Help! HTC One M8 stuck on HTC One Logo Screen - One (M8) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My phone shut off on me last night so I let it charger up. I've tried turning it on but it doesn't go past the HTC One Logo screen. I've tried wiping the cache and what not. Is there anything else I can try? The phone is S-ON and not Rooted and the Bootloader is Locked. All Stock.

VZW M8 Bricked?, S-OFF, FastBoot/HBoot access only

Before I begin, let me say I did see this thread, http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/vzw-m8-bricked-s-off-unlocked-hboot-t2857007, however it is now several months old and received no responses. I'm not sure whether or not I should have bumped that one or made this one, sorry if I shouldn't have.
So basically, I was running DigitalHigh's Lollipop GPE rom, which I had been running for what feels like forever now without any issues, suddenly the phone reboots, when it does it reboots to androids on skateboards and will not boot into the system. It reboots and now both RADIO and OpenDSP both report INVALID_VER_INFO. Every RUU I try fails with FAIL-PU.

Do you have TWRP installed, and decided to use it to wipe everything (or at least wipe "system") in Advanced wipe options?

IMEI/baseband unknown error

Hello everyone,
I have tried to fix this problem for a day and a half. I have read similar issues with other people but I still have not found a solution. A unique thing I noticed is that when I perform fastboot getvar all, my IMEI actually shows up, BUT on my phone it does not under "about" in settings.
Things I have tried:
- full wipe and revert back to stock
- reflashing the hboot
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 3.19.0.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.29.214500021.11G

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Fixed:
- purchased sunshine to get S-Off
- flashed the latest AT&T firmware.zip

I will appreciate any help.
your device is converted to GPE
here is the latest GPE RUU
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24588212152305922
from this thread, visit the thread and read how to flash and don't forget to leave a thanks for the developers at this thread
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2708589
I have downloaded and install RUU using fastboot, and I do factory reset from bootloader. It is still stuck in boot screen, all I can get is four circles which are spinning constantly and it will not proceed further. Its not allowing me to post links with pictures.
It is exactly four circles as in this video, except mine will remain forever stuck on them.
