't activate, I activate through settings, the button flips to the right as if it goes to activate but switch doesn't turn dark grey and it stays that way.

Going to another screen and coming back to settings shows that Bluetooth is switched off.
I've got a logcat dump but I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for.

Fix
Do a full wipe.
Flash the stock rom via twrp (20d prerooted).
And then flash stock rom via LGUP or install any other custom rom and it should work. I had this problem many times and this method always worked for me

You can't fix this issue only by replacing the motherboard. You have a faulty internal memory, and the phone won't read or write anything unless you change that

Looks like an app updated and now it's trying to redo the database part of the update over and over... Maybe adb logs would make it clear which app, hopefully one you just updated.

Can you explain how to check adb logs and find out which app is doing this ?

You need to unlock developer mode to run adb logcat. There's apps (MatLog is what I use) to view it on device, not sure if they also need developer mode.
If you boot your phone and see the message you can dump the logs and see if any of them seem to correlate. There's timrstamps but at boot time lots of apps start so that's maybe not helpful.
Autostarts is an app that can tell you which apps run at boot. But you probably have lots of them.
