Doze is working?
I don´t know to nothing about CAF but i found that browser will work great with that and other Snapdragon processors and it have Ad blocking.

Both the roms are working fine on xperia m dual so you can try whichever you want to if you face any kind of bugs or anything is not working report over here with logs

yep i won't abandon slim.. right now i am facing git issue's that's the reason i can't rollout the update so when it get's fixed ill rollout the update for slim6 alpha 6 but no eta

You can try layers theme it is working and it is supported but most of layers themes for frameworks-res will cause systemui fc right now the rom is still in the alpha stage so you might face some layers not working

It is a bug. The ROM itself is 64-bit.
32-bit Gapps will work easily.
A new build compiled using latest tree will fix the arm bug easily. However, only the op can do that.

What's AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps.
We added few non-AOSP features for a better user experience and we NOT going to add something other.

I am in twrp 3.2.1-0 but still getting error 7
However after trying again, It is saying"Failed to mount /system" Invalid Agrument

Usually that happened to me after being on stock rom.
Put rom on sdcard and gapps. Go into recovery - wipe - format data. Then go on wipe - advanced and tick dalvik/art cache , system , data, internal storage, cache. After it finishes formatting install the rom and then the gapps.

Is this rom going to have updates in the future? Any bugs so far? Screens? Appreciate you all devs who work so hard!! Salute!!
Follow up question. Is this rom 8.1.0? Or just 8?

Found 2 bugs. 1st, fonts are off especially the date in quick settings, and other stuff that has font. 2nd, it's super laggy especially when toggling the power menu.

wifi and usb adb not working on J710F. How I can repair ?

No, because the device do not have fingerprint sensor.

Hi! @Exyking Just some questions if that's okay ... will I be able to build the RR ROM by following the instructions from the link in your post? And did you build this ROM with the said tutorial? I want to try it myself though I am not entirely sure if it would work. Sorry if my questions isn't related to your post. Just curious about how devs go about building ROMS and I pretty much have lots of time on my hands... would be cool if I could contribute to the development of J7 2016 with my free time.

Why Many crash applications?

Cool New RR 8.1.0 rom

Quick review after using it for a few weeks, with trying other Oreo roms from xda: overall the best, both performance and customization wise. Almost all of other roms have home button bug (home button not working while locked), some of them with substratum themes not working correctly...
This is the most solid rom, 0 restarts, 3-4 days battery life with moderate usage, 6 with saving, 2 with heavy load. Viper4android is working as magisk module, and no other problem with apps. Only thing that I miss is long press to kill on back button, and maybe a square battery icon (most oreo roms seams to have this option).
Anyway, many thanks to the developer of this excellent rom.
