I'm unable to upgrade the remote control. I've tried many times and it keeps failing.
Any way to update using the pc instead.?

I just got mine yesterday and had a bunch of problems getting that one too update but eventually figured it out. Were you able to get it fixed?
I'm having the same problem. Can anyone tell me what is new in 1.06 ? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Haven't been able to fix it. I've updated the controller but the remote just refuses to update.

I've tried that multiple times just refuses to update. The bar moves all the way to the end and then the screen flashes the error message.

None that I know of. What I mentioned worked for me and they've worked fine since.

I am. It started when I couldn't update Swiftkey X. I uninstalled it, but it won't download from the Market on my PC and it times out trying to access it from my phone.
This happened after flashing the Senzation rom and I wasn't done re downloading all my apps lol. Frustrating.

Mine started working again after about a half hour.
Purchased Horn and every time I boot it up, it says unable to obtain license. Anyone else rooted having this issue?

Nope, no problems for me. Sucks that you're having problems as it's a pretty awesome game. You tried reinstalling and/or restarting the N7?

the Horn thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1863322
In there I posted; if u have problem with license, just launch the game from within the Play store once or twice, then you can try again with the shortcut. If you install and then goes straight to shortcut, it doesn't work most of the times.
Not sure if that's how the game registered, but that fixed it for me.
Do you have multiple gmail accounts on your device? If yes, make sure you're logged into the account that you bought it with. Should clear things up for you.

I'm wondering if anybody else is having (or ever has had) this issue.
I try to sideload an app, yet I can't click the install button. It just won't do anything. I'm on CleanROM 4.7, and have been since that version came out. Last time I successfully sideloaded an app was last Wednesday, and since then nothing will work at all. Yes, install from unknown sources is checked and all that. Literally nothing has changed in my phone setup.
What are you trying to sideload?
Why not just try pushing what ever app it is into your system? Then just fix permissions and reboot!! Not sure what app your trying to get but might help with your issue...

Icon pack that is not in the Play Store yet. Developed by a friend of mine. It sideloads onto my Samsung Infuse just fine.

The Netflix app still wont work on this thing. 10.5 WiFi. Anyone else experience this?
no problem here. does it work on your other devices on the same wifi network?
Yeah It works on everything else - 2 phones, a kindle and a couple of laptops. That's what the guy at Netflix asked too - he was useless ☺. It just goes to the spinning circle forever....
Hi, I believe there is a limit to the number of devices you can link with your Netflix account, worth checking if that is the case

have you tried to clear data and cache on app then uninstall or whatever then put it back?
Tried that too. Even tried an older version of the apk. The only thing I haven't tried is factory reset which I am very reluctant to do.

Glad that worked for you. I just tried that and still have the problem. I've got 10 days to take it back so maybe I'll try on another one.
Cant use remote play on my new Z5 premium. Device is totally stock android, and keep getting the error code 88001003, I have Googled this and people seem to think it's a problem related to rooting. I bought the device brand new from Amazon is there anyway I can check the device was not altered prior to me having it?
Or is there anyway to fix this problem?

You mean stream to TV? As I Could not play it to my Samsung TV as well. I think you need a Sony TV?

No phone is completely stock.
I've just found out that, it was SU Pro key app which was hiding away that had transfered/auto synced from my note 4, and even though the Z5p was not actually unlocked or rooted, ps app was detecting a root related app!
Crazy security measures.
