HEYO ! Guys Im using Cm11 unofficial & i hav a req , does anyone know if there is a mod available for the battery percentage? The stock implementation of the battery percentage is quite juvenile, if I may say so. Although using CM11 unofficial and I installed Xposed Framework + GravityBox. There it is under Optimize Statusbar (Circle, Percent only).
Xposed just works with dalvik, not ART.

After you have installed Xposed Installer, the module Gravity Box is available for download inside Xposed. There are a lot of modules and Gravity Box is the right one for tweaking the battery symbol of the statusbar.
There is a an app in the market called percent enabler.

It might be a good idea to get the xposed framework remover zip and keep it on the sd card in case there is a problem booting after applying the changes
I have used the battery icon mods mentioned in the first reply. They worked for me.
Thanks it works great.

Faster back way simply replace SystemUI.apk from your original ROM in /system/priv-app folder and write permissions 644 for apk with any root access file explorer then reboot your device.
Any chance this might get updated for the new IC? (Seems incompatible with the 3.0.x versions)

- tranfer the rom to internal storage
- Boot into recovery
- Format your phone
- Install the rom

And yeah, preinstalled apps will be lost if you flash the rom, but music and pictures are retained. Still, its safer to keep a backup

can be used with stock rooted odexed ROM aswell, but if you get systemui FC then clear Dalvik cache from recovery, and do make a nandroid backup before all this, cos the systemui fc gave me lots of troubles (nothing works when this happens! phone goes in a tizzy of random vibrations and fc msgs every second ! touch response is also limited, beware! you have been warned!

Well I use nova launcher because i love it's customisability, in any case I should be able to help you out, otherwise you should ask on Serajr's post.
Yes I have updated to 4.4.3, and i am still using all the xposed modules mentioned above, along with a few more (see screenshot).
So what exactly is not working? Xperiahome.apk fc? Or module not loading? Or changes in module dont stick?
Just a Thought

I agree to an extent , When I had (s)damsung phones I couldn't stand Touch-jiz(wiz) for its U.I. , It sort of felt like a joke of a Home Launcher , child's play, or gimmicky to me. So I swore by APEX or NOVA. The array of settings and features were what sold me.
When I switched over to Sony, My first one being the xperia ION, I was actually impressed at how smooth and clean the launcher was. The simplicity was nice but the lack of Icon changing and the limited preferences was a tad boring. Then Razal Lovins had posted a modded xperia launcher that I still use till this day on my t2 ultra and previous ZL, and T xperia phones.
In my case Xperia Launcher modded does it for me , I bought a SONY phone id like to keep as close to SONY because really their U.I is the greatest , the modded rizal version has everything NOVA offers except the option to customize the way the home screen behaves when swiping page to page.
Dont get me wrong NOVA is great, to each their own.

HEY!
Lollipop Was Released For I9505 with a log of bug. The System was slow, apps were slower.
Tried on Stock Rom. Can try on others too.
The Main Problem That Existed With The Device Was The Recents Lag.
The Recents, whenever opened and scrolled, it was very much frustating.
Today, after much hard work, here I present You The Fix.
The Problem Was With The SystemUi Of The Phone.
So I Looked upon hard on it, and finally fixed it.
The Steps Are As Follows:-
1. [Most Important] Backup Your SystemUI.apk.
2. Download Any of the root explorers, go to system<priv-app<systemui.
3. Replace the systemui.apk with the given one.
KABOOM!
Your Recents Is As Fast as any other lollipop phone!https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-XZ4A4Jo6IPVmNMY3NzZVJ0aWc/view?usp=sharing

Have any one tried on tw custom roms ? I've red some negative comments about it. I want to use this mod on albe lollirom v3.1 which is based on Sammy's OB7 firmware.
Edit: this doesn't work with lollirom. System UI keeps crashing
i installed and is really fast but the only weird thing is the camera shortcut is from kitkat, can you put the lollipop one? i really like the lollipop camera shortcut animation
ps: the sound icons are bugged
I am not sure [personal I tested and no improvement but I am on a custom rom], this modification will work only with lolli stock , because custom Lolli rom are already fast and without lag.
THX
First of all make a nandroid backup in case something goes wrong. (Nothing went wrong for me.)
Touchwiz file taken from Audax Rom v33 for Note 3 but it works on Note Edge N915F.
Backup your touchwiz app in system/priv-app folder.
You need to extract the attached file as a folder into system/priv-app folder and delete the touchwiz folder you already have. Then set permissions and restart the phone...
Permissions should look like as in the picture.

About Xposed Framework I use the one called Xposed by wanam
There are details about how to install it on their threads but I will try to tell you as much as I can.
You need custom recovery installed first, TWRP or CWM
You need to put the Xposed installer zip in the sd card and and flash it by booting into custom recovery.

If I were you I would make a nandroid backup and then flash a rom which is made for N915F but if you do; you have to flash the kernel before you restart the phone. I did it once and it worked.
