Possibility to continue CM 14.1 on OP3 via LineageOS?

Is it possible that the CM14.1 nightlies CAN be used on the LineageOS like a continuation and stable builds be made?

I found this on Facebook also i found name of kuberrocks96 on 2nd link so I'm just curious that if another rom is coming for our device currently this rom is for Coolpad note 3 note 3 lite and Lenovo k4 note this is the project from team zero they also provided a link if someone is interested in making this rom for his or her device

When Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 will get LineageOS 15.1?

Hi Everyone!
First of all Thanks to the LineageOS Developers for building such a great ROM for all phones.
I installed LineageOS 14.1 on my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 and experienced brilliant performance. In fact, verses the stock ROM, LineageOS changed the 5 years old phone to the new one's like developed in 2018. Its pretty smooth, comfortable and reliable. I'm so happy.
But my question is When Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 will get LineageOS 15.1 officially?

I don't have this variant but, I don't believe that they will release an Official LineageOS 15.1 anytime soon.
The closest one available right now is the following Unofficial LineageOS 15.1 that's specific to your device.

Hey guys, since I'm using PixelExperience (9.0) for the 5T which is a port of the one for the 5 and that one is discontinued I was wondering if anyone could port the new rom by the same guy, PiXeN2, you can find it on xda: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-5/development/rom-nitrogen-os-beta-t3839453

unofficial build of PE by official maintainer of 5T PE already released, I think 2-3 builds already. Check the TG channel (link available on PE 8.1 thread in XDA)

I've compiling nitrogen os for dumpling but I'm not able to test it yet. Someone feeling lucky to see if it boots? Gzosp sources. Probably 5.1.5 firmware. If it boots. U Will be the first person to properly boot a nitrogen rom in android p for 5t.

Hi everybody, I'm proposing to the active modders community to take care of a kernel usable in the new android Pie 9.0, recently released in two versions: AICP and Lineage OS.
Hoping @corsicanu @ananjaser1211 @GhaithCraft @osm0sis @djb77 @morogoku @TheFlash , can do some awesome work like they already done!

You should ask for that from your current official/unofficial maintainer

Half of those people mentioned ain't even kernel developers.
Also, I've never done any work on this device so I don't know why I'm being asked lol.
