About
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!

Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom
enter the recovery
make all wipes (expect internal storage)
choose zip from SD and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 6.0.x
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.

Yes working on other variants.

Installed the ROM and had some great options. Unfortunately it would not let me restore my titanium backup.

Just a question: the rom is now based on aosp code or still based on cm code, right? I ask this because in the op was written that some feature was taken by cm but the rom is based on aosp then i'm not sure

I know Mokee from my old HTC Desire HD. The rom was fine there. Now on my G2.
First impression:
All works fine. Only known Bugs from CM (OTG, Wifi).
+ Navbar height adjustable
+ No camera problems
+ A lot of custom settings

Touchwiz Marshamallow Porting For S3 Neo

TW-MM for S3 Neo has a long story. From Dyneteve(SoUnD001) originally making it and giving up to ppl who made direct ports with his kernel and having issues with permissions of kernel and stuff and many more leading to many dead projects. My ROM is trying to bring TW-MM with my own Kernel Source and as many bugfixes as i can possible do can!!.
ITS NOT YET STABLE!!!!

- Phone isnt asking for permission if you connect for logcat (Ramdisk and TW related)(Fixed on Beta 3)
- Most phones wont boot it because they use Samsung camera sensor(Flash camera fix. It wont fix camera but will make the ROM at least bootable)

Warning: I claim zero responsibility if something happens. Flash carefully!!!! Complains of bootloop because of kernel mods or mods in general will be ignored.
You have to be on TWRP 3.1+ and have done full wipe before flashing!!!
Itll take 15-20 minutes to boot up and maybe vibrate. Dont get worried
If you get stuck on splash screen, just reboot(Long Press Power Button). Its a MDSS fail :b

- Wi-Fi fixed Yeiii!!!
- BT can now find devices but still disables itself
- On7 framework needs to be implemented(Its camera app its more easy to workaround)
- ROM bootloops if you add Camera blobs but it doesnt on Lineage Kernel(Ill include Grand 2 camera sensor drivers as they have fixed frontcam and look on fixing further)

This is a very expirimental port of TW-MM to S3 Neo. You say there are TW-MM ROMs for S3 Neo(bruh fix those) but my port is a little different. My ROM uses my own firmware port and kernel

Ei nice work man, I also suggest you to take a look at the s5mini duos version. It's vendor files (especially camera.msm8226.so) seems to be what we need (all cameras detected in los-14.1), but you need to shim some stuff (that's where my progress stucks in cm-14.1 and cm-13.0)

- Disabled Tima, Knox, Secure Storage (Improved Wi-Fi and fixed not remembering passwords)
- Re-ported the entire S5 Mini MM kernel from scratch (Fixed build-related issues)
- Enabled SAMSUNG_MTP in kernel defconfig (Fixed USB and MTP related issues)
- Using S5 Mini MM GPU drivers (Fixed video stattering and Improved H/W accel)
- Battery Life Improvements (Need More)
- Cross-Combatibility model implemented in updater-script (For any possible matisse3g, ms013g, ms013lte port)
- Using S3 Neo Motor drivers (Fixed Vibration)

Well most people dont know how to install vendors correctly but mine is different. On my ROM when you try to interact with the sensor it crashes due to S5 Mini MM camera drivers in kernel which ill fix when im able to.
BT is working in my ROM but something happens and forces it to close which im trying to fix too!.

Here's an experimental port of Lineage 15.1 for the Galaxy E5. I dont own or touched the device so if it doesnt work at all, the ROM is dead. Plz test and give last_kmsg and logcats if it gets on bootloop or stucks at splash logo.

After 1 minute of being stuck at splash, reboot to recovery and with file manager, copy last_kmsg(it is located inside proc folder) to your sd card and send it to me.
My tools have few issues with MSM8916 devices i think.

Its better to be built from source. My PC though is very underpowered and i dont wanna download 50gigs for a device i dont own.
I also have to figure out why my tools suck on MSM8916 devices because TW-MM for GP and this project depends on them.
Ill contact Carlos Arriga from GP for guidance on MSM8916 kernels.

I appreciate your efforts, but it's better if you build rom los15.1 from the source, we just need los15.1 built from the source.
and do not say port rom is better than rom built from source,
You know, if you want to do a port rom, you must have rom aosp built from the source
and for gp I guarantee rom tw Nouget-MM will never be stable

No, I built the Lineage 15.1 kernel from source with E5's Defconfig and the LOS15.1 ROM is received from their buildserver, no need of AOSP base as every driver i need is in e5 vendor and device tree repo's. I know source built is better but there wouldn't be any great change at all.
Now i want last_kmsg so i can find why it is stuck at splash screen.
Ill also check Jackeagle's los 14.1 kernel to do a check.

Even if its built from source, everything will be the same. Also like Rio, my PC isnt capable of building. The kernel is Galaxy-MSM8916 Oreo built for E5 by me.
If it is getting stuck on bootanimation or splash screen, go to TWRP file manger and give me tombstones(located in data) and most importantly last_kmsg(located in proc). I really need those files to continue working.

Anybody got a last_kmsg??? You know i cant progress without it.
It is located in proc folder, after getting stuck on splash screen, reboot to TWRP and use its file manager to copy it on your SD-Card.
Im still patient
Ill give a testing kernel for LOS 14.1 or J510 Nougat update just for testing maybe

no files named last_kmsg
just on file name only kmsg but icant copy it to external sd it it shoes process ended with error -1
and there was no file named tombstone in data

Here's is a WIP MIUI 8 project im working for our device. Still no downloads etc etc...
ISSUES:
- Ramdisk requires heavy patching which ive done
- We have to patch telephonycommon.jar and TeleService.apk to get RIL working

Yes I know. Its from something in init.rc that I can't understand... I'm doing a hybrid port though :b. I'm putting MIUI framework part by part on Lineage 13.

Sadly its a init(not init.rc) issue and using ours makes it rebooting constantly
Now ill switch on MIUI 8 Global and see
Also i reworked on my daily program having to cancel alot of my ROM projects like TWMM for Grand Prime and Lineage 15 for E5.

This is a MIUI 8 Global port, not a theme. Miui 9 has init related issues which i cant fix

Hey. Well umm Regarding the Mi9 port you tried before, could you get ADB working on it? Mind if I see the logs? I'd like to try this project once I'm done with stable N for G2. Maybe I can make this thing work since I have assisted in cross chip Stock ports for Speadtrum devices before so I wouldn't mind trying a Mi9 port....

Tips:
I suggest you to avoid official builds and port from Xiaomi.eu ones as official ones are weirdly deodexed making it sometimes impossible to boot, full of dangerous spyware etc etc...
You seem to wanna port it on OnePlus 5T, so port it from Mi6.
Simply put Oneplus 5T kernel and dt_image to Mi6 boot.img, remove asserts and useless stuff from updater-script and you are ready to flash and test Mi6 ROM on 5T...

The ROM is intended to port MIUI 9.2 to S3 Neo and probably the S5 Mini and Grand 2. Hope you'll like it even on the condition it is, im only one person working with its little free time he has on that project . I dont have enough knowledge to fix every bug existing so your contribution might help me...

Problems:
- HCI and BT kernel panic CRITICAL!!!
- It crashes due to some broadcasting reason when you set PINs, passwords or even when removing apps CRITICAL!!!
- Wi-Fi driver doesnt work
- Camera HAL not starting resulting in not working camera
- Few sensors not initializing(Still not added vendors)
- FM Radio driver doesnt work
- RIL needs proper implementation
- Few critical MIUI apps might be missing due to Redmi 1S being very old

It crashed a lot,overheat,battery drain and also random reboots.I wish you the best :fingers-crossed:

At first boot the phone heats when optimizes apps because it uses 100% of the CPU and also drains battery alot, so thats normal. I didnt experience any random reboot in my testing though(Expect of the first boot crash which is normal):b.
Now i added TSP(Vibration) permissions from S5 Mini, Camera contexts from S5 Mini, Wi-Fi interface at build.prop(Due to a logcat which complains on incorrect interface), Sensor drivers and more... The biggest issues are BT kernel panic and that broadcasting issue.

I know that phone overheats after first boot but I let it cool down for 10minutes and started(but i think there is some problem with my phone)
I faced random reboot only once otherwise rom is beautiful

latest alfa has no crash or random reboots but i have wifi issue wifi failed to turn on

Well i want to get the /efs and /firmware to mount as Wi-Fi info and wcnss are here but fstab fails!. Maybe it wants to be mounted on init too but IDK. Ill appriciate any help if someone knows.

Now i found where critical HAL contacts are by reverse engineering libs but replacing these files, crash the hardware composer. Ill check when im free and hope for the best :/...
