Can't use developer unlock with edu mail

I'm trying to do the tutorial posted here, but when I try to set my school to "Chandler/Gilbert Community College", it doesnt appear in the list:

Yes it says in the DEVDB thing that not all devices are in the list so to post it in the closest one and ask moderator to move sorry guys if I had a N10 I'd totally make a rom for it with an audio engine all in one TWRP backup preconfigured and tested as all components working.
