I have contacted t-mobile, and they have been much available.
I send by email a copy of the receipt and all the data of device, and now i wait in a germany address the unlock code. I pay 99 euro.
If the seller of ebay said that mda was locked, I would have bought an imate jasjar.

How to get the unlock code from T-mobile Germany
Any BUSINESS Customer with a GSM Contract of T-Mobile Germany gets the unlock code for any MDA PRO within a couple of hour via e-mail.
If you can find a helpful guy who is (in this forum?!?!), he may help you out by asking T-Mobile Germany for the unlock code with your IMEI number.

If you mean to unlock it to use on any network you choose, there is no software to do this. If you want to unlock the rom, that is a different story. What do you want to do?

At this time, that is not possible. But I ask, why did you buy a locked phone? There are many posts on this website concerning unlocking. If you wanted an unlocked phone, why did you buy this one to begin with? Perhaps it was cheap, and now you are stuck with it unless you bought it legally and can get the unlock code from your subscirber. I paid the price and my phone was not locked to begin with.
i don't buy the it is a "renew" by my provider with my points

Oh, yes, we definitely have an unlocker for the MDA Pro.
Look for a file called 'SIMUNlock_Universal_NO_GODDAMIT_ITS_NOT_DONE_YET.EXE'!

I made an contract with t-mobile but as i became the card i noticed that the mda pro is from Austria (this damn seller) and i just called t-mobile austria to get the unlocking key but they said that i must come to ausrtia to get an unlock key.
So i have a very big problem i can not use my mda in germany and i can not get an key what can i make.
please answear it will be very nice

you may be able to buy it off T-Mobile Germany for 99 Euros.
email them at: [email protected] with your IMEI saying you want to buy the code.
Hello i recently buy a Xperia Neo smartphone from TMN Portugal Operator.
As you guess is network locked to that operator.

Hi Pierre, I have the same problem and I live in Italy. Do you succed in unlocking the kyocera Torque (mine is locked with sprint from USA)?
Let me know any progress, I have not found help on internet...
