First of all this is not my work, i was not able to the team with this, but i was following everything and have a heads up as well..

NOTE : IF YOU HAVE A LUMIA 800 WITH QUALCOMM , PM ME
Second : IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU READ PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS!
GET IN TOUCH WITH ME OR A MOD, WE WILL HELP YOU.
I CAN TRY TO HELP YOU REMOTELY BUT WE'LL NEED TO ADJUST THE TIME.
Third : There is some risk in this if you dont do it correct by yourself, myself and no one is responsible for your device.
This is all under your own risk.
Even if we help you i tell you till now i havent nor any of my friends havent bricked a phone.
To make sure, we are well aware of how this works.
You need Something called as a Qualcomm on 800 and 710
For a 710 device , any 710 can be unlocked, even if it has a DLOAD.
For an 800, only a device showing up as Qualcomm can be unlocked.
A DLOAD in 800 cannot be unlocked as yet.
To know what type of Loader you have follow this :
Open device manager in you PC (Just so you dont miss the driver installation, its better view able in Device manager)
Power off your phone , dont plug the USB as yet.
Hold VOLUME UP button and plug the USB in the PC.
Check device manager.
You will have a DLOAD or a Nokia cable connectivity or a Qualcomm technology.
In case of DLOAD and Nokia cable connectivity. Nothing else will be noticeable.
If you get a Qualcomm, u will get a box to format Disk, say NO!
SO now
Qualcomm = unlocked bootloader
DLOAD = Locked bootloader
* UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER = NO NCS = YES CUSTOM ROM
* LOCKED BOOTLOADER = YES NCS = NO CUSTOM ROM
For Lumia 710 users, u need to flash a Qualcomm bootloader (Unlocked bootloader) to enable Qualcomm , so u can Full Unlock your device.
If You have DLOAD, follow the full tuto.
IF you have a Qualcomm, goto step B.
[glow=red,2,300]Important : Flashing a CUSTOM ROM, to full unlock your phone will need a HARD RESET , in which you will loose all your data.
I would recommend you back up all your data, mostly just sync your pics and stuff of you PC and sync your contacts to your LIVE ID.[/glow]

A.To install Qualcomm Bootloader in Lumia 710:

1.Download the new version NSS

2.Extract to a folder, start the program.A folder named "loaders" will be created in the NSS folder.

4.Insert the 2 loaders from above link in \loaders\special\wp7\
RM803_12w07_prod_generic_nokia_osbl.esco &
RM803_11w48_prod_raw_nokia_osbl.bin
5.Install these drivers:

6.Now select "Nokia USB Connectivity" in NSS in the white box.
6. Go to Flashing->WP7 Tools->Install.
DONE.
Now you have an unlocked bootloader, so u can flash a custom ROM.

B.To flash a Full unlocked rom in Lumia 710:

so you dont have to go through for the activation code.

1.Download any of these Custom ROMs

2.Extract both the files in same folder (select both rar files and right click>extract here)
3.You will get a file new-os.nb
4.Open NSS PRO
5.Go To Flashing - >WP7 Tools
6.Power on Phone normally and connect it using USB cable.
7.Let Windows Find your phone with correct drivers.
8.On Bottom - Left choose Nokia USB Connectivity.
9.Click On DETECT
10.Select "Normal Mode", "OSBL Mode" from the dropdown boxes.
11.Now click on "OS File" and choose the ".NB" file you want to flash.
12.Click on "Write OS".
13.Wait till it flashes and then when it says done, unplug your device and remove the battery.
Now reinsert and switch on.
In case your phone is not detected by the PC,
Run NSS PRO as administrator
Power off your phone and disconnect the USB from the PC
Now hold volume UP key and plug it into the USB
Then you should be able to Write OS perfectly.
14.While entering LIVE ID during setup it asks for activation code.
Go here HERE
Chat with them and ask for activation code and enter it in the device and proceed.
I am not responsible fro any damage done to your device, you take all responsibility for what you do.
Backup your DPP partition or use my tool to avoid lost the activation code
Then the step 14 is not needed

Hi,
If the Qcom loader still running in RAM - yes, you can fix. If removed from USB,
watchdog restarted it, battery drained, etc - no way for now to fix.

I'm kinda noobish with WP flashing, I have a T-Mobile USA branded Lumia 710 and I've heard that the Nokia Network Setup app has been missing for months now, if I am unable to get it with the stock ROM will I be able to flash like an official Indian ROM with this guide? someone told me a version that has preloaded the Nokia Network Setup on it, I've heard also about Russian versions...
any feedback would be appreciated

this guide is for flashing a 710 with custom ROM
and the network app is missing...
u might need to download an older firmware for this.
but i would suggest u stick to updated, since there is a huge improvement in battry

Hi! Thanks for this simple to understand but amazing guide! I did it, but when finish the phone asks me for the PIN number. I entered the default carrier PIN of my SIM card and it says that it's incorrect PIN. Is this number it asks the activation code you mentioned a few posts ago?

The PIN should be your carrier PIN, the other part is the activation code for LIVE services
You should put a direct link to the dev website because a new version is available
I bought a Samsung Saga i770 from eBay since it also works in GSM network. Sure it was locked to US Verizon Wireless. I discovered that there
is a easy to unlock this phone for free using the same way as unlocking Samsung i780 and Omnia i9xx. I believe it may work for Blackjack and other Samsung smartphones with Windows Mobile OS.

Hi,
I cant use this on the Saga i770 locked to verizon. If click any of the lnk files it gives me an error that the file is not certified or something like that. Can you advise?

All you need to is to select Yes when you see a message
"The program is from unknown publisher". It's from Omnia ROM.

Hi Thanks a lot for your response. This program actually doesnt work, it throws up a window and says
The file "Personalize" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstallling or restoring this file.
All three lnk files give the same error.

It's weird since you only need to extract the all files and open link files. Those link files are pointing into "Personalize.exe" near the .lnk files.
Try to copy "Personalize.exe" into Windows directory and lunch the .lnk files again.

same error for me but last month i did use this method to unlock a phone and it worked fine and not i cant remember how i did get pass the error.

ok ok i just unlock it again. copy all the files to the windows folder and they will work fine then follow the pdf file. DONE!
I had some recent problems with the battery on the latest cumulative of windows 10 mobile. So I wanted to restart fresh and I downgrad it to windows phone 8.1 . I forgot that now i can't update the phone to windows 10 mobile with windows insider app any more. Can someone give me a tutorial to how to get to windows 10 now ? My phone has an sd card , I read that you can if you have an sd card. Please help..

No worries.. I used the following
PhoneManufacturerModelName = RM-1089_1087
Phone Operator Name = 000-DE
Phone Model Name = Lumia 735
I found this model to be closest to 1320 in terms of internal hardware specs and the build is far more stable.

Hi, can you please write how did you get WP 10 from 8.1? I have L 1320 and I have tried everything, but nothing is working. I have stucked with CustnomWPSystem, because no MixRadio app after hard reset of flash 8.1 ROM, replaceing Extras + info app with vcREG or customPDF was unsuccessful, replaceing Preview for Developers app was successful, but replaced apps doesnt work....
Can you please write down how you did it?

I update often with insider windows to build (not Redstone) and then I unlock.
I then apply these settings to get the Redstone build.

I did the following:
1. Restored to 8.1 with WDRT (Windows Device Recovery Tool)
2. Disable automatic app updates from Store (to prevent extras+info from updating)
3. Unlocked bootloader using WPInternals
4. Unlocked phone using Developer Phone Registration
5. Deployed custom pfd xap
6. copied mixradio vcgreg bootstrap to sd card root folder (mixradio is available if you recover using WDRT), or else you can stick to extras+info bootstrap
7. Executed CustomPFD to deploy vcreg via the mixradio bootstrap
8. Once vcreg was installed, go to settings do Interop Unlock
9. Change the registry settings to have the phone as Lumia 735 (check my post above)
10. Install Windows Upgrade Advisor and execute it
11. It will detect the phone as 735 and schedule updates
12. Go to updates and install update (The first update will take you to windows 10 build 10586 (TH1).
13. Check for updates again (you will get an update for the Anniversary Update)
Recommended to install the Anniversary Update. It has been by far the most stable version for 1320 (for me atleast).
Let me know if you have any other issues.

I am guessing the file image for the model from hungary does not have mixradio. You may want to look for the extras + info bootstrap. maybe @emanuelMode can post the xap here for you to try bootstrapping with it instead
Adn yes you were right, i meant custom wp system (which is used to apply the bootstrap)
custom pfd is a registry editor which i generally use to edit registry after doing the interop unlock via vcreg. It makes it easier to edit the registry values.
Were you able to unlock boot loader using WP internals?

So I downloaded Indian firmware with Mixradio (RM994_3058.50000.1424.0_RETAIL_im_india_906_03_482446_prd_signed), flashed and it all work Now I am updating 8.1 to be able to update to 10

Additional Tip:
After upgrading to Windows 10, the phone will still remain as Lumia 735 or any other model that you spoof it to with the registry hack. Keep it the same to get future updates.
In case you have to reset your phone for some reason, it will go back to being Lumia 1320, in that case, simple deploy VCReg 1.5 for Windows 10 using app deploy, interop unlock and change it back to Lumia 735.
I may be wrong or just superstitious but keeping it as Lumia 735 and not 1320, the freezing issue is less frequent.

It could be some registry setting wrong or you may have Extras + Info installed.

If I get W10 TH2 on my Lumia 1320, and reset the phone, did it automatically changes the register to show it is a 1320 again? And only receive the last TH2 to the Lumia 1320? Sorry 4 my english Thank you
Decided to release these as Microsoft still didn't release those emergency files. Feel free to request emergency files on this thread, since I can't know exactly for all all models which don't have any emergency payloads, and wouldn't surprise me if there's more than the Lumia 650 being affected by this.

In the zip file there are emergency files for a never released phone RM-1151 - but emergency files for the aussie / kiwi variant RM-1153 are missing. Do you have this, too?

Didn't pay attention, I might have included a prototype payload with the set, anyway all payloads that are in the zip file work on all 650 variants, regardless of the RM, so not really a problem.

I have no xml file that goes with this, shouldn't be needed since thor handles elf payloads like these just fine without any xml

It really depends on the phones, sometimes you have to hammer it a couple of time for it to work properly, but for elf payloads there's really no need.

The best thing would be MS adding them to repair avoidance... But sometimes I also wonder if they lost some stuff for lumias or not internally...

how were you able to use this command? I tried this but it say it has no connection with the phone. the phone was connected well with WDRT but everytime I flash with it and flash was completed, after it restart it doesn;t change the os and firmware is still unknown; same goes with thor2 command line

This bug patched in newer builds .

Use Custompfd or VCReg
other registry editors are tweek based I mean they don't allow you to modify keys by your own.
They only modify specific keys

CustomPFD uses the same limitations to enumerate keys, if the key is not present that's most likely because the OP is running something older than redstone 2. Redstone 2 introduced the keys to allow changing file explorer places. In any case I would recommend using mass storage nowadays for file access.

It works with interop tools as well, the problem isn't this but the fact that the OP operating system build is most likely older than redstone 2.

Then it should definetly show up. I can't reproduce on any app here as it shows up fine, but you can try writing directly the values (and reading them) using the registry editor section and see what it gives, really odd.

Strange... I used that version too but I'm unable to write the values in
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong but at first I update to an unsupported fast ring insider build then I unlocked and rooted my 930 with wpinternals and it says it's rooted
I then installed interop tools after a reset and enabled interop unlock and checked all other options
doesn't allow me to write the value!!*
I press the write button and nothing happens.
