Pure Nexus Remove Pixel Icons? - Nexus 5X Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi! I used open G apps aroma and chose to not install Pixel icons, but they are still there in the ROM. It seems they are baked in to the ROM. How can I get rid of them? Also, how can I remove the pixel navbars and make them stock nougat navbars?
Thanks

For the substratum theme engine it says in the description not to use it with the 7.1 dev preview.

I themed navbar on 7.1.1 DP with substratum 403 version, no bootloop or errors. If you face bootloop just flash the rescue zip in substratum folder. No harm in trying

That 1 theme did work. Another I tried failed in booting. The rescue zip didn't work either. Had to flash back to 7.0, factory reset, update back to 7.1.1 and now restoring

Try out Pixel ROM.It's really good and I didn't find any bug yet.
The Pixel ROM version 4.0 (the only one that's flashable using TWRP) is cool except the one MAJOR bug... Settings always force closes. I can't setup the Wi-Fi hotspot which my house depends on since it's my WiFi for the house.

Does an untouched AOSP 7.1.1 ROM contain the Pixel Launcher?

I would like to know if I were to create a ROM from source, without any additions, would it include the Pixel Launcher and solid nav bar buttons?
Answer is nope, but using pixel rom can solve this problem in easy way

[Fixed-icon size][Port] Pixel launcher

This is the Port of Pixel launcher for Marshmallow and Lollipop running devices.*
Work's Best on Android One
There are some other Ported versions of Pixel launcher on internet. But this is Different it gives you the feature of adding 5 apps in Dock. [ Which is not available in other Ported version]. And the size of icons also resized to give better look.*
FORGET THOSE GIGANTIC TRUCK SIZED ICONS

BTW
I signed the APK with different key, you need to remove all previous versions to be able to install it. Placing it as a system app also enables you Google Now in the left panel.
&
The first time you try to open the app it will forcefully exits. Give it one minute and try to open it, then it should be working.

Uninstall the pixel launcher with system app remover and install this app.
because the signature is different in this app that's why its conflicting.
Pixel launcher
Currently I am using Android Nougat 7.1.1, the problem is when I try to install pixel launcher in my device. it gives me an error something like "can't download now" except this all other apps are downloading in my device.
What could be the reason of getting same error again and again. Please let me know, if anyone knows the solution.

[Q] Is there AOSP Marshmallow theme/icon pack for LG G3

I'd like to use stock icons on G3 if that is possible.
No root, no custom rom, no custom recovery.
Is there any icon pack/theme I'm unable to find or there is none?
EDIT:
I'm on 6.0 MM

If I remember correctly a number of icon packs from the Play Store would show up as themes from within the ROM. It's been a really long time since I've run a straight stock ROM so maybe my recollection is off.
I'm currently on a debloated stock ROM where icon packs don't work (so using Unicon via Xposed for icons). When I was on Nimax Marshmallow icon packs worked via the ROM's theme settings.
If you have the LG Smart World(?) app I believe it may have some icons packs. By the way, you don't say what Android version you're on. KitKat, Lollipop, Marshmallow?
LG G3 D851, Clean ROM v3.2, NanoDroid (microG), MultiROM, XDA Legacy

Question Grid style recent apps

Does anybody know how to change the recent apps to a grid style instead of the stock style?
You can't on the stock rom, that's only possible with some custom roms (I think omni offers it), none of which are available for the OP9P

Quickswitch module works but the launchers that are compatible don't gave grid style recent. I can change it to pixel launcher and lawnchair launcher.
