Slim/Thin Cases For GSM GNex?

Well, according to users feedback in this thread, Both the Case Mate Barely There and the Incipio Feather don't fit quite good on the GSM GNex with standard battery. And as much as I hate starting yet another thread about "whats the best case?", can anyone confirm a good fit of any slim case on the phone??

I have the matte black ringke slim and it fits my gsm nexus perfectly. Great case.

You can find some decent TPU's on ebay for pretty cheap. I went w/ the carbon fiber full body kit by Ghost armor w/great results

Isn't that just a sticker to change the look. I don't see how that brings any additional protection for your device.
Personally I think it takes away from the looks of the device without providing anything in return but to each his own I suppose.

fits the gsm gnex very nicely. dont mind the low rated reviews, they came from ppl with the LTE gnex and therefore did not fit properly. I highly recommend this case. its relatively thin, fits snug, and has a great feel. gl.

i got the Rock Barely Hard case of Ebay. It fits nicely, but it took a while for it to get her because it was coming from china. (about 2 weeks??)

The reaerth slim is great. Few months in with many drops. Quite nice protection with minimal added thickness

That reminds me I keep forgetting to look for a fully enclosed case because on mine the top and bottom aren't covered so will be useless in a drop.

They cover the screen i have it on my 4s and i drop a few times and never happened

I have it to and like it quite a bit, my only complaint is the power button loses its clickiness. Ended up using an Xacto to cut it out...The grey looks good with pebble blue as well

Just bought the black one from amazon for $14.99. So juiced to try it out

Got my case today and I really like it. Fits nice and tight and the texture is really nice - soft and smooth but not too slippery. You don't feel the click with the power button but it's not hard to press.

After going through quite a few cases, just got myself the INCIPIO NGP case in black as well. I finally found a case that I love!
I was looking for something that was thin, covered the whole back, and wrapped around to cover the front glass from touching surfaces. Also wanted something that felt nice. This was exactly that. It makes the phone feel very solid and like a well built phone. It is a light and thin case and does not add any bulk that you do not want.
Highly recommend this case!!

We really need this kind of protection in our phone. Last night I dropped my phone but I'm lucky its still alive and fully working, thanks to my bumper case. In my country when you buy optimus G you will have a free bumper case and a flip cover, I don't know if you guys have the same package like me.

Sure, from every corner and every side. The only way you can break your screen is if the phone falls on a spike (but luckily we have Gorilla Glass 2 for that occasion )

Its the genuine from lg.
No problems with the usb/jack as i saw with oem bumpers. Fits perfectly.

I also have this bumper and can only use LG's data/charge cable as all other micro-sub cables that I tried don't fit the hole in the bumper...

Best Screen Protection and Cases yet?

Hello, XDA-Developers!
I've been extremely outdated lately (Sony Ericsson Xperia X8) and decided to get a new phone, the OPO.
Since the X8 was/is a low-tier phone, even at the time, I never really cared about protection for it.
So, I am EXTREMELY noobish about protection.
So, in your opinion(s), what are the best protection combos out there?
(Sorry for this type of question, just asking!)

The consensus at the moment seems to be Diztronic TPU case and an Orzly tempered glass screen protector

I would have to go and agree with severose. Be on the look out for ringke. A new thread opened up that they're actually making a case for the oneplus one. Hoping they'd make a version that is black and not clear.

Diztronic + Rhinoshield.

I use the Orzly tempered glass screen protected with the Diztronic TPU case in black. I take the case off once in a while, because the One is just too sexy to be clothed 24/7.

So how much bulkier does the Diztronic case make the phone?

Very minimal, it adds just one or two millimeter.

In general, I'd go with a tpu case and a screen protector, that's really enough for daily use and not too bulky.

I like the Ringke fusion. Provides better grip and better button presses. It adds more bulk to the top and bottom of the phone though. Feels good in the hand still.
Comes with a screen protector for free as well.

Ringke Fusion is the best for protection and also doesn't make your phone looks like any galaxy or random phone cause it shows the amazing sandstone back

I use the diztronic tpu case and the orzly tempered glass protector... Excellent combination
I have the xtreme guard coming in a month's time

I was looking at Speck as a possible protective case. How is the protection on them? I've used the candyshell grip for my s7, but haven't seen the presidio series yet.

In my opinion the protection is great for the thickness it adds to the phone, which isn't much. It fits really tight onto the phone and has a good amount of lip on the edges of the screen. My favorite function is the grip it adds.

I just ordered two cases today - one is a spigen and this cheap one. Hoping that one of them will turn out okay.

I decided to go with the OtterBox Symmetry instead. I usually rock a commuter case, so I think it'll work out better for me.

I was tempted to order that cheap one. The color looks cool. Please post pics when you get it.

I have the spigen rugged armor and it's amazing. I rarely drop my phone but if I did more often I wouldn't like how thin the corners are on the one I got truly. But it works for me great. Doesn't add bulk at all and protects the camera lens I've always wanted a spec but hated their prices

Speck always makes my favorite cases. How did you get it so early? They don't have them at Best Buy or Amazon yet.

Yeah, I want the black one, though. I might wait a while until the price (hopefully) goes down a bit. Just ordered the new DBrand black dragon skin, so I'll see if that gives enough grip to make me go without a case for a while. I really like the metal edges of the phone, so I'd like to go caseless as long as it isn't slippery.
