the ceo of huawei BG company Mr.Yu lastnight said that they will launch a new product with the new CPU K3V3 in the first season of next year .there are two types of K3V3 . one is the quad-core. and another one is eight-core.

They are going to launch P6 with K3V3 ? If so, then that would be the version that got LTE too.

I think that's not P6. it may be D3 or mate2.in fact ascend P2 is a LTE smartphone

hope it will b thin at least as this one then with LTE , DC-HSDPA , Wi-Fi ac band .. smoother faster,, and cheap ...

I don't think much thinner is very well.it will touched uncomfortable.as a fact, huawei device in China is very cheap.it just half an iPhone's price.

u are blinded by price .! do u know what is word price means? find some expert and ask him WHAT are differences in metal material types !

IT is ALL RIP OFF .. I have purchased ascend p6 for 150 pounds ... (from ebay) I have purchased iPhone 5 for 100 pounds (ebay) + 100 pounds new lcd display (ebay) I would NEVER pay more !
You need to open eyes and see how this world of smartphone business is in real world ! DO u have idea what is iphone made from ? Just normal ordinary aluminium metal .. there are no any differences all aluminium is same in ALL mobiles.. (except plastic ones)

it is easy o with iphnone cos is easily to disassemble..

good thing that huawei is ditching vivante gpus for latest mali cpus.. there isnt just enough support for vivante in the android gaming world..:good:

8.4 vs 10.1 = portability vs longevity

Hi all,
I'm planning to get one of Samsung's new lineup tablets to replace my LG G pad 8.3 but I can't make my mind which one to get. I like the 8.4 form factor but it has a poor battery (4800 mah) compared to tab pro 10.1 (8220 mah).
A little personal background , I actually use two tablets in my daily life: iPad mini 2 (for browsing, apps) ,and Android powered (for downloading and watching movies and tv shows).
Any word of advice would be highly appreciated

The battery life on the Pro 8.4 is very good for this size tablet. The Pro 10.1 has much more internal area that is why the battery is bigger. The Pro 8.4 has a bigger battery (4800) than your Gpad (4600) and a much better processor. My brother has the retina iPad Mini and the Pro 8.4 has a better screen and the camera is actually pretty good.

Thanks for replying, and yes G pad has 4600 mah which barely gives me 6 hours of screen on time so I figured tab pro 8.4 with higher resolution would fail to achieve even 7 hours in best circumstances. I don't really understand why Samsung didn't provide a bigger mah capacity while apple could with iPad mini 2 which has 6500 mah with the same size (despite square like appearance).

I think it is the slippery grip what gives such impression but according to GSMarena http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=5735&idPhone2=5946
They surprisingly have the exact wieght 331g, and the ipad mini 2 is just a tad thicker (7.5 vs 7.2).

Motorola phones are known for the great optimisation, it may actually be faster and more stable than the P6.

it is much faster and stable plus straight updates like nexus familly from Google... its way better phone than p6

Tough decision to make as both are very tight in comparison. It would be best you actually use the p6 in hand for maybe 1 or 2 days.
But there will be a P7 out by April/May so if you plan to get a new one then you can wait for the p7.

Depends what you are looking for.
If you want FM radio, external sd card, 5MP front facing camera, thin light phone, Huawei P6 is the choice to make.
If you want more support from Google, active display, 10MP back camera, longer battery life, and if you like AOSP look of android (which I do so I use OMNI ROM on P6) then maybe you should stay with the Moto X.
Now, if you had the Moto G I would suggest you trade for a P6. A Moto X is a harder choice to make because it has relatively good specs too.

I would never trade a ( basically ) AOSP device, ever. - They are just too good.

I just have been eyeing the p6 for a couple of months now. It just looks like a unique well built phone. The moto x is nice and quick but I feel like nothing makes it stand out aside from some software features that I hardly even use.
