Here you go. Link

@Zayn1 your request is incorrect.
Because kernel is also constituted by custom libraries, residing in /system.
By flashing kernel, you would mess up the device with incompatible libraries.
The solution is much simple: you have to reflash the full rom from recovery.
Both kernel and system libraries will be replaced with official ones.

The incremental update is not the full ROM, they're just small updates for phones already running the ROM. The full ROM will be about ~100+ MB. Also, you will need to have an unlocked boot loader and a custom recovery. Once you have that knocked out just Download the ROM and put it in your SD card. Make sure you wipe all data after you make a backup of your current ROM. Finally, Flash the ZIP and reboot your phone. One more thing, with the CM9 ROM, you need to download the ICS GAPPS so you have the Market and etc. Enjoy.

I know that I said I know how to flash and I just want to know step by step on flashing incremental I have the full rom and I have everything ready but I don't get the part about stocks kernel? I know what kernel is I just want to know what he means by stocked kernel as in the sence kernel or a different kernel
The stock kernel is the kernel included with the rom. If you have flashed a different kernel you must find out which kernel was included with the version of cm9 you are running and download to SD card, then flash. Then flash incremental. Also do not skip incremental. Flash in order of date after your rom download. Example rom- 6272012 incremental-6282012.
I feel more like I do now then I did then.
Thanks

Try out the Mason kernels and see how they treat you. I think the JMZ CM9 Kernel is the Mason kernel. Also, look for the unreleased Mason kernels as they might include new performance fixes and possibly hardware fixes. I heard a rumor of WiMAX hitting CM9.

JMZ stated that if you flash a custom kernel after flashing a nightly ROM you will need to flash the SAME custom kernel after flashing the incrementals I believe he has gone back to the evervolv kernel on latest ROMS for compatibility issues

[Q] CM10.2 Kernel Choices?

Quick question if I wanted to install for example TripNDroid's kernel on a CM10.2 (4.3) ROM should I repack the kernel to get it to boot. I haven't tried a straight install yet, and the reason I ask this is the Kernel's don't explicitly state support for any AOSP version greater than 4.2.2. I've searched this but can't seem to find an answer.

Try both...if you have a backup you cannot really screw up. You can always restore and flash stock boot.img.
I would recommend a repack to accommodate possible/probable ramdisk changes between 4.2.2 and 4.3.
Lastly, the kernel DOES NOT officially support 4.3 so it may not work at all.
Thanks for the help to both of you I will try the repack if that fails I'll just restore the nandroid or attempt to reflash the CM10.3 boot.img

Had you read Agni or Nadia thread carefully NG4 firmware onwards custom kernels to work one needs to flash Mali blobs right after flashing custom kernel and then the phone would boot. In agni thread it can be found on page 330 or something. You can use those blobs with both Nadia and Agni. Flash the custom kernel then wipe cache and dalvik and then flash the blobs and reboot your phone it will boot up fine.
friendly, I found that file from kernel thread ... nadia is the same as agni? agni is not what I found. sorry but what would you do with this file? Thanks so much
Thank you I found the patch and now everything works, thank you very much

Isn't Freedom = debloated OOS which means your problems will persist on stock ROM as well. You should try flashing stock kernel which should resolve your issue.
From what I have heard, only Divine Beats works with stock kernel.

Yes, I know its because of the kernel but if I flash stock kernel FreedomOS won't boot... I told the dev and I flashed his OOs patched kernel but it didn't solve the issue.
I've read something in the A.R.I.S.E. thread but I'm not shure what rom people were using in their OP3.

I'm using ARISE on OP3Lite ROM (very similar to Freedom I think) with EX kernel. So far, very good.

Kernel questions

So I've been reading about kernel flashing on the op5t n im seeing tht to switch kernels u should dirty flash the stock rom b4 flashing the new kernel then reflash magisk to keep from any issues on oos. Does this apply if im flashing a new\switching kernels on a custom rom as well? Like i should still be dirty flashing the oos rom to switch kernels even if im on lineage? Or do i dirty flash lineage in tht case? If someone could please clarify the process id really appreciate it as everything i can find is all about oos based kernel switching not about if ur on a custom rom going from one kernel to another

You should dirty flash lineage and then flash the kernel because if you flash a kernel on another kernel it may cause issues

Ok cool so its just tht you need to revert any changes made to \boot... So basically i only need to reflash magisk after doing the dirty flash of the rom on oos based roms then correct?

oh i mean it is the same with every rom, you have to dirty flash and then flash the kernel (sorry for being unclear with that one)
