Fastboot not working on H815-EUR with software V20g-EUR-XX - G4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys.
I have refurbisched H815-EUR. My old with Serial 505 died (bootloop) and a service center replaced my MoB.
Now the new one is running stock 20g-EUR-XX.
When i'll enter "adb reboot bootloader" to enter fastboot, to get my device id, my phone just restarts?
It seems fastboot is not available on my phone.
How can ill enter fastboot to official unlock my device?
Download mode works with: VolUp+USb Cable
Any hints?
What i am doing wrong.
thx

thanks to answer. but I cant enter normal boot that's why I couldn't check user debug mode.
what do you mean you have a "developer version"? Is your device not new? What happens when you try to boot?
Have you tried flashing the factory image? If they are signed with the same keys, they should flash regardless of bootloader status.

Not sure I follow. However you may want to try a tool called WugFresh Nexus Root Toolkit. The server is down at the moment. You may want to try to re-flashing 5.1, it has a normal mode and a soft-brick mode.

Hi all,
Same here, but my bootloader is unlocked. I'm not able to flash anything with the tool kits. It seems like it can't be recognized in fast boot mode. Any suggestion?
Thanks

When you have it cabled up to you PC via USB port, can you open Windows Explorer and view the file on your phone? If not you have a driver issue.
In developer options in the settings, did you check "Allow OEM unlocking" ? If you didn't, you will not be able to unlock.

You do not need to unlock bootloader to flash stock images since that is what the tablet is originally designed to run. It's very simple to flash. Please try it.
I think it is not correct unfortunately fo me
Here:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images
has written:
4.If necessary, unlock the device's bootloader by running: fastboot oem unlock
The target device will show you a confirmation screen. (This erases all data on the target device.)

My Nexus 7-13 since MM works only correctly on my Windows 8&10 computers directly after wiping cache partition first. Incuding working bootloader (fasboot) driver without exclamation mark.
But if still not working, I also added correct hardware id's of my N7-13 to the android_winusb.inf file of the Google USB Driver. Because Google forgot to add them themselves.
My adjusted driver with explaining texts. Check if your N7-13 has same hardware id's, because late manufacturwd N7-13 (with preloaded LP not JB) have other Emmc chip and perhaps also other hardware id's: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_LknrYiQE02c2NzbGludW9BdkE

trying to unlock the bootloader, but fastboot doesn't recognize the device

running windows 10
adb recognizes the phone when it's booted up. so i type in cmd "adb reboot bootloader", then the LED lights up blue, which means it's currently in bootloader mode right? so i type in cmd "fastboot devices" but nothing happens. no devices are listed.
any advice? a bit desperate right now. thanks in advance!

Did you unlock it again with the Mi Unlock tool?
Make sure to enable USB debug in developer options again.
And did you turn on OEM unlock in developer options again also.

I know you probably enabled the options when you first unlocked. But did you enable them again after your device was wipe from the unlocking process?
Can you boot the current rom on your device?
If the rom is not booting, you may need to try and flash stock fastboot rom in EDL Mode (If that is still an option for this device).
Edit: - As you locked the bootloader with fastboot command, have you tried the fastboot unlock command
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
What response are you getting from "fastboot devices" while in fastboot.
also what is "fastboot oem device-info" reporting?
